61  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Greediness or Addiction -which one is more disastrous? on: June 01, 2024, 02:30:22 AM
Well, I believe that both Greediness and Gambling Addiction make our lives terrible. I was thinking about which one of the two reasons causes more disastrous in our life both in terms of mental health and finances.

It would be the base of experience or just purely an opinion but for me, Greediness is something that would really make us cripple.
"I want to bet more and more in order to win more. I will sell my properties so I can bet huge. " Greediness mindset keeps on the winning side, not satisfaction.

But addiction is a little disastrous, why? Because they can be satisfied with betting a small amount, at least they can gamble.

However, both can possibly happen in our lives when we can't control our gambling habit anymore. I prefer not the two but in this situation, I prefer to be just addicted rather than be greedy

Gamble Responsibly...

Its all circumstantial and different for every person. I think the addicted gambler who keeps on gambling and gambling for the most part is probably not a winner. They keep gambling so long and for so much money over time hoping that they will eventually hit their big break, but they hold onto their smaller wins and the little cash a little more dearly. A gambler that is greedy is willing to risk it all, so pretty much its either a slow burn compared to an explosion if you zoom all the way out, right ?
Before getting down to addiction, it first has to go through the act of greediness, from that desperate urge to win big, which will affect the amount used to gamble, the number of times the users gambling and even when there is not enough money to gamble the user has no choice other than to find every available measures without considering the risk.  Both factors has rendered many users to pay a difficult price, chasing loses and finally ending financially broke.

Good point, greed definitely leads to addiction! Greed is also a form of addiction if you think about it. Addicted to the accumulation or "married to the money" they say. But lets say they hit that big stroke of luck, now they are married to the money for real. If their greed leads to financial ruin, welp, hate to say it but they married the game  aka the gambling in the form of casinos, slots, craps, you name it.
62  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: AMA: I Operate an Online Casino on: June 01, 2024, 02:24:04 AM
I am curious if it is hard to keep up with any casino regulators and what your thoughts may be on potential regulatory changes that could perhaps affect your casino in the next five-10 years.

Aiming to become an MGA licensed brand and working white hat as much as possible. With better regulation you can work with better talent and stronger ambassadors. Regulation is good both for the operators, players, workers and countries that are hosting the operator.

I was curious to see what your thought were on AI integration with the crypto casino technology? Does your brand or brands currently use AI in anything casino related?

I've personally implemented a sportsbook widget that was writing out quick content for match results, like a recap of what happened. Works great if you combine it with internal data and automate it through AI.

AI-Shortcuts (e.g. developing games, images, reviews through AI) doesn't match the vision of how a successful operator should work. I think that human work should still be involved. If you're googling a review of the latest mercedes G class, you want to read a human experience, not  AI generated crap.

I am curious how your casino manages the security of the network against cyber related threats & also am curious as to how you safeguard your crypto coins - are they kept in an exchange or in a "hot wallet"

I've already answered this, but in short, the provider is taking care of that.
RE; attacks - You have a platform provider who's taking care of the CDN and bot net attacks and it's their job to guard us from them, and they are successful at it.
RE; wallets - You have the payment provider who's taking care of the exchange, wallets, security and so on. Portion of the money is with them for faster payouts to the customers, a portion of the money is on the companies "bank roll" and then forwarded to different providers to supply them with funds. E.g. the affiliate system that pays out affiliate commissions need to be manually funded from the main bank account, but once it's on the affiliate platform, it's technically "with a provider".

I am also very curious to know what are some of the most valuable lessons that you have learned being in the industry for so long?

If you create a better system to battle scammers, the scammers will invent a better system to scam you. It's just part of the industry, there's nothing you can do about it except have a department taking care of it. Connected with that, there will be collateral damage, and if a customer makes too much noise, you need to individually approach it and check if you maybe mistaken him with a scammer.

Right now I'm battling a group of idiots who are purchasing our domain names and launching replicas of the casinos there. So what did I do? I spent 5k eur on buying all the domain TLD's like .net, .org, .io etc. What did the scammer do? They bought numbered domains Smiley)) So if I own casino.com, they have purchased casino1.com, if I own casino.org, they've purchased casino1.org. There's just no way you can eradicate them and win.

