Polo will add ARK only after they and their cartel participants will accumulate enough ARKs. If they do accumulation... Don't expect listing in Polo after some coin addition requests. Won't work... Poloniex is pathetic exchange, they ignore some promising coins, unless they can manipulate it's price. And, in the same time, they do shitcoin pumps time to time.

Volume in Bittrex doesn't matter. Only their trade volumes matter.
