62  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: SunSeed, Power GridSeed with Solar! on: March 31, 2014, 03:04:19 AM
Am I right to understand that this SunSeed, and thereffore your GridSeed (for instance) would have to be in direct sunlight for this to be effective?
63  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Public messages in transactions a privacy concern? on: March 31, 2014, 02:49:36 AM
Considering most companies work via BitPay, it would be BitPay that would have to succumb to the demands of the US government.  Is BitPay American?
64  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: SunSeed, Power GridSeed with Solar! on: March 30, 2014, 09:54:55 PM
ok
before anyone goes mad with this

these battery's are not STABLE unless you charge them correctly

they have caused fires and I will post pics when I get back home tomorrow

there are better system for using solar charging / power for the Gridseeds

don't get me wrong this WILL work but you must very careful.

just look at this on youtube

Yikes.  Not good.  Hopefullly wit ha few revisions these can be a bit more safe.  Would love to order some to run some GridSeeds.  That would be bloody awesome.

Would you accept escrow for this, since you don't actually have the thing?

Happy I veered away from this one....
Good dox with the info that he provided, but my gut is telling me it's not legitimate.  The university link... that guy just doesn't strike me as the kind of guy who would waste 5 years of expensive schooling for 7-9 bitcoins.
Does not make sense, does it?
67  Economy / Speculation / Re: [Cosmopolis] Prepare for Bitcoin $266 Retest on: March 30, 2014, 06:10:30 PM
I foresee bitcoins dropping down to approximately $300, then a slow and steady climb up until... who knows.

68  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cointerra's history of fraud, lies, and deceit on: March 30, 2014, 05:27:08 AM
I received my IV and I have been really happy with it.  It doesn't hash as fast as advertised, but I am sure firmware will sort that out.  As far as hardware quality goes... no complaints at all.

I should note that I haven't had to use their customer service at all, to this point.
69  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Mt. Gox March 28th Announcement on: March 30, 2014, 02:50:47 AM
Everytime I read anything in these forums about Mt.Gox my blood absolutely boils.
70  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 1BTC or 1oz of Gold. Which one would you take? on: March 30, 2014, 02:19:46 AM
I'd take the gold if I could sell it immediately and buy BTC.
Otherwise I want BTC.
71  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin 5 years from now on: March 30, 2014, 12:17:40 AM
@Mikerogers

Here's a log chart showing existing bitstamp price history with a logarithmic scale.

The corrections after rallies are the blue triangles.

where did you find that chart?? you are after fully confirming my thought that btc will climb considerably in the coming months!

This is a really promising chart.  Smiley
72  Economy / Economics / Re: Why did BTC drop by $75 in the past week on: March 29, 2014, 10:36:14 PM
Heavy hands are at work right now.  The price is being manipulated by big pockets, but is also being influenced by the press.
This two-fold process has resulted in decreased BTC value, in my opinion.
73  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Apple's War against Bitcoin means they want to create their own Crypto on: March 10, 2014, 07:04:57 AM
I don't foresee Apple ever creating a Crypto.

I think they have directives from bigger entities than themselves though.
74  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible to get rid of the 360 Delay between Post's? on: March 10, 2014, 05:52:28 AM
These type of questions are best answered here:

Actually, they are best answered here (see above), but they are best asked there.
Sorry... semantics.

Personally, can't stand Jimmy Wales.  My BTC will stay with me tonight.
76  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible to get rid of the 360 Delay between Post's? on: March 10, 2014, 05:27:42 AM
You're stuck just like the rest of us until you're no longer a newbie.  Cheesy
77  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the wise decisions made by Satoshi? on: March 10, 2014, 04:54:48 AM
To take his BTC and store it and then disappear.

While he may use it one day, it allowed BTC to blossom into what it is today.  If one person owns 5% of the coin (which he will once all 21 million are mined), the currency would never take off.
Bravo for recognizing this.
78  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I wonder how many people bought this stock thinking they we're buying bitcoin on: March 10, 2014, 04:38:53 AM
How do you prove that Pump and dump exists?

You can't, you can follow trends though.  That's how pump/dumps are illustrated, right.
79  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Poll: Did you lose BTC to Mt Gox? on: March 08, 2014, 07:52:42 AM
Lost 1.2.

Not a big deal, but annoying nonetheless.
80  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: 1.11 BTC/Each - OFFICIAL BITMAIN NORTH AMERICAN DISTRIBUTOR NINJATECH.ORG on: March 08, 2014, 05:43:48 AM
1.11!  I might just have to bite now.  Been waiting for a bit of a price cut.  Hard to tell what teh nbetwork hashrate is doing at the moment... seems like its starting to slow down a bit which makes these at 1.11 a good buy!  All in how you predict tho.