This is all great and very interesting stuff! Thank you for taking the time to respond to my message. Its hard to separate through all the quotes and questions so I'm just going to write a reply back and jumble everything into one paragraph starting from the top down.

It's fantastic that you have this goal to become MGA licensed, it sounds like Malta is really booming with their gambling scene! Agreed regulations are definitely better for the hosting country / gov etc.

Its nice to see that you used AI for something very practical to help you achieve your goal instead of using it to generate the entire portion of the content. Would definitely agree that the human input for human centered products is imperitive, why have something artificial when you can have real and authentic?

So for your content data network i'm sure you guys are using some crazy cloud workload protection platform to safeguard against ransomeware etc. I'm sure you've also invested heavily into a defense mechanism. Also thanks for the breakdown on how the money moves, that makes complete sense. I'm sure you have to have great relationships with these providers and there is a great deal of trust in them.

This last question about just general advice is probably my favorite part about your response. Those bastards lol they just don't stop with their efforts do they? I wonder if you can set up a bait and hook trap to lure them in somehow and fry their hard drives hahaahha if only it were that easy.
63  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Q02 - Promotion of casinos through streamers, youtubers and others :) on: June 01, 2024, 01:50:04 AM
I have never watched a streamer or YouTuber linked to gambling but I do follow some popular punters on Twitter and some other social platforms.

Yes, I have tried some casinos suggested or used by them if I find them quality enough to use. I have tried casinos suggested from different sources as long as it passes my vetting process.

I personally do not follow infuencers who are focused on promoting casinos, you have to be more focused on the quality of content you put out.

- Jay -

I like your style, Jay. Definitely need to have a solid vetting process in place, I would be curious to see what your reqs are. I haven't really paid any attention to these types of streamers and if I had it was because it was an ad I can't skip. I do find the ones promoting these gambling sites to be disingenuous and somewhat delusional. They hype things up too much in most cases and its just too "salesy" IMO
64  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Understanding the Emergence of Crypto Gambling on: June 01, 2024, 01:45:22 AM
Once in a great while, an innovative technology will emerge that changes the course of human history. In the late 1990s and early 2000s, the Internet was so powerful that it changed how the world communicated and worked.

Blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies can be a powerful change like the Internet. When it comes to crypto gambling, change is happening rapidly. Keep reading to understand the emergence of crypto gambling, why it came into existence and how it can continue to alter the sports betting and casino gaming industries.

The Intersection of Crypto and Casino
Crypto Gambling Provides What Bettors Seek
If gambling cryptocurrencies didn’t give sports bettors and casino gamers what they wanted, it wouldn’t exist. See below for the things that make crypto betting the choice among professional gamblers.

Crypto Betting Strikes Down Stringent KYC (Know Your Customer) Regulations
KYC regulations are rampant in the online sports betting the industry. The reason is that often when we play on a traditional online sportsbook we must fund our accounts via ACH or credit card.

All crypto transactions are recorded on blockchains. The transactions are there for everybody to see, but they don’t provide details regarding the transactions. This keeps gamblers anonymous for the most part. Anonymity and privacy are two things all casino and sports bettors crave.

Casino Game Fairness
Although it’s impossible for blockchain technology to help provide live sporting event fairness, if the ref blows a call, only replay can overturn it, blockchain tech does provide casino fairness. By fairness, we mean crypto casino games provide provably fair mechanisms. In other words, when casino players bet on crypto platforms, the players can prove that the outcomes are fair. This is untrue when we play on a traditional online casino platform.

Fast and Cheap Transactions
Cutting out the middle man, i.e., the credit card company, to fund our betting accounts allows for faster and cheaper transactions. Many crypto platforms, Nitrobetting.eu as an example, allow for diverse types of cryptocurrency funding.

BTC remains an option. But so does ETH, or Ethereum, and LTC, or Litecoin. Funding with Ethereum or Litecoin is much quicker due to both Ethereum’s and Litecoin’s consensus processes.

