MUE 2.0 is a fork of Phore which is a fork of pivx.

I believe we have inherited this from pivx (which is more inclusive)

MyMUE is live and earning you rewards as we speak, it is just not publicly available yet until all back end integrations have been completed.
MyMUE is and will remain a shared MasterNode service, so "staking" is not what the service offers.
The platform operator M P Hosting (pjcltd) may offer stake pools in the future, I don't know, but as soon as MyMUE is live, we'll let everyone know.

MUE 2.0 is a POS 3.0 coin, so we have ditched POW entirely, but retained MasterNodes and reward structure and coin emission.

Hi all, OK, to summarise, testing is going great.
I think we might even be just 2 weeks from going live with this swap (or as close as possible).

The new Proof Of Stake (POS) network has been working wonderfully in testnet.
Wallets are staking.
Blocks are rolling.
MasterNodes are running and earning rewards.
Budgets are getting paid out.

We've had issues to iron out as you'd expect, but overall, things are going great.

We're going to move to "mainnet" testing next, and do some simulations of the live swap/migration, and will hopefully invite one or two of you to join in to help us out in the next couple of days.

Dear MUE community, we have suffered a huge attack on the network.
It appears to have been a kind of replay/re-organisation attack POW coins have been victim of in recent months and that was able to obtain MUE in the millions.

We have decided on immediate action/resolution.
As per the community vote some weeks back in which 57% voted for a move to a POS (proof of stake) coin with MasterNodes & budgets, that is exactly what we are going to do.

We will perform a coin swap 1:1 for all transactions up to and including block 833658

This is the last block that was accepted for deposits/withdrawals with Bittrex & also means the attacker will get NOTHING as the attacks happened after this block.

The move to POS was something the team were looking at doing at some point, this has just aided our decision to make this happen sooner.
