Monero's sole value proposition is privacy, whilst important, is such a small portion of the market. Most people will only need to use this once in a while and for particular services.

It will never come close to replacing btc as it cannot support economic/commercial financial models or mainstream adoption.

No connection. These are two different projects that have different markets and don't compete with each other.

Dash has no connection. We have privacy as one of our many features and are heading toward mainstream adoption.

Monero is the coin that competes with zero cash as they are both solely anonymity focused. Based on the team that's working on Zero cash, monero is finished.

Zero cash release date just announced. Monero has around 9 weeks of life left.

I think once Z-cash comes out Monero will most likely be redundant unless it innovates with some new feature that Z-Cash doesnt have.

Z-cash will be the new standard for the anonymity niche market which is currently Monero's only selling point.

I have only had to restart my masternode once in 3 months, if that.
