Владелец «Билайна» продаст российский бизнес местному топ-менеджменту за 130 млрд рублей

Закрыть сделку планируют к середине 2023 года.

-Телекоммуникационный холдинг Veon, головная компания «Вымпелкома» (бренд «Билайн»), заключил соглашение о продаже оператора группе топ-менеджеров компании во главе с её руководителем Александром Торбаховым.

- Сумма сделки — 130 млрд рублей. Основная часть денег будет выплачена в виде принятия на себя и погашения «Вымпелкомом» некоторых долговых обязательств Veon, пишет Forbes.

- Закрыть сделку планируют не позднее 1 июня 2023 года, финансовым консультантом холдинга по продаже оператора стал инвестбанк Aspring Capital.

- На фоне новости акции Veon на Мосбирже росли на 40% — до 35 рублей за штуку.

- В августе 2022 года Veon отчиталась о росте выручки за второй квартал на 5,6% — до $2,01 млрд. Половина доходов — от работы в России. Тогда же Veon предупредила о риске остановки развития сети в стране из-за проблем с поставками оборудования. В начале ноября компания объявила, что продаст российский бизнес.

- Крупнейшим акционером Veon была LetterOne, входящая в «Альфа-групп» Михаила Фридмана и партнёров. В конце февраля 2022 года Фридман попал под санкции ЕС, после чего он покинул совет директоров Veon. В самом холдинге отмечали, что LetterOne не владеет контрольным пакетом.

Требует root-права, значит для большинства такой вариант не подойдет.
