ok so str8 up, what pool do you use, and why not your own if "your a world leader" in this sector? how much power do you own? its that simple, not "a couple ph, months ago" why can you not tell your customers? (fractional mining maybe?) just be transparent OMG how hard is that are you familar with gethashing's platform? it's not a security issue to be transparent, grow up why no way out or upgrade on contracts? 100,000 satisfied customers? take the poll again.... you say a hash market like other places is a legal issue, you are full of shit, do you think we are dumb? as long as there no fiat exchanged in that market (btc to ghs and vice versa) ITS NOT A LEGAL ISSUE STOP LYING, you just dont want us to have a way out, simple. EVEN ZEUSHASH offeres a new old to new upgrade program, are you saying the chinese care more about our accounts than you? i await your responses but you will prob just ignore the questions as usual There is no way to proof that every contract is covered. If we show you 100 PH/s, you could claim that our clients have 101 PH/s. Fact is that we have honored each and every contract since more than two years and we will continue to do so. We are working on more videos to show that we run a huge mining operations around the world. Recently, the SEC has called in one case mining contracts "securities". Our legal team has advised us to keep the contracts as machine leasing contracts and to not make them tradeable assets, which could be problematic. Well, every operation that has been unable to disclose a mining address and proof of mining has suddenly disappeared and there has been no reason to believe that this would be any exception.

@Genesis-Mining wow i didn't you were active on this forum.  my apologies for using bad language but none of it was intentionally directed at hurting your sentiments. just venting my frustrations with what used to be a good service provider. my bad totally! but you should understand that there are many small investors like me who are going through the same ordeal. ultimately it's all about the money. and where money is involved believe me and i guess you guys are quite experienced too, things do turn unsavory very fast. Again I'm terribly sorry for my post's language. but I still believe your time is better utilized trying to figure out a way to improve the investor's RoI than getting into petty verbal arguments with non-factors like me. We gave you time to edit your post and you did not so it has been removed. The language in it in places was not good and considering that younger members of these forums can come here, we thought your language was unnaceptable. @Genesis-Mining After the site went back online I tried to login to my account, but surprisingly I couldn't access it even with the correct password and email. Then I tried to request a new password (password reset) and got the new one via email however went I successfully log into my account, my purchased mining hashrate contract of x11 is gone! I had 1.5 TH/s and the term was 1 year of mining. Also, payouts log and everything is gone...it looks like my account is a totally new one from start.  Please help! For your reference, I will include a pdf document where it states the mining contract agreement upon request. Abiky. Quick edit: I have received all mining payouts on the days the site was down. However, on their website it says I didn't receive them, which really uglifies my earnings chart with a flat line for 3 days. Could you please check into that? I can PM my account details if necessary.

GM website is back online. It looks like some of my older contracts' hashpower has been moved to a newer contract with lower fees. I take this as an apology for the downtime, pretty cool thing, Thanks a lot Genesis !! You rock !!
The website should still be down presently. What you are seeing is perhaps a server side Cache from your ISP so you think it is online when it is not. Please wait until we make a proper announcment regarding when the site is back online. Thanks Genesis Mining. |
