There will be no chance that it is 100% scam, there will be an ICO out there that are promising and making some real development on their project with a real Road Map. however this kind of ICO is mostly don't have a support from investors because Investors are most likely invested now on IEO and some other investment method because the rate on ICO scam are dramatically higher.

I knew from the start if the bounty campaign became successful they will make a KYC to reduce the amount of participant to get the token rewards so that they will minimize the possibility of dumping after the token has been distributed. I think this is the best as long as we have our unique identity because some users here uses multiple accounts to cheats on bounties that serve them well when they get surprise with a KYC in the end of the Bounty campaign.

As of today Bitcoin has recovered from that deadly dump last year. we can still see $8000 in the next month if the trend still there, this is the most losngest hold from $800 since last's years deep fall. we just need to believe that after hard fall there will be a bounce back just like we see in the market chart today.

I don't know about this if it is real but some new coins are really promising, I don't say that they are good for investment but with a proper research you can still choose whether to invest on this newly release coins in the market. I believe that they are still worth investing our money.

The only way for the IEO to become scam is when they cooperating with new exchanges that suddenly emerged, this kind of exchange not all of them mostly cannot resist a big money temptation, sometimes they are created just to scam people in a way of IEO. so we need to be careful when dealing with new exchanges lets just trust old and reputable exchanges for now.

The more we see that ICO are becoming scam day by day almost all of the ICO scam we can really tell that ICO's are not to be trusted anymore but in the end of the day it is the scammer who managed to dirty the name of the ICO, on the other hand IEO is never used to scam people atleast as of the moment until so many IEO  become scam they will say IEO is a scam investment too.

Maybe they're making some developments that still on beta they cannot release a statement yet because it may fail and will only make people confuse about it since they're working on silence let's just wait for their release of this massive development I'm sure the price of the coins is the only matter for us. as soon as this development implemented their will be a pump of the price of NEO too.

You should put in your list the coins called BNB, since you are new to this kind of industry this basic coins will make you gain enough profit to make a new investment. so you better add BNB too because of their newly introduce method of countering hacker their coins is more likely to get popular on the next pump and the price will pump too.

Some of the bounty managers are already implementing this method of payment, but most of them only doing it on signature campaign but only those legit project, for the scam project they will never do this cause they don't have a fund to start with they're just to steal people's money. So if you see project with a btc payment that project have higher chance legit.