Read more→ https://nitrobetting.eu/guides/understanding-emergence-crypto-gambling/

Great post, I think for the most part you are really on to something there with the psychological explanaition for why crypto betting is percieved to be better to gamblers, but I think that KYC and regulations are looming for crypto casinos and its only a matter of time until governments start cracking down due to the very lack of KYC and AML policies. Crypto gambling is no doubt changing the game though, definitely in a good way!
65  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many times all-in save your bankroll? on: June 01, 2024, 01:41:13 AM
I knew that most of us here experienced doing an all-in bet whenever when we are already down significantly amount of our bankroll and already get tired to slowly earn back your losses.

I’ve done this several times and I manage to save my bankroll to profit/breakeven greater than suffering a total loss. I usually use the craps or mines to do the all-in bet to have a potential profit greater than x2 while I have more lifeline for my bet rather than a straight bet with x2 multiplier.

What game is your favorite to do this and what’s your record so far if you can still track it?

I think more often than not the all-in bets make you lose your bankroll rather than save it, but there have surely been times especially in poker for me that I kept going all in even when I had practically nothing to lose and I came back and made a killing! My favorite game to do this one tho would definitely have to be roulette.
66  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Summer Olympics 2024 on: May 30, 2024, 01:15:35 AM

We are only a few months away from the Games of the XXXIII Olympiad or 2024 Summer Olympics that are scheduled to take place from 26 July to 11 August 2024 in France.

With EURO 2024 this is one of the biggest international sport event this year with participation of more than 10,000 athletes around the world.
They will compete in 45 different sports so everyone can find something to follow, and winning a medal in Olympic games is always something special.
Most popular sports are football, basketball and tennis but there are many more sport events coming.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2024_Summer_Olympics

This topic will be used for posting predictions, news and for talking everything about Summer Olympics.

There are literally so many sports! Its crazy. I always have the most fun watching the Skateboarding and the Surfing, and the artistic swimming thats always a fun one. But then again shooting is also fun & probably my favorite of all these by far has to be gymnastics, those girls are so crazy good its insane.

I enjoy the athletics the most but it’s good to watch live sports every day throughout the Olympics.

I like watching the football obviously but I got engrossed in the cycling and rowing for some reason in the last games, the sailing is fascinating too.

I wonder who will come out on top in the medals table, my guess is the USA or China as usual.

Hmmmm that is a good question, care to place a wager Sir?  Cool I want to put my money on the US but I feel like China is always so stacked and literally every year it is a battle between China and the US. I think I may actually place a wager on this.

It's been a year since I've joined this forum and I was somewhat reluctant in opening an "Ask me Anything" thread due to all the spam going on in the gambling section, but several users requested it, and I've also enabled self-moderation to battle the spammers. Hopefully it will be a fun exercise where we can all together make this section more interesting.

So, I've been in this industry for a while now, I'm part of a team that operates several brands, and have also worked within other operations, including MGA, UKGC and Curacao licensed brands. I would say that I know the ins and outs of most of the operations out there, including some high end competitors, and I would love to share any insights or answer any burning questions that someone outside of the industry has. I'm not the owner of the casino though, so I'll not be able to answer questions targeted towards that area of the business, but I can try to shed light on anything else.

I can cover almost anything, game selections, bonus methods, VIP players, troubles with the law, license structure. You can ask anything, and if the questions are really interesting, I'll include them in this post as an edit.

68  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is gambling bad to the society? on: May 30, 2024, 12:39:51 AM
Gambling can affect self-esteem, relationship's, physical and mental health, work performance and social life. It can harm not only the person who gambles but also the family, friends, workplaces and communities.

So with all this I think if they put an restrictions on gambling it's not a bad idea at all, first why is gambling a problem?

Gambling can stimulate the brain's rewards system much like drugs or alcohol can, leading to addiction. If you have a problem with compulsive gambling, you may continually chase bets that lead to losses, use up savings and create debt.

You may hide your behavior and even turn to theft or fraud to support your addiction. So with my conclusion and my observation towards this gambling is really cousin harm to the life of those ones who are addicted to it most their families.

