1. Download cpuminer-opt v3.4.7

2. It has many kernels, choose the one to fit your processor, mine is...
Code:
cpuminer-corei7-avx -a scrypt:1048576 -o stratum+tcp://poolinat0r.com:4443 -u xx.xx -p xx

3. If it don't work (scrypt buffer allocation failed), set the virtual memory (page file) to 32GB

changed my virtual mem to 32+ gigs and still getting the same error
Scrypt buffer allocation fail
Fail thread 78248472 failed to initialize ,

any ideas ??

70  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your bitcoins are only as safe as your password on: March 12, 2017, 09:53:14 AM
Just use a password generator, select a huge password with lots of symbols capitals numbers and you are good ! for now at least... because there is the golden rule saying what it locked it can be unlocked,
71  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Reason Bitcoin will always be #1 on: March 12, 2017, 09:48:44 AM
Is because the name "Bitcoin" is the best name for a crypto-currency.

No other name will be as good.

I dont belive its because its name , but more than it was the first of its kind, and it is what it counts , be the first
Bitcoin was the first crypto ever , no1 , like LTC, DASH, ETH first of their algo kind, top ranking on marketcap
72  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is CHINA CONTROLLING Bitcoin? on: March 12, 2017, 09:42:32 AM
Today Chinese exchanges report 98% of global volume. This shows huge dominance by Chinese markets right ??
Its fake unlike the rest of the world, chinse exchanges are unique in that they do not charge fees on trades instead they make  money from withdrawal charges out of the exchange these fees reduce as your trading volume increase so this incentivises traders to rack up their trade volume from buying & selling from themselves at zero cost. be smart and not greedy ! Like the EU & US exchanges where you need a shitload of capital swing to minimize trade fees
73  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Even the great Firewall cant stop Bitcoin trading in china on: March 12, 2017, 09:36:22 AM
Chinese Government blocks access to a large number of international resources such as Google, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Flickr etc. Even though some VPN providers are quite successful at breaking through this Wall, the Chinese government is advancing so the providers must stay tuned and constantly adjust their VPN setup to ensure free internet access in that region. It is simple as that... to bypass the ultimate wallie  Grin
74  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose? on: March 11, 2017, 02:58:41 PM
I save bitcoins for futures because i see a bright future with bitcoin i don't mind spending my bitcoins now and i'm just saving even a few amount of bitcoin because i believed that the price can go to its highest point like 5000-10,000$ per bitcoin so i think saving bitcoins for the future is what we need to be safe in hard times.

same here!
Iv shorted my btc once at November of 2013, next short should be when btc hits 10k , so im the future purpose guy, im using some btc amount tho to charge my steam account, but most of the times i prefer to use fiat than my beloved btc!

76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto Traders ROOM - Cryptocurrency Trading and Investment Discussion chat room on: March 10, 2017, 09:16:59 AM
youre chat room is free or paid service
what is advantage join in youre chat room, you can give free signal is good coin and good investment

it's free there is no joining fee
the advantage is that you can speculate with other ppl (troll free , because we shoot in them in the face from day one), and no there are no free signals or good investments , we just speculate and discussing coins, trends
also my word of advice is never looking for "free signals" unless you havent done your research ...
77  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin (bitbargain) taking 3 days still nothing on: February 23, 2017, 01:01:06 PM
what the explorer says ? have you check it ?
Prolly it has to do with the extra long transaction queue waiting to be confirmed , and since you saying you did not pay extra fee, i guess its gonna take a while
78  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why I failed to make a fortune as an early bitcoin adopter? on: February 23, 2017, 12:48:19 PM
early adopter for my definition is
Buy Bitcoin under 20$ , mine bitcoin from your desktop computer using your cpu, if you done all this and still not being rich, then you have made a hell of wrong moves with your free money,  Undecided
79  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin follow the same path? on: February 23, 2017, 11:46:57 AM
Credit card companies charge consumer late fees for overdue bills, but importantly also charge merchants and others who accept credit cards for each transaction. First, credit cards charge a base fee that is the same for all regardless of the payments processor used, and is made up primarily of the interchange fee and the assessment fee. Interchange is the fee paid to banks or other financial companies that issue branded credit cards, and assessment is the fee paid to the credit card company itself

So i don't think so its gonna take that path...
80  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain bitcoin to teenagers or children on: February 22, 2017, 12:25:48 PM
Its not as difficult as it seems to explain anyway just tell him how it is keep it basic just tell him all it really is like online currency that kind of runs like stock one day it can be lower and one day it can be higher. Your thinking about it hard but its rather simple I'm no wiz at bitcoin but in my understanding that is how it goes more or less.
That is true, no need to elaborate further just as simple as that, a teenager/children nowadays are very smart. They could understand things in just observing and if they become interested on it they will definitely do research and in few time they can catch up with it.

Teenagers today and children are very advanced in terms of technology. It is not hard to teach them what is bitcoin. The most effective way to convince them is to teach them how to use bitcoin and how to profit from them. With just a simple instruction they will easily absorbed the idea.  Actually I did not earned big in online jobs if I was not taught by the teenagers about signature campaign, trading and others.

Just show them a video from youtube explaining what bitcoin is, grab a bag of pop-corn sit and watch the Bitcoin Rise & Rise with a teen , let him to some wiki search about BTC, afterwards show them the add funds button on Steam , and let your child choose what to do with his BTC & how to earn them. Wink
