61  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why people want easy money scaming other people? on: May 22, 2018, 12:25:40 PM
Why are people behaving unfairly? Just today I've read an article about a scammer who threatened to give a bad review to an ICO if they won't pay him for good review. And it seems this kind of scam is becoming popular: http://www.newsbtc.com/2017/12/08/ico-scammers-new-cybercriminal-breed/
It becomes really hard to distinguish where a good and bad project is because of such people. I believe that those guys are not at all scammers. So why do you think people don't want to earn money fairly? That is what our society needs. How do you think, will we ever see a world where all people are honest and fair?

being surprised that people scam is like being surprised a lion killed you while you walked towards him.

just to be clear: there is a lot of "evil" and "idiots" out there and believe it or not, but making money with scams and illegal activities is mostly easier than by a legit business.

I don't understand it either, i am not such a person but there are many. much more than you think. politicians for example. they are 98% scammers. they promise things they never deliver. but you didn't put your 200 dollars into it, so it doesn't hurt you directly (if not more indirectly)
62  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does U.A.E allow bitcoin in their market? on: May 22, 2018, 09:57:37 AM
what is their market? if you mean that it can be accepted at a shop?
i think as long as you charge all the taxes the government needs to barely survive, i think yes. sure the gov. does not take tax payments in Crypto though
63  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Mining , Is it worth it? on: May 22, 2018, 09:46:14 AM

I think its not worth it, unless you do it really sohisticated and you are in the game since a while
64  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the reason why we really need Bitcoin? on: May 21, 2018, 01:33:22 PM
I don't want government controlled profit making banks telling to whom to transfer funds
Banks NEVER servce customers but just themselves. Their profits come out of our pockets
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Country backed coins, a good idea? on: May 21, 2018, 11:09:01 AM
No not at all. We are all here because we don't want FIAT. Making a FIAT crypto makes no sense at all

67  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should we Re-Brand Bitcoin? on: May 20, 2018, 11:53:33 AM
I think the best thing of Bitcoin is its branding. so clear no!
Rebranding will not remove some of the negativity about it
68  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can somebody steal your btc? on: May 18, 2018, 05:26:46 PM
the same way they can steal money from your account. hacking the account is unlikely (in case of btc, hacking the blockchain, as of now impossible) but they can put a gun on your head and force you to hand out the pin. i think that also applies for private keys.

the difference is, with the private keys they can take all your funds (that are on this particular key) where with the debit card pin, there is a limit.

so to answer, yes. very easily.

best prevention is that noone knows whos are your addresses and how rich you are. Not looking like a target is the best you can do to never become one
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can ethereum be beat Bitcoin on: May 17, 2018, 01:10:53 PM
I think this can happen in the near future, but bitcoin will survive and maybe in a mid term overtake ETH again.
70  Economy / Speculation / Re: What does the future of bitcoin look like?? on: May 17, 2018, 02:55:36 AM
I believe there will be other cryptocurrencies which will surpass Bitcoin, so Bitcoin will considered a legend in the future.

but legends never die and since bitcoin compared to human beings has no heart that stops beating, i think the legend Bitcoin will not die. so if its not dying, its going to appreciate in value. i don't see anything in between.

72  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's volatility is a non-issue on: May 14, 2018, 11:02:59 PM
Volatility is OK but the amount that Bitcoin has is definitely an issue if it shall be adapted as a currency.

74  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: can bitcoin govern the whole world? on: May 09, 2018, 06:39:33 PM
No it cannot. As much as I believe in it, bitcoin can not become the one and only main currency in the world. for multiple reasons that i don't even know where to start mentioning them.

75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who will be the next leaders in the cryptocurrency market? on: May 09, 2018, 05:59:34 PM
