61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ELI] Eligma | AI-driven & blockchain-based cognitive commerce platform on: April 04, 2018, 07:03:51 PM
Eligma is a useful and promising project in the online trade industry. Eligma allows its users to save time and money when buying products in online stores. Through the Eligma platform, buyers can quickly find the product according to the most optimal criteria.

What is the schedule for a first big release of Eligma? Can we expect to use it in 2018 or will it take longer?

We are launching test phase of developed POS payment system, together with mobile wallet app in BTC City (Ljubljana, Slovenia) in the beginning of April. Many big stores are already with us and much more will join very soon.

The MVP is projected for August this year, with the first version of the Eligma platform developed by the end of the year and later expanded to other markets in accordance with the roadmap above.

To demonstrate that Eligma is here to stay, we are proud to announce EliPay. Most of the stores we will be working with are currently operating strictly as brick-and-mortar entitites which gives us the opportunity to combine the online and offline worlds of commerce. EliPay’s primary purpose will be to enable visitors of BTC City to use cryptocurrencies in al the center’s stores. We are hoping EliPay will bring cryptocurrency to the mainstream; all retailers will receive our cryptocurrency transaction systems and consumers will be able to use a mobile app. The iOS version will be released first, and the Android version will follow in the next few months.

For quick understanding you can also find two videos on our webpage: https://www.eligma.io

This is really a big load of good news. And it is in the not so far distant future that we can actually have a look at the product. Nice nice nice Wink

Crypto is actually on phase of refusal and modification as right now so we noticed that most of most crypto eliminate a little % on the price however after this misunderstandings gone I think crypto will pump  soon

What kind of "misunderstanding" are you talking about? The current situation is indeed quite uncertain and we can only hope that regulators make the right decisions.

Right decision or not, even if they were to decide to ban crypto overall they'd have as much success as banning piratebay and the likes of P2P.
People will only find a "branded illegal" way to mine, exchange and trade coins if they try to ban or overtax.

That is right but it would significantly slow any progress down. If they cut off the whole e-commerce by forbidding them to accept crypto, that would be tough. They have some tools to slow things down, but I agree with you that they can't stop it totally.

No one is going to outright "ban" crypto since it can't really be done. Govt's can close exchanges but the underground will open more. The protocol can't be blocked as other traffic would be affected. They could cut off access to fiat which would only make crypto more valuable in closed circles. New ideas and uses would replace the current system until it once more broke out into the general population.  Best they can hope for is regulation and taxation and even that is sketchy and all over the map.

I agree with you and that is why I said they can slow it down. They definitely can slow it down by making laws that are much harsher than we would expect. Bitcoin would dump like hell whether it would make sense or not. It would also recover surely, but slowly. Fiat is still just too dominant.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: The Deal Coin - Decentralised P2P Lending Eco-system - $15M raised in 3 days ! on: April 04, 2018, 05:15:18 PM
Update : The bonus of 20% has been extended until Thursday.

20% bonus? Isnt that too much, when is going to come out in some exchanges there is going to be a massive dump, or im wrong?

20% bonus sounds alright. A lot of projects offer that range in bonuses. If you offer much less it is no real incentive to purchase early.

a new project lending platform based on blockchain that looks interesting and will definitely be the choice of many investors in investing. offers a fairly bounty allocation of 3% sure it can be a baity hunter baity to participate in this project

I am a bit worried that so many projects try to make an ICO with lending as their business model. It's dozens of projects by now I think.

We are building the future of peer to peer lending. We are focused on the use of blockchain technology to improve the process, timescales ad costs involved for all parties. Please read the whitepaper as you will see the difference between The Deal Coin and many other crypto lending platforms

I have read a few of those white papers and it is exactly what it is: white papers. We have seen several lending projects crash despite their fancy white paper. By now there are also large players coming into the market that have liquidity from large investors right when they launch their platform. They have less problems to bootstrap their business model. It will be hard for smaller projects to compete with those.

Could you explain what was fancy on this whitepaper ?

They already have many agreement and will be list on Gibraltar Blockchain Exchange.
I suggest you to take a look there : https://hackernoon.com/the-deal-coin-dlsd-a-possible-gem-in-the-p2p-lending-market-fd227a976483

This project, The Deal Coin, is on the way to have a big business model. So let's give it a chance.

Of course we give it a chance. I am just a little bit fed up with projects claiming that they want to do P2P lending. Literally all of them failed. Maybe they can get it done.

Is this project still active or what is the situation right now? The overall idea with drones isn't bad, but it seems this was put on halt? Are the team members still active?

I must say it was pretty obvious from the very beginning of this project. It started with all those withdrawal balance and first users here reported problems, but the fan boys kept pushing this by saying it's all good. It might also have been alternate accounts of course. Another one that cost people in crypto a lot of money while making thieves rich Sad

Always difficult because even if the addresses are public they could have manipulated it by depositing their own BTC.

ARK seem to be the best coin in my wallet right now,...
hope it don't let me down by the end of 2018. cause... I bought a lot :')
saw the potential of project but did not make profit from it yet...
how about you guys?
is buying coins a good way to support?

Yes, buy and hold is the way to make money even if it go down 90%, just leave it there. Flipping is not the way to make good money, Warren Buffet, the king of U.S.A investor even say that, all of his investment take years or even decades to make good profits.

I think that one strategy to protect a certain range of your investment COULD - and that's a big could - be that you short the major currencies like ETH or BTC with a portion of your portfolio. I have never done that but might consider it if have had another bull run for some time in the future.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: !!!WHAT SHOULD WE DO ORDER TO AVENGED THE DECEPTION MADE BY SAPIEN TO EVERY BOUN on: March 18, 2018, 05:18:42 PM
Interested in seeing how this is going to play out. Did the bounty hunters who were concerned with this problem take any action?

I just read the comment from a guy who told the public how he was scammed by the team from HomeBlockCoin. Is this the about the same concept or how are you different? So many lending projects and they are all failing.

Hi, I'm actually quadrilingual, I don't use google translate because it produces low quality results.
If I used Google Translate why wouldn't I offer 25 different languages?
I offer 4 languages: Spanish, Italian Portuguese and English, if interested please contact me at my email: estefanytranslates@gmail.com

Interesting, that means you are very smart. The problem is that your comment doesn't relate to what I said in any way. Maybe you aren't as good a translator as you say you are Wink

Jure Leskovec, Professor at Stanford, Chief Scientist at Pinterest and Investigator at the Chan Zuckerberg Biohub. He is focusing on machine learning, with emphasis on AI, mining and modelling large networks. Jure co-founded a machine learning start-up Kosei, later acquired by Pinterest. Glad to have him on board.

Quite an impressive recruitment for your project. Is there also any kind of confirmation from the professor that this is true?

What advantages you have before already existing blockchain? Do you have a compare list? And why you dont have a detailed roadmap? Your roadmap very pure. I think this must be much more clear and for every month for such big investments as you need.

thank you for your question.

Our team is just working on a new marketing strategy, this include preparing  some materials to illustrate the benefits of our blockchain than others. Even the roadmap could be reviewed to be "more clear" and simple to understand.

you should come up with some explanatory material quickly because you are throwing around many complex and innovative terms which probably hardly anyone understands. It's up to you to demonstrate the advantages you have over others.
