This is the basic-intermedium scam test, if you pass this the next are the bounties, next the pre-ICO and ICO and finally the guess-who-isn't-a-bot in telegram. If you get that far you will officially have the guaranteed profit this post promises.

I think they shouldn't be the primary way, but as a secondary tool they can be great.
However, I think they will be convertibles and limited to some asignments such as history or theoretical ones.

Learn the top 500 vocabulary, the grammar and how to conjugate properly. Then, depending of your goals, you should discover what area are you more interested in (speaking, reading...). I find writting a useful method, because that's when you struggle the most (it's better if it's then reviewed).

As far as I know, punishement of similar crimes sometimes depends of the economic status, but many times it is seem disproportionate. When there are fixed fees the richer the better.
I think their contacts can make influential people get off easier, but at the same time if they break the law they will lose part or all of that influence by social punishement.

I think the important question should be: how good is the time-reward relation?
Because there are some in which in 30s you are done with something valuable and others in which for your minutes you won't get anything.

It depends. If you are a bright person and like to study, you should go to university and get your degree(s).
If you are going to university just to get a degree, you should definitely not go. It will be a waste of time and money.
Nowadays I don't think you need to be bright, just have the interest-will-passion and a decent brain. But yeah, good point, and studying something you don't really want to learn can be painful even before a hundred hours, so imagine a complete bachelor...
