Code:
Our goal is to have charities use our tokens to buy food,
medical supplies and other necessities -- this can range from building water wells
and houses to providing solar-powered lights -- that can help their cause.

So this token is for charity, if i don't wrong to understand.
In which country you will focused your charity ?
And i don't get any information on your website, just a simple word : opakeco
the human foundation

Hi!
Thanks for your interest in our foundation.
The website will be up and running later today.

To answer your question, we will leave it up to our token holders to decide which strategic goals to pursue.
We have our own relations within the charity sector, but they are diverse.. from Kenya to India.
So we don't have a specific country or project we focus on, we want to change the sector as a whole.

If you have any other questions let me know, I'll be happy to answer them.

*edit: Also we don't only focus on charity, we are aiming at all humanitarian causes.

The Opakeco Foundation has a vision: A world where humanitarian causes are fully transparent and held accountable..

It has always been theoretically possible to have full oversight
of good causes. In practice, the Opakeco Foundation have learned that this is
never the case. Over time, however, the feasibility of making this vision into
reality has grown by leaps and bounds. With the coming of blockchain
technology, digital transparency could be reached. And now with Ethereum smart
contracts and the possibility to issue tokens, the Opakeco Foundation finally
has a way to make our vision a reality.

Summary

The Opakeco Foundation is building a platform where token holders will be able to exert control over the foundation
and support charities without the need of technical skills.
In time, opakeco will become the quality label for measuring the transparency of charities and well-doers.

The Opakeco platform thrives on a connected community: as a token holder, your vote counts.
Together, we decide what decisions to take; together, we steer the foundation; and together,
we will help humanity.

The Opakeco Foundation wants to emphasize that token holders decide.
Decisions within opakeco are made by asking everyone,
with the majority of the deciding power in the hands of the community.
Important points here are that token holders will be able to vote on all strategic decisions,
including, but not limited to quarterly budgets
, strategic goals and even board members.

Within the same platform users will be able to communicate with different charities,
verified well-doers and people who aim to make a change in their community.
The platform will let you see to what extent a certain well-doer or charity
is transparent according to the metrics the Opakeco Foundation uses.

Our goal is to have charities use our tokens to buy food,
medical supplies and other necessities -- this can range from building water wells
and houses to providing solar-powered lights -- that can help their cause.

Token holders will be able to send tokens to well-doers and charities through the Opakeco platform.
So apart from the efforts that the foundation itself will be putting into aiding different causes all around the world,
token holders are able to have a direct impact in a cause they feel strongly about.

The Opakeco Foundation will help organizations to become more transparent
and give them an Opakeco rating according to the measures they have taken to be transparent.

This organization will be fully transparent and lead by example.
The Opakeco Foundation will publish all internal company communication after 24 hours
and token holders are able to see our income and expenses.

Key Features

New standard in communication with humanitarian causes
Vote with tokens to decide on tactical and strategic decisions
Send aid to humanitarian causes using tokens
Built-in killswitch contract, refunds ETH if voting threshold is met

The Catch

Honestly, there is no “catch”.
The team behind Opakeco will do its hardest to set a leading example for the community.
We care about the project and we want it to succeed, to emphasize this our CTO and CIO will work the first quarter without a salary!

We want to prove to you that our interests are aligned with our mission.
The total amount of ETH is released gradually with the approval of token holders.
We are all willing to put our reputation on the line for this project, as the Opakeco Foundation will be as transparent as any organization can be.

The Opakeco Foundation will add constant value to the tokens
with our buy back program and adding features/functionalities,
but we’d rather see a gradual incline of the value than a “moon” type of launch.

We will pour our heart and soul in this project, what about you?
Can the Opakeco Foundation count you in?

66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: Good alt or stay away? on: June 27, 2017, 10:48:11 AM
I'd like to remind everyone, even though ETH is suffering from a major correction at the moment.
From the moment I posted this thread the price was about 16$, it now is 240$..

Watch out for FUD, make your decisions and stick by them. Good luck
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: Good alt or stay away? on: June 13, 2017, 09:24:22 AM
As the TS, I hope you all did the same as me back then and decided to jump in Smiley
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: Good alt or stay away? on: May 02, 2017, 07:47:12 AM
As I've become quite bullish on ETH, I believe the current price is just a fraction of where it could be in a year or so.

BUT don't be fooled, one of the (main) reasons BTC ETF was rejected was the unregulated trading space, this is exactly the same with ETH.
So don't get your hopes up for an ETH ETF approval, base your investment decision on other fundamentals, because ETF approval for ETH is a LONG SHOT.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: Good alt or stay away? on: April 21, 2017, 07:11:30 AM
Looks like the weak hands are going to have a tough time Holding ETH.

