Offline i normally play Age of Empires or one of the Stronghold series.

I was a warped kid lol. I wanted to be a shark so i could come back and eat my family.
When that phase passed, i wanted to be a pilot. Never quite got there.

I used to play Stronghold Kingdoms. Stopped that one and moved on to World of Warships. Love the 20min game time limit. Makes it easier not to lose my day in a game.
