Altcoins are getting better but not better than bitcoin. There's no way altcoins will get better than bitcoin. No matter what bitcoin remains the father and king of cryptocurrency so please clear your mind that altcoins are better than bitcoin.

In times and situation like this where the market isn't good, I will advise you to hold your coins for sometime and wait for the profits that are yet to come from your investment.

No I don't think so. Altcoins aren't dying. Yes I do agree the market is unhealthy and the price of altcoins are falling but that doesn't mean that they are dying. They have the potential of rising and becoming a great coin in the future.

No. I wasn't surprised at all. Last year,  ethereum price was far away from its real price so I won't be surprised at all if it happens that way or increased because it's the nature of cryptocurrency.

I am not good at predicting though but I am really sure that bitcoin in 2018 will be super great because it is really rising and growing despite the challenges it's facing currently in the crypto market.
