ROFO THIS IS FOR YOU: I'm holding and mining NOBLE since day 1, I currently have 2.9M and still mining (never sold any). I wasn't very active in this thread but I follow closely, The reason I keep mining this coin is the great developer (rofo) and the great community. I want to say 2 things: 1) In my opinion, the last 30-60 days were crazy for the altcoins markets - people ignore quality and innovation and just searching for the next quick pump and dump coin. Gladly, for a pump and dump coin to be a success, it needs some suckers that will swallow the dump. Those suckers are starting to realize the whole idea and because of that pump and dump are a lot harder for new coins those days (less and less suckers). So in my opinion, this shitcoins era is about to be over very soon (you can already see the signs of low volume and very early dumps). When it will be over most of the shitcoins will die while the coins that will stay alive will take the market value (and interests) of those dead coins, people will look for stable coins with dedicated developers and community behind it. And that is why I think NOBLE has a bright future (you can add the cool name and the awesome marketplace). 2) Thank you ROFO, thank you NOBLE community, you are the one who make (and will make) this coin something different from all those shitcoins around. Sorry for my english I hope you got the idea +1, this is why we will succeed. Think so, too. but it`s quite a lot of theory in it. Hope it will be the same in the praxis (like you said) I just have to follow what is said every day here in the thread: Our dev Rofo + community + premine! this combination is really unsurpassable! and if we work for it together there will be a successfull time in the near future Strange times for all coins these days, for the people that pump and dump they no longer need a new coin, all they need do is go and look on any exchange & you can quickly find a coin ripe for it (there are just so many), how ever that being said i do not see that happening at the moment a great deal which is surprising, as for noble i agree a great dev with a great coin with a great community behind it, again though i do worry for the current state of affairs, mtgox, bad press, to many #coins, lots of people who have recently started mining dumping with out any thought due to dodge coin, yet to see the light at the end of this tunnel, personally i feel we are in for a rough ride. Also i would like to add that one of few ways out this is for pools & exchanges to take a stand on what coins they choose. |

Have had this on miining since the start, did it fork or something, now io have no coins? i see from the log the diff went from 1 to 64 and then the log stops. is going to be relaunched?.

Think we need to hold of a little on the mintpal votes now, concentrate on getting cryptsy close also, reason if we do not hit both close together i think we will end up with lots of dumps on mintpal possibly causing us to end up trading against just lite coin & that would be a disaster.

I got frustrated on Twitter because CryptoCoinNews & Coindesk blatantly refuse to publish anything about NobleCoin and do not even respond, ever, to my requests for a media story or what it would take to get a story (I go so far as hinting at what their 'fee' is). WDC announces an intent to raise $10,000 (with the first round never getting delivered) - CCN story. DOGE announces an intent to raise $50,000 now (read intent) - CoinDesk story. NobleCoin is the first to do so successfully (raises $5,000 at 0.003% market cap of DOGE) and gets mentioned on the article itself that in some ways set off the Water donation boom with the January publication of the NobleCoin Movement & The Water Project ( https://thewaterproject.org/welcome-cryptos.php) - zero coverage, zero response, implied we have to pay because we are unworthy. What's worse is the Water Project article is never mentioned either, despite us attempting to explain in our email that this is just as important. The fact that a major charitable organization is publicly recognizing crypto donations (rather than just accepting regular fiat donations raised and exchanged by crypto communities) and intends to go beyond accepting just BTC is not relevant to them it seems (unless perhaps they pay too?). I am extremely biased towards crytpocurrency media, and if you think our lack of media promotion is due to lack of trying that simply is not the case. I personally believe the owners of CCN own a lot of DOGE, WDC, BTC & LTC only and only care about lining their pockets and pumping those coins rather than actual 'cryptocurrency news'. I don't mind calling that out at this point. I've been nice and professional and tried to get a dialogue going with them about the Water Project and what it would 'cost' to get a story for months - and they simply refuse to respond. Sooner or later, we will get recognized because we sure aren't going to stop.I can attest to this. I personally have emailed several media outlets, one in particular probably 10 times, with no real responses. I have even taken it to the extreme of reaching out to specific writers at some of these outlets and asked for help, but I am usually turned away or told "I don't do alt coin stories" even though I see their name attached to several Doge stories. I am not sure what you can do to get on these. If anyone has any suggestions on someone who would be willing to give us a chance, I'd be more than willing to put in the leg work to do whatever is needed. You could try something like enzine in the hope the media pick it up. |

Contributor # rates are based on a cycle of 30 mins not "Hashrate based on shares submitted in the past 5 minutes". so they will fluctuate and are best ignored, how ever that being said sometimes a user can have issues connecting through data centers though this is rare. |

Thick & Thin were in and will not be dumping a single coin.
I would also like to say i strongly believe a lot of the community here is with you rofo, very few have dumped the coin, i just think there have been few buyers at this time & lets face it it is early days yet.

We have no control over whether Crytpsy adds us or not - it's not up to us. Over the last two months we've had three Cryptsy request threads with combined almost 100 votes, we've emailed them personally as well members of the community about adding us and if they 'require fees' for listing and we've had a week or two of 350+ BTC volume (not as much as these hype coins, but we were volume that lasted more than a week or two). To date we have had zero, I mean zero, response. We will now be pursuing Mintpal/Cryptorush and eagerly awaiting LazyCoins/AGX (I honestly believe both may be solid contenders) in the meantime. Currently it requires 10BTC to buy top spot on the Cryptsy voting page - with zero guarantee or knowledge of when you would get added. I wouldn't be surprised if it's a week or more of coins outbidding each other for more than double that while Crytpsy laughs to the bank. Exchange voting (we will start piling BTC to get listed everywhere): Here (bter) Here (btc38) - make sure you vote for the first listed (all caps) Here (mintpal, hourly!) And updated: Here (Cryptorush, hourly)I am still unsure wether to take Cryptorush seriously or not. To me it seems like a real cheesy exchange only needed for the launch of a new 1satoshi (which we are getting dangerously close to) pre-mined coin. But I guess I'll trust your instinct on this one and vote for Noble on there. I don't like cryptorush, how hard is it to implement something that stops it going back to the top of the page when you click something? Plus they seem to have the dregs of coins on there. That being said, I think it's a case of the more exchanges the better. Needs a big exchange with a good marketing strategy. (main Stream) |

Great shame the price was not left at 5000, imagine starting of at cryptsy from 5000 then what would zed coins be worth, shame.
