61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: Best staking projects - High stake pool projects on: October 03, 2019, 07:37:42 PM
I usually just go for staking projects that has a reasonable reward, I've had bad experience before with someone who has crazy rewards but failed to deliver. There are also crypto sign-up rewards that is better than traditional airdrops/staking as the reward is guaranteed and higher profits. We have websites that are also designed to specifically give projects that provide great staking rewards that I usually go to, but for now, I just usually go to Binance and see which one is good to join in.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Timvi Official – an ecosystem of services and a TMV stablecoin on: October 03, 2019, 06:29:58 AM
How do we get sign ups to be eligible for platform testers soon? Will there also be a reward for us, like tokens for example.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Monero Faces Extended Pullback on: October 03, 2019, 06:27:41 AM
I don't see anything unique about Monero's price fluctuation since it's going through the same route as how BTC goes down, together with other alts. I'm wondering if any coins that are on a downward spiral can get themselves on alternative IEO's which is better for traders since they always buy low and sell high, plus it will help drive more volume to the coin. Either the investors go on a panic mode or withstand this support level.

XMR is good for long-term hodlers and TA's shows this period to bring us a huge return in the near future. It did a pretty good job maintaining its market value despite of the huge volatility that is currently happening.

I would love to see your whitepaper, I definitely know that it's gonna be a first class whitepaper! Any estimate on when your website will go up?
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will the current market situation turn better? on: October 01, 2019, 02:43:20 AM
Will the current market situation turn better?

It will definitely get better as we move forward. More countries and companies are now starting to put incorporate crypto/blockchain into their system which forces their existing customers to get into crypto. Similar to what AT&T did with them opening BTC as one of their payment methods, a shopping mall in Korea using crypto to reward their shoppers, and other companies like Wells fargo, Walmart getting into it. Crypto will definitely bloom as we get to 2020 and for the next years to come.

We are still in the infant stage and we should be happy that we've all learned from the setbacks and we're more experienced compared to majority of the population. There is a valid reason why banks are looking into crypto already, and I think one part of that is because of fiat going downwards.
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Voyager Park | By Hodler Enterprises | DIVIDENDS WITH REAL WORLD ASSETS on: September 30, 2019, 06:19:08 AM
Do you already have a working product? I'm reviewing the topic and seems like you are. If so, what's the need for further funding?
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to invest my $1.5K? on: September 30, 2019, 06:16:14 AM
There's no such thing in this world as quick cash (unless if you win a lottery) and here in the cryptospace, everything requires time and patience.  BTC is definitely the way to go as it has lesser risk and higher the reward. If you're a true believer of the technology and how crypto can benefit everyone long-term, go for coins that will help spread mass adoption. Similar to a fashion-market giving crypto as a reward to their loyal shoppers, it may give them a hard time to understand and accept it, but it's definitely the start of adoption.

Another coin you can look at is definitely ETH, they have continuous improvements and has shown signs in the past that it's making its own upward trend while btc is being stagnant. BTC 60%, ETH 20%, the rest can go to quality alts.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] apM-Coin |South Korean Wholesale Titan - Payments; Loyalty; 1.5M Customers on: September 29, 2019, 07:49:48 PM
did the app just work in Korea or Dongdaemun? or is there any website that we can purchase using the apM-Coin?
can you share what is the benefit from people outside Korea to use the coins?

Due to apM Group's massive presence in South Korea, the country is a readily available in market but that does not mean it's the only market. This projects creates a CRM.
Do you think other SaaS only operate in their HQ country? Of course not...

Woah, excited to hear about possible plans of expansion! Imagine all wholesale/fashion marketplace utilizing apM's payment and reward system. The devs just have to do a great job of making it the best platform out there. Similar to other coins using Ethereum's blockchain as it empowers developers.

Baka exchange lang yan n nagllpat ng funds from one wallet to another. Pero kung totoong tao man ang nagoown nyan, tama si OP. Paambon naman ng onti dito  Grin
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why price down after listing in exchanges on: September 28, 2019, 12:31:36 PM
This is the reality when you invested on a startup project, which also makes it difficult for the investor as they have no assurance of what the price will be after it hits exchanges because of the volatility of the market. There are token offerings though that lets you buy unlocked quality coins on a discounted price, that way, you'll immediately know what the existing price is but at the same time, get it super cheap.

