I choose long term investment as it makes me the most money/gains and it makes me to hold my tokens/coin with lesser pressure. When you are investing in long term, you are targeting more profits and this would make you invest minimally.

I have used yobit and I would say that, I didn't like yobit though. The exchange does not look professional in my opinion(I could be wrong). I would prefer to use the likes of binance and select the coins there to trade than use yobit
