61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Recommended: Pantos (PAN) ICO by Bitpanda on: March 22, 2018, 12:29:34 PM
I see their ads in a lot of places on the web, which is an indicator of a good marketing of the project.
I'm going to look forward to this ambitious project.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum under $400 will be a good buy or ? on: March 22, 2018, 12:08:24 PM
It seems pretty much confirmed we can see Ethereum going under $400 these days.

Qn - Is it a good buy under $400 or wait for even more price drop?

take all the advantage to buy ethereum in both price drop, day by day, I mean try to buy as much as you can while ethereum or all coins are in the dip or digging dipper. because for me I believe this is the year of the corrections of all crypto mostly bitcoin, so after this dip they are all skyrocketing soon,

I agree with that reply, all coins are sick actually, due to the huge raising of whole cryptos value in 2017.
After the rain will come the sun, and after the dip will come the moon.  Roll Eyes
63  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Price < $3000 soon on: March 22, 2018, 11:52:57 AM
I would say $4000 or $3500. But you know, no one can predict the future! Grin

Interesting project! I'm looking forward for it.

You should post this thread in the Announcement section.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ICO or buy later on exchange ? on: March 22, 2018, 11:32:24 AM
Lots of ICO's suffer going lower than ICO price when it hits the first exchange. Specially those with bounty campaigns because most bounty participants sell their token in exchange to fiats of other currency. But of course it doesn't end with only one exchange, most coins recover and achieve a higher price when it hits its second exchange, then the third. Most of the time, we only need patience, and just HODL because if you believe in the project and it has long term goals, it will definitely go higher in the future.

But in fact it really depends of the project. A strong team, active community, low total supply (and maximum in circulation), pre-sale program and a serious roadmap (which can be realised) are good points of interest if you wanna invest in an ICO.
If the project meet these requierements, I may invest in it.
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin White has been renamed to BitWhite? on: March 22, 2018, 11:10:42 AM
It seems to be a marketing reason, or because a lot of shit tokens are called "Bitcoin xxx" or "Bitcoin yyy" and they didn't want to get associated with that, or maybe that Bitwhite is more easy to say, spell and write Tongue
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what makes you trust a new altcoin? on: March 22, 2018, 11:03:13 AM
Firstly, it is based on the whitepaper of this project. That whitepaper should be clear, capable and potential. Next to the management team, if I first invest in a project, I will choose a project with a well-known and trusted management team Cheesy

Well, aside those mention above which is whitepaper most importantly is the people who supported the project because that represent of how big is the company which adds points in choosing the project plus additional details which reflect the professionalism of ICO and the team management is trusted.

We are talking about company but some great projects dont need a corporation to become a big thing.
Whitepaper - of course, it is very important to have the document which will help to understand us what is technology about.
And the main thing - people. Those who make the project, who bring it to life. All that was created on this market was created by people, so this is the point - if I see a person that will do anything for project, I trust in this project as its' creator does.

I totally agree with you.
Main points for me are Whitepaper, creator or team alive and releasing periodic news (making the coin alive) and a community.
Side points I also take in count are Detailed and concise website, a roadmap and the coin availability on several exchanges.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Does Bitcoin price affect ICOs on: March 22, 2018, 10:50:31 AM
I'd like to say that in crypto everything is related to bitcoin: If it falls, then all crypto fall, tokens are also subject to this trend, because if investors leave bitcoin, then they leave other crypto-currencies and tokens. When people are not very well versed in the crypto world, Bitcoin is the master of digital money. As soon as Bitcoin's rate falls, people's trust about it going down, and transfer their funds into other coins or projects.