But in terms of getting profits, the dev team should also do their part in terms of delivering certain parts of their roadmap in order to get the value up and make their investors happy atleast.
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Money on Chain - Bitcoin-Collateralized Stablecoin on: September 26, 2019, 12:52:31 PM
When will the team publish the whitepaper? That's one of the things that people look for tbh

 https://moneyonchain.com/whitepaper/

 Nor ----------------------------------------

Thanks for sharing, it's good to see that there's even an 'Executive Summary' and not just the Whitepaper. Most projects don't even bother making one at all.
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2 Years of bear market.. what to expect next on: September 26, 2019, 12:50:32 PM
People tend to be impatient because of the market price which I think is somehow pulling the progress down by spreading FUD about certain projects. Perhaps, we need to focus on mass adoption and there are a lot of projects doing that. A fashion marketplace in Korea will be rewarding their loyal shoppers with cryptocurrency, those things will help the community realize how disruptive this technology is and solve existing issues on different areas.

BTC and ETH didn't meet their ATH in just a few months, it took years and let's not forget that BTC is the best performing asset amongst everyone, ever. Who knows, ETH and other alts may slowly climb up there.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: About New Altcoin's on: September 24, 2019, 11:54:22 AM
Altcoins are still very trustable, but I can't blame the community to see some altcoins have such a bad image because of the 2017 scams. One way to know if they're truly legit is if they have an existing company behind or launched it. One of Korea's major telecom have now started to use crypto/blockchain to solve nasty issues that we're getting from our local carriers such as high fees and data issues. They really can't mess up if they have such a huge brand behind them running.

But it's definitely recommended to not go all in on altcoins, better have 1/4 of your portfolio to be allocated for that and the others should be on major coins like btc, eth.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Listing on exchanges is affecting projects too on: September 22, 2019, 06:49:32 AM
I agree, it's crazy how these exchanges are charging projects for them to get listed. It can become a blocker for them especially if they don't have the funds yet to get in, anyways the amount you need to pay is nuts. It is true that one good exchange for a good project will be enough and what's important is how the coin will deliver to what they promised in the roadmap.

I also saw the news about Binance charging someone for $300,000 and 3% of their tokens.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Are airdrops safe? on: September 21, 2019, 11:29:35 PM
No, I've never seen any airdrop campaigns require you to sign your address to make sure that you own it. That right there is a red flag for me. Airdrops may ask you for your email address and it may backfire at you if they start selling your data to other projects, and you'll get tons of emails regarding that.

There are projects that are focused on incentivizing their members, I guess we can say that it's kind of an airdrop where you reward people supporting and helping you out. A fashion blockchain company is using the Ethereum blockchain to reward their members who shop and later cash it out. Final word is that you should be cautious of what they ask you for, especially if they ask you to do KYC or such things.
76  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Sino dito ang naka experience ng last bull run (2017) on: September 21, 2019, 08:28:24 AM
1) Wala ako naenjoy kasi takot pa ko humawak ng crypto, d ko alam kung ano gagawin.

2) Biggest regret is not being able to know crypto before the bull run, kung nkapasok sana ako nun and naabutan ko ung bago maghit ng 20k btc, or kahit man lang $500 eth, ok sana. Well, we're hoping for this to happen again. Lalo na palaunch na BAAKT and eth 2.0.
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Happened with ETH ? on: September 21, 2019, 08:10:42 AM
Things have changed so much from the last post of the O.P. Eth is such in a good place and pace right now. It has more development and tech changes compared to its elder brother, BTC. ERC-20 is so good, that a lot of startups are using it for their reward system and payment platform. The price has shown such an upward trend and this is without staking and 2.0 alone. It's more of current projects integrating themselves on the Ethereum blockchain to help drive its price up.
78  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: September 19, 2019, 10:43:30 PM
safe ba coins.ph to bank?
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Btc price is allready too high on: September 19, 2019, 11:26:32 AM
I wouldn't say that it's already high tbh, we're playing around the 9k to 10k mark and this may still be the dip, we'll never know. Historical data shows that the price of BTC increases whenever halvening occurs and especially with the launch of BAAKT, I imagine BTC possibly breaking the 11k resistance mark. People who are into long-term will not hesitate to buy btc even at it's slightest drop to 9k, we should also look into other projects who are revolutionizing the space and helps mass adoption, we don't want the government to keep owning our own money.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bad projects are been dealt with by altcoin bear market on: September 19, 2019, 04:58:13 AM
Coins and projects that are still pushing through the altcoin bear market are the ones that are legit and confident that they have a good use case to pull things off. We've seen so many projects die and disappear when we had that crazy year last 2017 but people learn from it and look for other ways to bounce back, like trading and investing on IEO's.

Though it's good to see major companies getting into crypto now, similar to what AT&T did where they accepted BTC as payment (helps adoption), and a mobile carrier in Korea that are making their own coin and is utilizing the benefits of blockchain technology. It's only a matter of how hardworking the team is for them to push the coin out to good exchanges and go from there.
