61  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you like best about bitcoin? on: April 30, 2017, 11:37:18 PM
I like everything about bitcoins and its impossible to point out single benefit of having bitcoins as I can send or receive money easily with bitcoins and I can also make quick profits in trading by taking advantage of price fluctuations and above all I can use them very easily on gambling sites.
62  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin money? on: April 30, 2017, 11:33:07 PM
Bitcoin can be used to send and receive money, I can also buy things using bitcoins can pay my bills and recharge my cell phone so for me its a money as after spending it I am getting the things that I want in return so for me both are the same form of money.
63  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I have 0.5 BTC how to make money in Investment. on: April 30, 2017, 11:29:27 PM
Hello Everyone,

I have 0.5 BTC, and I don't have time to do trading, So I decided to invest in casino sites, can anyone please explain to me how to invest in online casinos. And how much profit I will get it per month, Which site is better to invest. Please explain me in detail.

Thank you.

I would recommend you to check this thread out (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1375103)
It's a Bitvest investment thread, and as along as I can remember Bitvest has a good reputation and trustable.
The profit you would get is around 25% - 500% (depends on what you've planned)

It's a good choice if you are going to invest with bitvest, there are some casino's that are also reputable and just visit the gambling section here in forum. It's just up to you on what will be your choice, there are people that are investing to cryptogames, safedice and other reputable ones. This amount is good for their bankroll investment.

Yes there are many reputed and trusted gambling sites that are running since long time and also paying their investors in timely basis so you can invest this capital in it and start expecting profits on regular basis and I don't think there is any risk of loosing your money if you invest at the right place.
64  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose? on: April 30, 2017, 11:27:24 PM
i want to buy a car in a couple of months so im banking on bitcoin to rise at the moment and ill withdraw when i have enough Smiley

Wow that's a great dream to buy a car using bitcoins so do you have services in your country that accepts bitcoin as a mode of payment? Or you will sell your bitcoins and convert it to fiat and then buy a car? As in my country I don't find any place where I can use bitcoins directly for buying a car.

I dont get why anyone would dump a large amount of coins.

Its possible that its a whale more then likely to see a price reaction? to get the coin way cheaper?

You're forgetting that there are still a lot of people that got in very early when prices were still in the single digits or even below.

Them selling large sums at the 2xx price point still means astronomical profit margins, and they don't have to deal with the headache of checking
daily charts to maximize their returns.  In other words, they don't let greed defeat them.
67  Economy / Speculation / Re: Permabull Party Thread on: April 14, 2015, 07:07:59 AM
Perhaps we could utilize this thread as counter indicator of sentiment. Once it is dead and buried, it will be time to buy and hold again.

Problem is that Bitcoin bulls are extremely "perma" and their bullishness only increases with declining prices. Actually, in a Bitcoin permabull, lower prices evoke euphoria to buy more coins even cheaper that will inevitably be worth much more in the future.

So your proposal to use this thread as a counter indicator won't work - instead you should always expect more activity here with declining prices. You can expect less activity only with increasing prices, because this scenario is boring old news for a permabull.

ya.ya.yo!

All instances of 'Bitcoin' can be replaced with 'silver futurists' in your statement, and would hold 100% true.  Identical cult reasoning/psychology.

Both bitcoin and precious metals are hurting right now.  But I still put more faith in the long term sustainability of metals.  Just my personal opinion.  I've pretty much gotten out of both, though...but may regain positions if the prices keep falling.
69  Economy / Speculation / Re: And here we go in the red zone again. BTC under $220 .WTF s going on? on: April 14, 2015, 06:58:52 AM
To summarize: most people, outside of hardcore bitcoiners, don't really care nor hear about bitcoin.  It's not making headlines anymore, and when it does it's for the wrong reasons.  The shorters are the only ones sustaining and controlling the market right now.
70  Economy / Speculation / Re: I already sold all my coins... waiting to get back at $200 on: April 14, 2015, 06:57:10 AM
The graphs don't lie.  This market is still in a downward trend.  A strong one at that.  Until there is a huge spike to the upside (no, bouncing up to 250 or even 270 does not constitute a strong reversal of market trend)...then this is still in free fall.

71  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price - Going where ? on: March 19, 2015, 12:07:57 AM
The dead cat bounces are hilarious to watch, because half the people buy into the frenzy while the other half (aka smart investors) short and make a killing on the pump and dump.

It's an interesting phenomena to watch.
72  Economy / Speculation / Re: 100 bitcoins. Will I be a millionaire by 2020? on: February 21, 2015, 02:38:30 AM
I think the bitcoin price will rise to 10'000 dollars when the block reward will be < 1 BTC, so as write here :

in that moment I think (& hope) we will see 8-10 k dollars per bitcoin.

It should be much higher by then, way higher. It should be the 1st digital payment method by then surpasing all credit card companies combined. Other scenario means failure.

lolllllllllll

So much dillusion in the bitcoin world.

10k?  NO WAY BRO.  TRY MORE LIKE 100 MILLION DOLLARS EACH BITCOIN!! YOU'RE GOING TO OWN GOOGLE!
73  Economy / Economics / Re: why do people agree to pay taxes? on: February 21, 2015, 02:31:36 AM
So many overly thought replies in this thread.

Most 'sane' individuals agree to pay taxes to avoid having their anuses ripped in prison from tax evasion.  No more, no less.

Kind of like how most sane individuals choose to not commit crimes.

Then again, sanity and bitcoin don't always go together, as evidenced by many replies (and the creation of this thread).
74  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do girls use Bitcoin ? on: February 21, 2015, 02:27:31 AM
Bitcoin amongst women is a very very very niche group.  The demographic I imagine isn't big.  Somewhere between transexual north korean ballet dancers and albino crocodile hunters.

They exist...but they're rare as shit.
75  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: And so it continues... on: February 21, 2015, 02:23:57 AM
lol Regulation is bitcoiners' only savior.

Ironic.

Now bow down and kiss the government's behind, because they are the only ones who can protect you at this point.  You know, that same evil empire you seek to overthrow.
76  Economy / Speculation / Re: $230 USD now! on: February 13, 2015, 07:26:37 AM
Lol@now threads celebrating a return to $230.  Well, I suppose it's something to hang your hat on...I mean it could be worse, right?  Too bad these same threads where made when the price was 830, 730, 630...you get the drift.
77  Economy / Speculation / Re: Gold collapsing. Bitcoin UP. on: February 13, 2015, 07:24:42 AM
Bitcoin mining vastly outpaces gold mining while price continues to grow (on average). Gold collapsing. Bitcoin up.

Time frame of reference.  Bitcoin is up in the last 5 years, but gold has definitely outperformed bitcoin in the past year.

As far as stability, neither are.  They're both subject to 5%+ price swings daily, which is far from stable.  Just because bitcoin has temporarily found a price range in the low 2xx's doesn't mean jack. It has been following the same pattern of holding a price for a month or so then falling hard all the way from $700 and below.   Until it shows a strong and maintained uptrend, the free fall remains.
The 30 day chart shows a +0.04% change. That is more stable than fiat.

I'm talking daily market changes.  30 day changes in such volatile markets are more coincidental than indicative of solidarity.  Don't fool yourself.

These markets could and have crashed in a single day at whims notice.

Live by the sword, die by the sword my friend.

Unfortunately there's no such thing as chargeback protection when you use bitcoin.  It's a pitfall.  You'll save on fees vs. other methods, but you won't have any recourse if you get scammed.

Sorry man.
