61  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Libra Disrupt The Financial/Economic System? on: July 31, 2019, 10:46:17 AM
No it cant!

They can :
1) take a part of the micro txs market between persons
2) take a part and profit from little purchases online
3) disturb our privacy by stealing more of our data
62  Economy / Economics / Re: Is institutional capital good or bad for Bitcoin? on: July 31, 2019, 10:43:50 AM
Theory that large buy and sell actions cant destroy btc is BS. Only mining power over 50% can destroy BTC.

Large investment funds definitely are a good thing. More liquidity can do only good to financial markets.
63  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto Scams are a global issue on: July 30, 2019, 10:53:42 AM
Crypto is not the problem , there are ton of non crypto scams.
I was very surprised to hear that my friend invested 1000 Euros in some Dubai track company, this sounded funny from the start.
I took a quick look at them and immediately understood that his money is gone.

The morale of the story is that people are naive and dont know what to look for when investing.
64  Economy / Economics / Re: 🌟🌟🌟🌟✅ Discussions & Analysis with the Professor! ✅🌟🌟🌟🌟 on: July 30, 2019, 10:48:22 AM
Man, keep it simple!
Even if you do TA, it doe snot mean that you need to over saturate your predictions with information.

This is almost non readable. .. why do you have a 150 day period over axes which corresponds 2 years, lol.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Low marketcap gems with huge potential? on: July 29, 2019, 11:19:51 AM
It has been a while since i have suggested some low volume coins.

Recently i have been looking at the MTC coin again, the technical indicators seem very promising.
The graph is drawing cup and handle and is a bullish thing!
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO][LIVE]⚠️ Bitmillex - The Next Generation Crypto Platform 🚀 on: July 29, 2019, 11:14:21 AM
The price is absolutely trashed, it looks like some bonus holders or partners are dumping for pennies.

The platform itself have no activity.
but meanwhile the CEO is sitting in telegram chats all day long and trying to tlak to bounty hunters. Seems like the guy has lot of work Cheesy
Sitting on the raised pile of cash and giving himself a hefty salary.

this is dead project.
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🚀💥🚀🚀 DECOIN :FIRST blockchain Profit Sharing Exchange platform 🚀🚀 on: July 25, 2019, 09:12:06 AM
What is the next step for exchnage regarding their evolution?

I am asking because I dont understand why there are not more high volume coins there and if they are planned to be added..
Just to compare other new exchanges have more coins on their platforms.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [MTC] [Docademic] [Free Basic Healthcare] Doc Speculation on: July 25, 2019, 09:07:01 AM
.

There is still hope for them anyway, I hear Mcaffee speak of them of recent too, when I saw the recent news of Mcafee speaking good of it, I felt kind of relieve because I thought that I was already holding another shitcoins, if docademics had turned shit coin, then I would have lost faith in research because I really did researched on docademics before investing in them.

It is hard to determine if the Mcafee is good factor or bad for this project.
His tweets were very good marketing after the ICO and definitely helped with the hype which led to huge profits.
But going forward in many eyes he is like a red flag not to look more into MTC, because he is there and is strongly associated with shitcoins.

As you can read in this thread MTC is doing many great things and if you look into this project more you will understand that Mcaffe is small factor and does not show the real quality of it.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [MTC] [Docademic] [Free Basic Healthcare] Doc Speculation on: July 24, 2019, 03:00:17 PM

Charles (CEO) had a conversation with CZ, Charles mentioned this in one of his AMA. Money is not everything to list on Binance but there are maybe other factors which CZ asked Charles to work with if I'm not wrong.

Interesting, was not aware of this information, thanks for sahring.

Check this thread > Crypto exchanges comparison [trade fee + listing fee + age + mobile app + more!]

The listing fee for Binance is written Free to 150 BTC, so if it is true then this could mean that if a project is strong enough than Binance may consider to list it for free and we know DOC is a solid project with a strong team and community support.

Not sure if the fee is up to date. I know that IEO costs 250 BTC which includes listing. I imagine that listing fee is close to that.
I know that the abilty to pay the fee to Binanace is not even close to deciding factor for Binance to allow listing but have not heard about free  or lowered listing fees there . I hope you are right about the possibility of not paying the huge listing fee.

I think that MTC is one of the top 5 coins which are worthy of Binance listing .

Doc.com in plans with Grupo Vallas to launch Crypto ATMs across 2000 locations in Europe and Latin America. The new rollout will bring Health and Financial management options at the touch of a button for everyone. https://doc.com/2019/07/23/crypto-atms

Awesome. I see that biggest problems will be with regulators . Again have to hope that their alliance will be able to overcome them.

71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] New Stabletoken ROKS on the Ethereum network on: July 24, 2019, 11:59:48 AM

this is makes a lot of sense.
i have red about similar projects which succeed. The main concern for me is that those workers and their families will have little access to exchanges , bank accounts , credit cards. I imagine they need psychical access to money transfers similar to western union just a LOT cheaper.
What similar projects have you heard about? I'm just interested because I have never heard about another such projects.