Secondly what are the social problem caused by gambling?
(1) Depression and suicide
(2) bankruptcy, family-break up
(3) domestic abuse
(4) assault, fraud
(5) theft, and even homeless
Addiction to gambling is link to a range of serious personal and social harm such as those things I mentioned. These effects can be devastating to the individual as well as their friends, family, workplaces and community.

This are the harms and with all this are the reasons why, they see people who gambles as a distraction towards the society and the most people who are into all this are the addicted ones. So how is gambling harmful to the society, ills associate with problem gamblers are widespread and often go beyond and addition to gambling.

People who gambles can be at risk of this following categories of harm.
(1) Financial harms
(2) Erosion of savings
(3) Filling for bankruptcy
(4) Relationship conflicts
(5) Neglect of relationship with significant other
(6) Neglect of relationship with children
(7) Extend family and friends
(Cool Social isolation
(9) Emotional or psychological distress

So I don't really blame the people who sees gambling as a bad thing to the society, meanwhile If the younger ones take of the steps of being addicted don't you think they'll experience all this as well. So gambling it's bad to the society nevertheless it's also helping in the other hands, to ones which are benefiting and earning from it.

What is the mindset of a gambler? On my opinion pathological gamblers play the cope with a life stresses. Near-misses and personal choice give some gamblers a sense of control, winning money. Others believe they can beat the casino and win real money.

So the mindset are those things that attract harm to them and the society because they are focused on the money, and that's why I said it's also helping some people in other hands and it's also killing some people right now in the society. Behavior also involves that makes it look bad to the society, while trying to get back lost money by gambling more( chasing losses) lying to family members or other to hide the extent of your gambling.

Risking or losing important relationships, a job, or school or work opportunities because of gambling. Asking others to bail you out of financial trouble cause you have gambled money away.

So what I'm trying to conclude is that gambling isn't something you should take as a hobby or as a means of earning just to make a living. So what are your thoughts?

Gambling isn't so much bad for society as it creates a fun and interesting atmosphere but its the effects of gambling in that atmosphere that tend to be bad to society. The addictions that gambling creates, and all the problems that gambling ushers in if the person isn't winning or being honest with their selves or others about their losses. Overall I think that the folks that get caught up with gambling addictions are setting themselves up for failure. It is such a tragedy to keep seeing this type of posts all the time on here and even on other platforms.

70  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Rise of Autonomous Car Racing on: May 30, 2024, 12:08:05 AM
Hey punters, have you heard of the Abu Dhabi Autonomous Racing League? Maybe you have or not. If you haven't, Autonomous car racing is a rapidly advancing field that combines cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), fast mobility stacks, innovative sensor technologies and edge computing to create high-performance vehicles that can perceive their surroundings, make decisions, and race competitively without human intervention. -https://a2rl.io/

When we talk about racing, we talk about the drivers, compare their performances, and all other odds but this is kind of different. It is all about betting on superior tech. Would you bet on an autonomous vehicle? How do you feel about placing your wagers on a race where the competitors are machines rather than humans?

Wow, its like the new horse racing but for extremely wealthy people living in the middle of the most prosperous desert on earth! If only Moses people got lost for 40 years in the desert when it was built up like that! Lol. This is actually like insanely cool. I wonder what its like to go to one of these races. I wonder how much people wager on these cars as well. Very interesting stuff here I will check it out!
71  Economy / Economics / Re: Sea Piracy, it's effect on the local economy on: May 27, 2024, 04:50:28 PM
In the world of transportation, air and sea shipping are vitally important. However, while air shipping is used for its speed, sea shipping is chosen for the amount of cargo it can carry. One recent issue troubling sailors is sea piracy, especially in regions around countries like Somalia, Djibouti, and Kenya. Vessels are hijacked, entire crews are kidnapped, and they are held for ransom for months or even years. In some interviews with pirates, they claim that the lack of job opportunities led them to piracy, while others assert that former fishermen turned to piracy due to the impact of ships on fishing.

