Just remember that current VoteCoin Wallet does not have refund functionality or any other functionality which would pay out the winning bets. So consider all current sports betting polls as an EXAMPLE only, and do not expect to be paid back, because that would be very hard for the organizer - he will need to go through block explorer to find out all sending addresses and manually send payments back, one by one.
Future versions should handle this easier, but for now it is not yet implemented.
