61  Economy / Exchanges / Re: localbitcoins is still exisiting im surprised on: November 12, 2020, 02:33:03 PM
localbitcoin charges the highest fees , they even charge for incoming transactions , now a days there are other p2p exchanges , with more features, lowest transaction fees , support for users, flexible kyc method, payment methods and security .....one of them is coinbaazar.com
62  Economy / Exchanges / Re: centralized-vs-decentralized-exchange on: November 11, 2020, 11:20:06 AM
are you alright , it happens with other exchanges as well like localcryptos and paxful also , please dont mention something which everyone know , u r not that clever , moreover most of p2p exchanges are dex

I might not be clever but you're plain...
Just think one second if you are able to do it.

If tomorrow your hosting company or your domain registry cancel your hosting or your domain, will people still be able to use your "decentralized" service? No, of course, because the central point of it, the core has been shut down!
Localbitcoins is a p2p exchange, it's not a decentralized exchange.

A decentralized exchange is bisq, read, and learn:
https://bisq.network/faq/#how-bisq-different

Please check the difference in the blog ... thats what it is meant for , first of all stop referring my domain , just because i like this exchange and its blog,  doesnt really mean it belongs to me , moreover , we are not here to debate on what coinbaazar and bisq are ,  its a blog about centralized exchange vs decentralized exchange , its not only for pros , but also for beginners as mentioned by someone earlier ,,,,you need to get the intent of this blog , which is sharing knowledge
63  Economy / Exchanges / Re: centralized-vs-decentralized-exchange on: November 11, 2020, 11:10:31 AM
Besides the obvious shilling which would turn away everyone that thought of giving your exchange a try there is one thing that needs to be mentioned.

Your exchange is not a DEX. It's a centralized p2p exchange.

And two advantages you've mentioned are pure bs:

Quote
User has the control of the account

Which is a lie:
Quote
There are certain situations when Coinbaazar may need to suspend, limit or terminate your account

Quote
No risk of hacks and other fraud

Which is a second lie:
Quote
Coinbaazar makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the site or the services, including but not limited to, implied warranties of satisfactory quality, functionality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy, condition or completeness, or any implied warranty arising from course of dealing or usage or trade.

So first let’s talk about, what is a cryptocurrency exchange? A cryptocurrency exchange is an online platform where you can buy and sell cryptocurrencies using any type of currency. Please read the blog and share your opinion ...

https://blog.coinbaazar.com/centralized-vs-decentralized-exchange/
If i am not wrong then your are trying to drive some visitors on your site rather then looking for information and public opinions. I just checked you post history and interesting thing is that in most of your replies you are using the same website link.

For me you are opening this kinda topic on a regular basis just for marketing purpose of your website.

i read its blog and share with people , so we can share our knowledge with each other , this is for information , and its always good to be informed .

TalkStar has a point most of your recent posts are about coinbazaar. You even created a thread titled "Just Google COINBAAZAR.COM P2P EXCHANGE or put COINBAAZAR on google play store" and I think you are heavily promoting this website with the body of your thread. Aside from that your topic right now about centralized vs decentralized exchanges leads you to the conclusion about decentralized exchanges being better which coinbaazar is also a decentralized exchange. For me I'm leaning towards more that you are promoting the website rather than sharing knowledge as what you claim.

check all my threads carefully , i read and share their blogs so people can get knowledge , if anyone of you can come across such blogs and share rather than just pointing fingers ....that will be good for community .,.,.moreover its a blog , not an offer for someone to use this or that exchange ,,,its just for information and sharing knowledge ...so people can have a better understanding ....
65  Economy / Exchanges / Re: centralized-vs-decentralized-exchange on: November 10, 2020, 05:35:41 PM
This thread would be better fit in the exchange subsection;
Marketplace > Service Discussion > Exchanges

Going through the article I think a bit more information could be added and some wrong ones corrected;
Quote
some of the features of Centralized exchange
1. Provides more feature than decentralized
2. Faster compared to decentralized
3. Very popular among traders
*'Provides more features than decentralized' is a bit vague, the author could have listed out some of the features offered on various exchanges for comparison as both types offer different unique services.
* There was also a conflict on speed of transactions, as is says under decentralized exchanges that: "The transactions are instant whereas on centralized it depends on buying and selling of people,"

If you're going to shill a website, a lot more work could be put in to make the articles more accurate and detailed.

why some guys like you are always negative , when something informative comes to you , there is a difference which you might understood correctly , let me explain , on dex the transactions are instant , which i got it as suppose you want to buy bitcoin through bank transafer , u just transfer money and the moment it reflects, the bitcoins are in ur wallet right away, ...thats why it said transactions are instant , same goes with other payment methods like gift card , flight tickets booking , mobile money etc.
66  Economy / Exchanges / Re: centralized-vs-decentralized-exchange on: November 10, 2020, 02:13:37 PM
Next time don't create a thread by just sharing the link, at least you gave some opinion about that article.

