They did say that they would close down the testnet. You will still be able to claim your HEAT after launch, but I think you need to contact support for that. i just would like to know if its already closed or not. |

Okey so i bought qora coins last week and they landed in my wallet safely. Now when i opened my wallet my balance is 0 ? I did send the coins to the right adress (100% sure) ,but my balance is 0 now. Any ideas?

I still got an incoming transaction that been incoming since 8:49 am this morning. How long does it take before the coins show up in the wallet? I bought with bitcoin using the iOS wallet app.
There was a similar question on Telegram - answer is: "your payment processed and placed in the queue. It might take several hours before settlement since there are a lot of payments today. We are sorry for the inconvenience."my incoming tx stuck from the morning as well |

here is what u have to do ... open the app on androidon the first tab called my lykke ... click down buy lykke .. then click bitcoin .. they type any amount and click checkout ... it will give you a btc address ... you should send to this address ... If u send to the another address in wallet tab ( 2nd tab ) u can withdraw bitcoins from there to any address or to the address mentioned ^ I know what to do , i ve done it a few times and it shows as incoming transfer as it should be . I am telling that i transfered some more btc to lykke wallet , went to lykke exchange , found a ticker "LKK-BTC on lykke exchange and bought LKK and it shows on my LKKwallet not as a incoming transfer , but as a BUY . So it means its already possible to trade LKK , but somebody said that traiding starts on wednesday . |

Lykke is the market maker in LKK coins, which means it quotes bid and ask prices (e.g. 0.0499 CHF to sell and 0.0501 CHF to buy). When you login, you will then be ask to submit an email code which will be sent to your email. how to submit it ? - Click the withdraw tab on the left of the ICO dashboard. - Input a valid deposit STRAT address. - Click submit - Withdrawals are processed manually throughout the day. when i push withdraw button , ia am beeing disconected from ico platform and i have to type my password and username again.
