ROFLMAO... It feels so good to see these sort of rantings from the altcoin users. Back in 2017, a lot of Bitcoin users were in pain as well, after witnessing the Bitcoin dominance going down from 80% to 33%. A large number of worthless shitcoins were suddenly propping up with multi-billion market caps. I just hope that these shitcoins will die out. They bring bad name to Bitcoin, as they don't have any specific purpose.

No... altcoins are not risky investments, its bitcoin that is making the altcoins more risky by its erratic up and down movements. Massive moves up in bitcoin crashes altcoins and massive moves down in bitcoin, crashes altcoins. There is no more risk investing in altcoins as there is in bitcoin, both have equal risk. |

The fact still remains that almost all altcoins were smashed in the recent bitcoin run over the past month as investors sold altcoins to buy more bitcoin, then bitcoin crashed back down and the altcoins suffered a further smashing, so in effect altcoins got smashed twice in a month and have not recovered. This is why I blame bitcoin for a massive smashing!

I certainly was not greedy in my choice of altcoin, it got smashed as bitcoin rose, its just my bad luck. The simple fact is that bitcoin needs the altcoin market as much as the altcoin market needs bitcoin. Many people trade altcoins and make significant profits which they then buy more bitcoins and vice-versa.
So to state that over 2000+ coins are worthless when comparing to bitcoin is just outrageous.

I suspect that most will explode in value as the crypto market now matures and holds only coins that survived the crypto bear market. I am tipping the altcoin season to start this weekend. Hold your coins for a wild ride over coming weeks.

It has become clearly evident that bitcoin will dominate the world as the global number 1 cryptocurrency, that's is OK with me.
BUT...
what I am finding really frustrating is all the retail, and institutional money that will only ever flow into bitcoin and will never, ever touch any altcoins.
Sure bitcoin is the master, the supreme, the original crypto, but for gods sake, its now the only cryptocurrency.
Surely out of the 2000+ altcoins, some of these will be almost as powerful as bitcoin.
The altcoins have been smashed of late, purely by the greed of bitcoin, sucking up the global fiat money.
Every altcoin has been sold off and money shoveled into bitcoin. WHEN IS THE PAIN GOING TO STOP!
I have lost so much money on my altcoin HST decision token, purely based on the greed of bitcoin.

I know its cruel to see this happening on altcoins while bitcoin just continues to move upwards at a significant speed. The pain of holding altcoins comes to an end today, from this point forward multitudes of money will flow into the altcoins, over the coming days. Just one altcoin exploding upwards will spark the whole altcoin market to fire up, then explode into a massive altcoin season.
