61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What we should do for bitcoin on: April 17, 2019, 04:17:50 PM
It’s impossible to talk about cryptocurrencies without talking about bitcoin. Starting from very humble origins and with a view to disrupting government control over public finances, bitcoin has grown to become a powerhouse in the financial sector. More and more merchants, businesses and even governments are adopting the coin, and the blockchain technology behind it, in ways the creator of bitcoin couldn’t have imagined.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will ICO's do with those unsold tokens? on: April 17, 2019, 04:15:45 PM
Under an Airdrop strategy, the investor’s share of the total token supply is always higher when compared to a burning strategy. The only exception to this, is when every single token is sold. In this case, they are equal. Do it's either air dropped,  burn or keep.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Impacts of IEOs on the crypto-ecosystem on: April 16, 2019, 10:13:37 PM
IEOs are an exciting new fundraising mechanism and have attracted lots of attention, but will probably remain focused on niche projects for now. Additionally, the main point of the IEO model is not the underlying merits of any individual project, but the financial engineering they enable with exchange tokens. By wrapping these functions together, IEOs can increase demand and utility for the exchange token, which could affect price in a drastic manner. The crypto space has no shortage of financial engineering, and IEOs are a perfect case study.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Could Tether Bring Down Bitcoin? on: April 16, 2019, 09:57:11 PM
The story of Tether to date has been one of success. Within two years it has grown from storing less than $10M to almost $2.8B in value. Being listed on virtually every exchange, it enjoys massive network effects and the market trust in its convertibility has remained quasi absolute throughout its history.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coins with Masternode? on: April 16, 2019, 03:12:36 PM
PIVX Is my no one pick,  it provides masternode functionality as well as staking as it is a proof of stake coin, unlike Dash. And here the masternodes are used for voting, sending instant transactions and preventing double spends. Also, by looking at current PIVX price ticker, you can calculate how much initial investment would be needed to run a PIVX masternode.

And my second pick is Zcoin, which is also the first crypto to implement zerocoin protocol on it to ensure confidentiality and anonymity. It also implements the concept of masternodes known as Znodes specifically for performing Zerocoin transactions.
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be aware, so many scam coins are around on: April 15, 2019, 10:01:21 PM
The fast-moving world of cryptocurrencies allows quite a few opportunities for traders. New cryptocurrencies and tokens often rise at a rapid clip, drawing a lot of attention whether they originate in a fork like Litecoin Cash or from an ICO. Yet in many cases, these shiny new coins are no more than a scam: a pump and dump scheme that should be avoided at all cost, as they can cost us the full cost. With the explosion of cryptocurrencies, there has also been an unwelcome rise in crypto scams or scam coins. An in-depth research is needed to assess new coins, like with any other investment
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Am done with KYC on: April 15, 2019, 08:15:30 PM
Kyc is just a waste of time, that is if it's based on bounty,  cos with kyc and the whole stress,  the reward will still be nothing to write home about.. They implement kyc to cheat hunters,  cos most countries don't have ID too..  Kyc in crypto is definitely a scam, if it can be ruled out of crypto space,  really it will be perfect...  And Like you have said,  am done with kyc also ...
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin is still productive on: April 15, 2019, 02:07:46 PM
altcoins is still very much productive. There are a large number of different cryptocurrency projects on the market, but not all of them have a future. Bitcoin remains the most popular one. This is partly due to the fact that it was the very first cryptocurrency. But gradually, users are seeing the many benefits of altcoins, and that is why they are growing in value. In order to feel more comfortable in this not very predictable market, it is best to diversify your risks and purchase 10-20 different coins. Such an approach will help protect your investment from large losses.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Bull is in the Crypto Arena on: April 13, 2019, 07:01:41 PM
The crypto world has many things in common with traditional financial stock exchanges. There are similar terms, rules and principles. And there are similar ways of behavior, as well, when people make bids and asks for crypto that, eventually, have an impact on rates. Bulls and Bears are the main players that HODL the market as it is.
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How is your trading strategy? on: April 13, 2019, 06:07:46 AM
I use Swing Trading, This straightforward strategy simply requires vigilance. The idea is you keep a close eye out for a correction in a trend and then catch the ‘swing’ out of the correction and back into the trend. A correction is simply when candles or price bars overlap. You’ll find trending prices move quickly, but corrections, on the other hand, will not. and you could place a stop at the most recent minor swing high. It’s simple, straightforward and effective.