I am here to ask if anyone has considered this. We always have a choice. Piracy cannot be the sole option for personal economic growth unless it significantly contributes to the economy of these countries. It brings in quick and substantial money for the pirates, who then spend the money in their local economy. It functions as a wealth distribution system. Even people in these places might not want piracy to end because of the indirect benefits on their local economy. Do you think I am correct here?

I mean in this day and age I think that Steve Jobs said it best, "It is more fun to be a pirate than to join the Navy" this is so wild because this is actually a thing in 2024. There are still fucking pirates & that is just crazy to me when I think about it. Then again I am also an American so I don't see this type of activity on our coastline, at least not anymore lol. Maybe like 200+ years ago but no, not now. I would also like to highlight that this is the physical equivalent to the current day Ransomware groups and their efforts to gain wealth though a form of hostile take over.
72  Other / Meta / Re: Some people that left this forum recently on: May 27, 2024, 04:43:58 PM
I read this topic Is this forum getting worse and worse?

During the mixers days on this forum, some good posters were visiting this forum daily and contributing good. Some of them are in mixers campaigns and they were collecting huge amount of money but which might still be small for them if they are living in a well developed country. Small or not small, it is still money that can help.

I said the money can help because Chipmixer was paying $300 which is $12000 in 28 days and $15600 in a year. That amount is not small in a way we can call it small. It can still be used to pay for house rent and some bills in well developed countries like the United. Mixero was paying $250 weekly. Sinbad was paying $200. It went to the point that Tumbler came and paying $250 for 25 posts weekly.

Many of this good posters are now in Exch, Bcgame and Blackjack campaign but the payment is very lower than the mixers that have been banned on this forum. Do you think that the low pay makes some reputable posters to leave the forum in the name of no freedom of speech and censoring? Or I am just wrong about it.

One thing I know is that as some people will go, some people will come.

I read this same topic and now it has made me wonder where else they would have gone to when they left the forum? Probably some other forum or some other part of this crazy world wide web. Just because the mixers have left and the posters associated with them have gone to some other website doesn't mean that we have completely lost our way as a forum. The forum is still the exact same forum lol and I agree with you that people come and people go. There are plenty of other camps to become familiar with with similar comp.

Particularly the unofficial rule number 13. In many cases he has been reported and posts merged but he has been warned that he should read the rules and follow them and he doesn't care:

Your posts are being deleted because they blatantly violate forum rules.  Have you even bothered to read them?  Here's a thought, genius: read the rules before you embarrass yourself further.  Otherwise, you'll keep getting tossed in the moderation bin, clueless as to why.

Rules are meant to be broke, we got new gambling technology, shut the fuck up and move to the side moron, and watch me work. Lol.

You know what I have to say that just reading some of the first posts I am thoroughly entertained by this  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=3612914;sa=showPosts , maybe this also is a reason that this user is able to do what he does, some would say that he has style? He is very boastful, sure of himself, confident. Some people like that and some hate it, seems like user preference is cut straight down the middle at 50-50 lol
74  Other / Meta / Re: Artificial Intelligence on the Forum on: May 27, 2024, 04:29:27 PM
using AI isn't the same as plagiarism and as far as I can tell still falls into a grey zone--at least for now.
I'd argue chatbot verbal diarrhea is plagiarism by definition.

I'm more along this line of thinking... AI spammers are taking a body of text they didn't write and copy/pasting it, presenting it in a manner that everyone is supposed to assume they wrote it. Its highly dishonest.

I've already seen claims against those companies for using data as input without permission (which is a copyright issue). They reproduce bits and pieces of other data without sharing the original source (which is a plagiarism issue).

Apparently Google's new AI search summary feature is unable to tell the The Onion is satire and believes everyone on Reddit is always telling the truth.

