Totally. A minimum deposit of 25 dollars and minimum withdrawal of 100 dollars are way to high and a bit unfair, since one cannot even get the money out from the website in case of low initial deposit! And accepting various cryptocurrencies but linking the currency of the last deposit to the currency of withdrawal doesn't make sense to me as well. And rule #18 is too strict. I am sure that in case someone wins, doesn't get the winnings and you say this person was suspected in abusive behaviour, you'd still get a negative trust on this forum regardless to the rule you have.