What about you? Are you selling? Or holding..

Holding, only selling when absolutely neccesary
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: Good alt or stay away? on: March 20, 2017, 10:27:51 AM
I told you all ETH was a gud buy and was at cheap prices. Prepare the launchpad.

Do you think the price is too high now?

I think after this correction and consolidation, any price below $40 is a buy (for me)
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: Good alt or stay away? on: March 10, 2017, 08:32:34 AM
Hi everyone, I've been around for a while now..
I've seen a lot of posts positive and negative about Ethereum.

At the moment I am holding Bitcoins, but I have invested in some Ether as well.

Now I am wondering, what are legitimate concerns about Ether (except for IPO, as I've already read this in a lot of posts).

So can anyone bring real other issues to the table, to enlighten me (and maybe a lot of other readers?)

Thanks!

Stay away at this point

Can you tell me about your point? Why am i need to be stay away from the ethereum at this point?  Huh Tongue

This is a good coin for the every trader.
Which point are you talking about.? Eth has gained Good value from the time of the OP. Even now the market of eth is good and gradually increasing. It's the point where you invest some.

I agree, my average cost per ETH is about 11$, but I might be investing more at any next dip that goes beneath 16$
ETF NO can be a pump for ETH, ETF YES can be a short dip for ETH but afterwards it will follow BTC
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: Good alt or stay away? on: March 07, 2017, 09:01:33 AM
The market around ETH isnt as big as it is around BTC, but with projects like Iconomi, Augur, Golem etc. it has many opportunities to reach mainstream and succeed
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [Help] To know everything about ethereum on: March 06, 2017, 10:52:15 AM
Good luck, look on the reddit pages /ethereum /ethtrader

Also, I would not mention how many ETH you got stashed, it might make you a target for some people.

74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: Good alt or stay away? on: March 02, 2017, 02:51:13 PM
Good fundamentals to go towards 15$ and up..

Lets see if we break the ATH this or next month.

Looks like were gonna break it this month, close enough Wink

76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH gets roasted and ETC gets support in Max Keiser's show on: August 26, 2016, 09:06:55 AM
I just will make opinion about ETC because i don't trading ETH, if i looked at https://cryptowat.ch/poloniex/etcbtc/1h the price of ETC is still down trend, still there are not signal for up trend although ETC gets support, but it is just my opinion and analysis.

It is getting some support, but it currently looks like a graveyard. Anyway, maybe it will rebound a bit.

The ETC criminal coin and enterprise is dead. Especially after September 2nd. You were all warned to empty your bags.

In this particular case when most of you want to get out I'm going in.

Im also in , I think Max is going to pump this a bit.
So only in for profit taking, after the small pump this is going into oblivion I think
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: Good alt or stay away? on: August 25, 2016, 10:05:11 AM
Going to set a buy order for ETC, anticipating a pump soon.
To make it look like it has got some traction, if a pumper like Max Keiser gets involved, you know something will happen (and it's not good long-term for ETC).

I still believe in ETH and will keep 50% btc 48% eth and 2% etc just for fun
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: Good alt or stay away? on: July 01, 2016, 12:46:33 PM
@OP
If you have to ask i think your brain damaged.
Good lucking trading.. you will be RICH beyond your wildest dreams soon.
..once we all tell you what to buy & sell (as your topic title suggests)

Want us to wipe your ass for you too ?

Great reply man, such a healthy addition to this forum and thread.
I would love to see more... [/s]
79  Local / Nederlands (Dutch) / Re: Rabobank against bitcoin transactions on: July 01, 2016, 12:44:59 PM
Is it possible for you to transfer FIAT to the exchange, then BUY BTC with your FIAT.
Send BTC to other exchange for FIAT.

Then send FIAT to your Rabobank account.

And if you're already doing it like this, how do they know you are trading BTC?
Everything thats happening on the exchange (buying/selling BTC/Altcoins) isn't visible to them.

What am I missing?
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Waves - Cut losses or hold and watch again in a year on: July 01, 2016, 12:01:25 PM
Yeah, that makes it worse. Any startup with more than 1 mill should have a decent PR strategy, or someone who handles it.
Anyway, vote pls Wink

It will not be fair to give my vote, since I did not really researched WAVES. Why? Because it was everywhere on the forum and I don't like that. What was the ICO price? 32-33k satoshi?

EDIT: And how much did you "invested" if its not a problem to share?

I think its close to half the ICO price.
I'd rather not talk in straight numbers so I can tell you how much of my total cryptoportfolio I invested: 0,5% Smiley
