Hello folks,
I'm new here. Wondering if any one can give me advice.
I have more than 15k of XVS coins that I purchased back in August. Haven't been tracking that coin in a while and thought it somehow rebranded to VSX until I read a post saying they should be swapped. Am I out of luck? Thousands of dollars of that coin gone in the drain?
I think you out of luck should alway check up on your investments coin swap happened weeks ago

Are there any plans this year to release a precompiled Rpi wallet QT?
most use rpi with headless wallet there a compile guide is on github I know the guide i have tried to follow a few times now. I couldnt get Dmd wallet running on my pi. Nor could i get it compiled. What about noobs that need gui? I am a bit gutted as i bought that Pi especially for DMD, but cant do everything with Cli For now i have put another staking coin with a precompiled wallet QT for Pi. Using Full Gui Raspbian, was very easy to do, but not really ideal. hoping for a DMD QT for Pi As more people discovery Dmd i think the need for an easy staking setup on low cost energy, device is a must. For now my Diamonds still on laptop.

Has anyone get experience setting up wallets on RPI3? i have followed this guide https://diamond-info.github.io/raspberry2.htmli tried with precompiled binaries which i couldnt get to run, I tried to compile my own binary in pi which failed for some reason (pi was hot) i then found a guide for compiling in vm debian https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=580725.15700Install the build environment dependencies for the Raspberry Pi - Code: sudo apt install build-essential libtool autotools-dev autoconf pkg-config curl gcc-aarch64-linux-gnu g++-aarch64-linux-gnu ( this line worked after working out debian doesnt configure sudo by default) build the dependencies for the DMD wallet without the GUI (cli only) building for QT needs work - Code: cd depends && make HOST=aarch64-linux-gnu NO_QT=1 This line just gives an error too . Can diamond wallet be run on ubuntu snappy? i think i need a gui.the commands to copy and paste just arent working on my system , ubuntu 16.04 spend a good 10+ hours on this now Looking for gui alternatives now, lots of lite linux distros for pi can the regular linux wallet run on these?

I still have not got this PI3 working.
Using precompiled binarys just wont run, so i tried from scratch and compiled my own on rpi, it failed, pi got very hot.
I then tried debian in Vmware method
Install the build environment dependencies for the Raspberry Pi - Code: sudo apt install build-essential libtool autotools-dev autoconf pkg-config curl gcc-aarch64-linux-gnu g++-aarch64-linux-gnu ( this line worked after working out debian doesnt configure sudo by default)
build the dependencies for the DMD wallet without the GUI (cli only) building for QT needs work - Code:
cd depends && make HOST=aarch64-linux-gnu NO_QT=1 This line just gives an error too .

sorry how do i get into settings? i have a desktop terminal open with pi on hdmi for now is there a command to enable ssh? Edit: i placed am empty file named ssh on root it now works for ssh. Ok so i at a loss again now, i assuming using precompiled binarys i skip to step 19 which is "initiate the wallet" cd cd Diamond/src ./diamondd after "cd Diamond/src" I get this error "-bash: cd: Diamond/src: No such file or directory" I have the 3 files downloaded from here https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NfjOYoIEZugazqFrZCQaruTJEkAqTzE7/view saved into the boot partition of SD card. where do i go from here....? ok so file path was wrong fixed it used "username@raspberrypi:/boot $ ./diamondd" which gave me this new error -bash: ./diamondd: cannot execute binary file: Exec format error Do i just need to run wallet now and setup password etc? I cant get diamondd to run...

Madmack1, staking is only possible with official DMDv3 wallet, available for Windows, MacOS and Linux. No staking on Android or exchanges as far as I know.
https://coinsmarkets.com/trade-BTC-DMD.htm says "LOW FEES + POS" I just wandered if anyone has DMD there for feedback. I hadn't heard of this one

Im liking this slow steady price increase.....

https://coinsmarkets.com/trade-BTC-DMD.htm is POS? I gave my girlfriend 20 DMD for Xmas but she has only android phone, so DMD sit in Coinomi. She can get POS on just 20 coins on that exchange? Anyone used it, Feedback?

I agree, if you put money into crypto, whatever coin, you have to check up on it regularly. New wallets come out also and you don't want to be left on old chain or old coin. Crypto is fast moving tech....Keep up I these forums daily also FB, telegram and blockfolio news page thats enough for me . I dont like twitter or discord so you are saying that you would like to reach "normal" people and have them invest money in your technology and then you would ask them to check on their investment on a daily or weekly basis? you should read again what you just said. And I was also not checking on some of my other coins and yes I have missed some stuff there as well. But no, it was never an issue as the devs and community where always supportive and showed me how to change to new wallets, redeem coins etc. Im not part of DEV team just a fellow investor sharing some advice

Sorry, I'm a beginner. But I saw where the nodes were on the first page, so where do I input them? Can you give me specific instructions, please? thank you. you must add the entire list of these nodes to a file vsync.conf on folder Vsync, which you have in the folder Roaming. and restart wallet Sorry but I'm on a Mac and there is no Vsync.conf file here, or I am looking in the wrong place. I've also tried to open it up through the wallet "open wallet config file" option but that doesn't do anything. Under the "Go" menu (in the Finder), select Go to Folder and type ~/Library/Application Support/Vsync create a file called vsync.conf with a text editor. Here is the contents of my file: sendfreetransactions=1