In addition, a decentralized exchange charges a very low fee for using the platform. Here are a few examples of decentralized exchanges Coinbaazar, Paxful, Localcryptos etc.

some of the features of decentralized exchange
No risk of hacks and other fraud
User has the control of the account
Very minimal charges
Require less personal information

Even though the DEXs charges a low fee, people are free to place the price order (which is make the price more higher than unusual). DEXs is very safe from getting hacked or attacked, but the problem is there're many scammer right there. You could see many people selling Bitcoin very cheap by using PayPal. Remember don't trade Bitcoin with Paypal directly since it's easy to reversed, unless he's trusted.

I can understand your point , but dex exchanges like  localcryptos, coinbaazar  and others are protected by escrow , and there is no boundation of releasing btc unless you are satisfied , there is always a chance to dispute trade , which can be further taken care...

So which one is better?

Compare to centralized exchanges, decentralized provides better security to its users. Decentralized exchanges charge less fee for using the service. The payments methods in a decentralized exchange are different as compared to centralized exchanges, as the user get the choice to pay in multiple.......

69  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin prediction 2020 on: November 02, 2020, 12:14:17 PM
Yes it could double because most of the bitcoin users now  wanted it to happen. The sense of holding it make will be the key to double its market price.

However there are factors that it will not going to happen especially if whales who had been invested on bitcoin from the market crash which market price is relatively low then pulling their holdings out will affect the bitcoin market price. The results will make others to panic if the selling effect would make a huge market price downfall for bitcoin.

Anyway, the hope of making it double is high so hold bitcoins for now and earn later or sell bitcoin now and regret later.

You have listed several factors for and against, but of the factors in favor, you named only the desire of the people who hold bitcoin. I think this is a very weak reason, but in fact it cannot be a reason at all because otherwise the price of bitcoin would already be billions of dollars Wink

I can back this reason to a certain level , because there are big fish for sure , who have the power to manipulate/influence the bitcoin market price. Also , this is not surprising at all ...
70  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin prediction 2020 on: October 23, 2020, 06:51:12 AM
I see us ending the year down in resolution, we have a downtrend over some weeks and it seems fair we return to something like the yearly average in blue here:

Of course if we can beat this negative projection I do expect the price action at this time to be nicely positive and with a good solid bar upwards on volume.  Just recently we retracted from this trend with a pickup of volume on the red bars so a fair estimate is down for this year end.

I believe it will break barrier soon , as we now see a marvelous uptrend coming our way...

Hello you also can trade here https://bitsza.com/peer-to-peer/  Cool

72  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Help: A list of LocalBitcoin alternatives (P2P marketplaces) on: October 18, 2020, 01:36:41 PM
This list is incomplete without coinbaazar.com exchange or app , p2p exchange for buying and selling bitcoins , lowest fee exchange , you shall mention this also.

For me an people like us , traders and vendors .this exchange is really good, they have also launched mobile app also , these exchange guys are really good , not only exchange buy also other aspects
This kind of shilling won't work on Bitcointalk. It like pissing in the wind. It's a desperate attempt and is mostly used by scammers or liars. You can't say it's one of the best just because you are advertising it and then go ahead to aggressively recommend people to use it.

Please dont say like this , i never said u must use it , rather its our duty to make people know about good and bad exchanges , Thats how crypto community will grow and people will have more confidence on bitcoins , and it helps more people in acceptance, just look at big pircture , rather than criticizing someone or the other , this way people can decide to use it or not. Being a crypto enthusiast i say for many things .

You can use the lists from this two thread to broaden your list in the OP. It would also be nice is you made the list into a nice tabular format like it is in this list

- Help: A list of LocalBitcoin alternatives (P2P marketplaces)
- List of P2P/no-KYC exchanges

Actually i find it from alternatives.to , which i considered is best , also there are many exchanges with different mode of operations , i tried to just point out few which i thought is generally people use , But thanks cuz i missed few like localcryptos etc. Please if you can help me in letting the fees , i shall put it , so it will be helpful for people.
76  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Help: A list of LocalBitcoin alternatives (P2P marketplaces) on: October 11, 2020, 04:55:02 AM

77  Economy / Exchanges / Re: New Exchange Fee for various P2P Exchanges , after Pandemic on: October 10, 2020, 01:05:38 PM
also you can add there another p2p exchange with low fees https://localcryptos.com/r/IonStorm

please send the fee structure if you know , so i can verify , as sometime it depends on country and other factors i believe

i think rather than looking for investment , we should look on the concept of acceptance, .... the more the acceptance of digital currenct , the more it will have a bigger impact ....
80  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin prediction 2020 on: September 06, 2020, 02:21:18 PM
Bitcoin price goes up and down all the time , what i think is whether prediction of $20k comes  clear by end of year or not , the crypto market has shown its potential to sustain a situation after pandemic and so many damage to nations economically . So my conviction says taking all into consideration , the price will continue to increase, so whether it stops at 15k , 17k or 20k . It was meant to show positive signs , of which it already did ,  there would be some push needed and major news needs to happen in terms of acceptance , to reach 20k or above.