71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: airdrop problems on: April 12, 2019, 10:19:42 PM
airdrops are a great tool to reward your users for their loyalty and engage with them. Other than that, there are minimal sensible use cases to build a community just out of airdrops. Airdroppers are incentivised to stack as many free tokens as they have, removing any brand or product loyalty in the process. Additionally, scammers and shitcoiners leverage airdrops to build a naive community of airdroppers incentivised to promote a fraudulent ICO.
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bear market,a blessing in disguise on: April 12, 2019, 02:11:10 PM
To me,  yeah!  It's a blessing in disguise,  I most times as a trader wait for the dip, to fill my wallet and wait for the pump,  though in this bearish case,  I feel blessed,  this might sadden some,  but not everyone...  That's if you understand the cryptospace as it is. Some think it's a failure to crypto...  But no,  it's actually how the market should be..   Where some loose,  some gain,  where some feel cursed,  some feel blessed.  So definitely it is a blessing in disguise for sure. Smiles!
73  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: No trades without loss on: April 12, 2019, 06:16:00 AM
Crypto trading will not always go according to “your” plan. It’s how you deal with those losses that matters. Try to realize early in your trading career that an integral part of swing trading is taking your licks and moving forward. You have to be willing to accept your losses when they happen. Accepting your losses is as much a part of trading as winning is. Even the most elite traders in the world deal with losses. It’s impossible to make accurate predictions 100% of the time.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance(BNB) best alt coin ! on: April 11, 2019, 08:15:08 PM
The future of Binance is quite bright. As an exchange, it has ultra-fast speed. In fact, the technology underlying Binance is also powering more than 30 exchanges in Asia. The people running this company are very competent and have several hundreds of years of experience in finance between them. Its future outlook certainly seems to be bright.

As for the coin, it is something worth adding to your portfolio. The coins are quite compelling and when watched closely, can give nice returns. Just be sure not to invest more than you are comfortable with investing and “hodling”.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain Gaming and It's Future on: April 10, 2019, 10:08:43 PM
Because of this many amazing games from smaller studios or indie developers have been overlooked and have not received the attention big studios receive from these centralized game stores. By decentralizing the game store model, giving preferential treatment to certain developers is impossible. This will further incentivize small and indie developers to adopt a platform that will promise fair and equal treatment to all as well as a way to monetize their games and/or receive funding for projects in the future.

76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can New Projects compete with the established ones? on: April 10, 2019, 08:12:46 PM
This doesn‘t change the fact that cryptocurrencies are here to stay – and here to change the world. This is already happening. People all over the world buy Bitcoin to protect themselves against the devaluation of their national currency. Mostly in Asia, a vivid market for Bitcoin remittance has emerged, and the Bitcoin using darknets of cybercrime are flourishing. More and more companies discover the power of Smart Contracts or token on Ethereum, the first real-world application of blockchain technologies emerge.

The revolution is already happening. Institutional investors start to buy cryptocurrencies. Banks and governments realize that this invention has the potential to draw their control away. Cryptocurrencies change the world. Step by step. You can either stand beside and observe – or you can become part of history in the making.

78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TRON vs EOS on: April 09, 2019, 09:32:28 PM
TRON vs EOS dilemma is a difficult one to solve, not only because both coins are more than just good, but also because both of them are still in development. We can even say that they can be considered equals in some areas, while one is better than the other in some other aspects. In the end, the differences in their goals are not making them such direct competitors, and the final choice eventually falls to the investors themselves. The best way to go about it is to study both coins in depth and decide for yourself which one agrees with you more.
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Take the profit OR hold on on: April 09, 2019, 07:03:24 PM
Holding or trading to make profit is your choice to make...  Crypto is unpredictable,  even those who predict it,  still at some point are not accurate..  I will advice you follow your instinct.  Am a trader and I have been trading with alts,  either at dip or pump.  That's my choice,  so you decide which way suites you...  Good luck mate.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who will win the smart contracts competition? on: April 09, 2019, 04:51:51 PM
It’ll be hard to catch up, though. Ethereum has thousands of developer courses, tutorials, articles, and Stack Overflow answers, and that’s quite a head start. They also have the largest, most active community working on improvement proposals and core protocol development.

Developers may be frustrated with slow transactions and terrible user interfaces, but Ethereum still owns the developer mindshare by a wide margin. Over 3,000 ICOs have launched on Ethereum, and its closest competitors are still in the low hundreds. Ethereum has suffered some major blows in 2018, but a big rally this week serves as an answer to challengers: Don’t count Ethereum out just yet.