I remember reading about small business which started with money transfers from China to some other regions . Their customers were foreign workers who wanted to send money to their families back home.

The article was about a year ago, I cant find it now . I remember they grew to larger successful business.

I would not be surprised if this project was inspired by them.

So long wait for exchanges, and listings and they list on just launched exchange platform.
Disappointing.

Only good thing is that bounty has a lock period.

73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [MTC] [Docademic] [Free Basic Healthcare] Doc Speculation on: July 23, 2019, 11:02:36 AM

10. MTC has never been on any other major exchange besides Kucoin, think what happens when they will expand towards others.
11. They will expand towards other big exchange markets
12. While all coins are dropping, MTC still remains very strong (short term wise)
13. Reaching 50% of their ATH is still very profitable, imagine reaching their ATH or even surpassing it which is very likely to happen.

Expending in other exchanges, takes a lot of money. Binance costs 1-2 Million USD to list there this is if they decide that token is worthy.
The token price is not high enough for team to invest such large amounts in this kind of expansion.

I would say that reaching ATH is not very realistic with no new big exchanges, ATH would require about 450 million USD MC.

That being said the price situation looks quite good now, while market is dropping again, MTC is slightly up.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] New Stabletoken ROKS on the Ethereum network on: July 23, 2019, 10:55:33 AM

-Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) buy ROKS and a tiny amount of ETH from ExMarkets.com for sending to their relatives back home in the Philippines (the beneficiaries). They send ROKS and a very minimal amount of ETH (for Ethereum gas) to their relatives using their “wallet” in ExMarkets.com. It is also possible to buy and send just ETH.

-The beneficiary relatives receive the ROKS and ETH in a couple of minutes. They use the Opera crypto wallet in their smartphones to get an Ethereum address (account) and keep track of their money in that address. They also use the Opera wallet to pay vendors.

-Vendors have to have the RockStable point-of-sale app MainSale to be able to accept ROKS. Evangelists sells territorial rights to MainSale to the vendors.

-Vendors collect ROKS they receive as payment. At certain periods (maybe weekly), vendors sell their ROKS at coins.ph, pdax.ph, or citadax.ph for PHP or USD. Evangelists help their vendors sell their ROKS.

-RockStable sells ROKS to OFWs in Bittrex; we buy ROKS from vendors in the Philippine exchanges.

You can check out our case uses: https://rockstable.io/use-cases

This is all good but why you would need new coin for this, you could easily achieve this by using any other currency with fast transfer which would be changed in the other end to USDT or FIAT fast enough.
Still the question remains also , those who would need to use those transactions .. do they have smartphones and knowledge how to use them  This still is my main concern.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will BNB reach $50 This Year? on: July 22, 2019, 11:52:17 AM
Might as well reach it, I dont own it but I take a look at its movements often. Very often I am surprised how fast it can and moves.

There is factor which helps it greatly, the necessarily hold period for those who want to buy in their IEOs. It helps to support the price.
So in the end, if the whole market will experience some medium push, the BNB can easily go to 50$.

Can you explain why this is needed since it looks that there already are some extremely successful  ETH stable coins - like USDQ, which is used in most big exchanges.

Would you be just the same as USDQ or you have some advantages?
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴【✅$49 Million ICO】CRYPTOMARKETADS.COM【OVER 50k USERS NOW✅4 PRODUCTS】 on: July 20, 2019, 03:45:26 PM
Yes, if the team chose the Bitforex exchange for the IEO, this would be good news for all investors. Reliable exchange inspires confidence among investors.
yes that is indeed good news and will attract the hearts of investors, but it would be more beautiful if the CMA project was able to get and enter a binance exchange or a coin it would be a very valuable thing for investors because it is the leading stock exchange today

GUys, stop mega-multi quoting. It is hard to read and follow the discussion, ruins the thread.
Binance is too high of a goal, it takes about 2 million USD to get IEo on there.

Bitforex seems to be medium exchange, I know some projects that listed there and they had some real volume but certainly there are some fake volume going on there regarding big currencies.
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Huobi vs BNB on: July 20, 2019, 03:22:37 PM
It will most likely have a good hype but binance is the biggest player and I dont see how anyone could overtake them soon.
Some time ago I red that Huobi is wash-trading and even if they are saying that they stopped it recently ( https://www.coindesk.com/huobi-clamps-down-on-crypto-wash-trading-after-bitwise-report) it was bad marketing and in my opinion will not help to get past Binance.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: High fees on some exchange! on: July 18, 2019, 11:00:47 AM
I remember when I got into some of those exchanges not knowingly. When I got the bounty rewards, I just sent those tokens where it was the best price or the highest turnover.   Only when I went for withdraw I often realized how much I have to pay , but in almost all times there where no other option. It is difficult to understand about the situation now, since i trade only on big exchanges where fees are low.