As with the other chatbot models, this can create real problems, especially when it comes to presenting nuanced & complex information that others may rely on. That's why it should be banned altogether. I suggest the forum adopt the same AI policy employed by Stack Overflow (which has been implemented for these very reasons):

Yes couldn't agree more they try to put into context from which they got out of context and pass it off as their own thought track. We should call this AI generation stealing "copypastism" or something of that nature because copy and pasting are all the end users do in this scenario hahhaaah actually the technical or well new technical term would be "promptographer" kind of like taking a picture but instead of the human using the camera to capture the picture humans only type on the keyboard and prompt the AI to create some sort of answer based on original thought. So that is interesting becuase now we are giving credit back to the humans as the original input for the work being done, so would this make us the sole owners of the output produced then? THat is a tough argument to uphold lol. I would say no, no it is not. And this rings true in the court of law today. Many a person has tried to claim AI as their own but it always comes back in the court room that any invention or work needs to be of human origin to be claimed as patentable original work.
75  Other / Meta / Re: Is this forum getting worse and worse? on: May 27, 2024, 04:18:36 PM
I don't want to correlate this forum's comedown with the mixer ban, even though I've thought of it and it's likely one major factor, but what's the current picture of Bitcointalk according to you? To me, it's declining in genuine interest.

We're dealing with uninteresting topics. The "hottest" topic of discussion in the last months is Ordinals, followed by ETFs, and then an endless list of speculation-related threads, which were always a "thing" in the past, but gosh, that just seems like our sole concern nowadays.

Now, to that, add that we've lost valuable members, some of which were intellectually influential, and you have an Internet board filled with mostly crap. What's the problem?

I mean honestly maybe banning the mixers had a lot to do with it, but I think that shouldn't be considered the full reason for your allegations that the bitcoin talk forum is getting worse and worse. If anything this forum just offboarded a lot of unwanted attention should government authorities try to come after btalk for allowing it. Was that a breach of freedom & of privacy to lose this ability on the forum? Well, yes. But you can't blame the powers that be for making the decision that they made.

I think that this forum could honestly be a lot better by just adding a few features. Like for example the ability to mention someone like with an @ and their username and for that to give that user a notification. The reason that these posts are all so much and so compiling is because there is no differentiator like that unless you have like a telegram bot to help you but even so you have to keep track of which posts you're being referenced in and its just a lot of work lol... am I the only one who feels this way? There are just some really super basic things that could probably easily be implemented.
76  Other / Meta / Re: This need to stop on: May 26, 2024, 07:33:15 PM
I have noticed an usual trends lately in the discussions board most especially Bitcoin discussion, gambling discussion etc, members rush to make a short comment just to reserve the first spot on the page, and after a while coming to edit it with the full text, this make no sense to me, and no signature campaign demands that you must be first to comment at least none that I know.

The effects of this is that, it limits readers from seeing your original thoughts on the topic because at first glance you see something like straight forward answer like (really), and when edited to contain the full text the reader may not come back to that thread again.

This happens mostly with those in signature campaign and I think there is need for readjustment, no need reserving comments space to appear on the first page.

If there is any thread on this issue already please let me know to lock this one.

I have seen things like this happen before, & I'm not exactly sure why someone would really want to do this other than just being able to quickly go back into their recent posts in their profile page to then go back and edit their comment quickly to add whatever other additional information that they would need.
77  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Silent payments on: May 26, 2024, 07:30:10 PM
That's literally what fungibility means
Yep, that was my point.

You could argue it's not possible to "improve fungibility" because it's perfect already.
I don't think there's a reason to put this verb next to it. Something is either fungible or it isn't. You can't have it both ways.

It's like complaining to a bank that the banknotes you received were previously used in a crime. It doesn't matter.
Even worse. The bank rejects your deposit and requires personal info to... Verify you're an idiot?  Tongue

Couldn't agree more that something is either fungible or isn't. You can't have something partially fungible, just a little bit of fun. Could you imagine if the bank rejects a deposit into your own account, yikes, the banks & fiat is looking like a not so fantastic future. I wish it could get better and just incorporate bitcoin & then somehow all of us just don't have to pay taxes. That would be incredible lol

I don’t think banks are the ones against Bitcoin. It should be the government that is against Bitcoin because they don’t have control over it. The banks actually report to the government and because Bitcoin isn’t doing the same, they don’t like it. Because starting from tax and other things they’d have implemented or rule they’d have set, they can’t. Bitcoin takes out the middle man and the government can’t do nothing about it, no matter much they dislike it.
The question is s, who's the bank and who's the government? They are same set of people under the financial system and their interest, policies and objective are twined. The banks are more like an agents of the government through which the government can use to bar and frustrate any other rising financial system that tend to be of a treat to their power of control and bitcoin is one of  such with it's decentralized protocol. Which makes puts me in the right by referring the bank as a middle too.

Nonetheless the bank and the government are not the same. Understand the difference that the bank is not owned by the government. There are many private owner and they don’t have any personality in the government. However, the government under policies use the bank to do and get whatever they want. And that’s because banks follow policies which are set by the government. So government may use the bank as a tool but they are not one.
Please correct me if I'm wrong. As far as I know, there are many private banks, but in order to operate, they must go through and be managed by the central bank, and the central bank is directly managed by the government. So it can be said that the person behind the bank is the government. To me, banks are one of many tools that governments use to maintain the economy and control their people.

Answering OP's question, I never thought that banks or governments were against bitcoin, the role of banks in the world economy is extremely important and no one can replace it, including bitcoins. We don't need to exaggerate bitcoin and there are always hostile thoughts about why banks and governments are against bitcoin. If governments and banks  against it, why are more and more countries legalizing bitcoin and bitcoin gradually becoming more popular?

Well now we can see that banks were initially threatened by bitcoin but now they have chosen to embrace bitcoin & you can see that is very evident through the purchase of the new Bitcoin ETFs. We have been seeing the largest bankes disclosing their holdings now of Bitcoin ETFs and that is incredible for the space! The banks will embrace bitcoin!

Damn bro, these are so sick. These fractional silver pieces are some of my favorites to collect & the amount of detail you pack in there compared to other varieties I think is something to be said! Also if I remember correctly one of them even has a Zelda quote on the coin think its the key coin  Cool These bars and coins commemorating the halving are certainly very special & its nice to see some creative designs come out from you here with the bitcoin holiday & so many different varieties of coins as of late. Keep up the great work & good luck with your sales  Grin

Thanks Tread93. I've always been a collector of fractionals, so I know the love. Smiley These are another trade unit on my way to 1oz pieces. 312,500 x 3 is 937,500 sats and the new 1gram pieces hold 31,250 sats. Only need 2x 1 grams to make the full 1,000,000 sats. 937,500 plus 62,500 = 1m. Also the silver weight is pretty close. Only 0.9g over 1 oz.  It can be an acceptance benefit or transaction cost for those who use them in trade here.
It's dangerous to go into battle without the correct tools. In the physical world we use weapons of war for battle, but those are for the walking dead. (spiritually dead) If you are to war in the spiritual realm, the "sword" is the word of God. Sharpen it well, because the war is already raging and the people are destroyed and captured by spiritual darkness for the lack of knowledge of it. Thats why you must take the sword and shine the light on the battlefield to free the captives.

Awesome, these new additions really look fantastic! The use of Zelda + LOTR combined into a silver crypto coin is a one of a kind creation! Tying all that back to God & Christianity referencing The Holy Bible and the Sword of the Spirit aka The Word of God. Love it! Keep up the incredible work and use of clever sayings and meanings in the symbolism. Please do a gandalf coin next! Keep it secret, keep it safe!

https://beincrypto.com/uk-new-crypto-law-seizure/

The new regulations empower law enforcement agencies to seize cryptocurrency holdings without the necessity of making an arrest first.

and this:

The new guidelines grant authorities the power to confiscate items like written passwords or memory sticks that could assist in criminal inquiries and to transfer illicit cryptos to government-controlled wallets, effectively cutting off criminal access.

and then this:

Furthermore, authorities can now destroy specific digital assets, notably privacy coins.

apparently things were headed in this direction since last year. so it shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone. but it's still something to understand how things work now in the UK....

you don't have to be arrested to have your bitcoin taken away from you there in the UK. that's the bottom line.  Shocked and if you're using monero it sounds like they want to destroy it.

This is wild. Such a power grab to make this kind of regulation & opress your people. The UK is so much more tightly regulated in general so it comes as no suprise to me that some kind of policy like this would become the norm but still its just such a slap in the face to any holders that fall in that monetary jurisdiction.
