61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to better promote our project effectively ? on: March 13, 2023, 10:52:43 AM

We understand that launching a project during a bear market is very difficult, but we also believe that this is the best time to build a long-term project. We firmly believe that through our continuous community building efforts, we can survive the long bear market and eventually shine brightly in the bull market.

You are totally right. And I who works in crypto marketing services, know that launching a project, building its strategy for advertising, and coming out is not a one day deal. So now is a great time to start planning everything. Gain members, build your community, and once the market is bullish, people will recognize you and be more willing to invest in something that has been around for a while rather than in a newly created project.

Cryptocurrency is still very young, so people don't know and use it yet. Even in my area, many people have never heard of it. And we should be proud and take advantage of the opportunity because we are the pioneers in this revolution. Take advantage of the opportunity because when people know about it, the opportunity will not be as many as it is now.

As I read everything that has been said here. I see a lot of people give two main reasons for why not everyone knows about crypto. One is associated with the age of the recipient, and the second is the place where we live.

I agree with you. About what you have said about us being the pioneers. Let's hope it will increase our profits in the future.

Hello

I'm doing self-promotion here.
I don't know if you heard about EmoneyMax (link in signature), a Crypto Marketing Service. We are experienced in the crypto space and know how to help new projects promote themselves.

See my last BTT treat with what we do: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5437819.new#new

I run EmoneyMax with https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=131333; see his range and trust.

If you are interesting, we can draw you a monthly plan for advertising. To do so, we need to know a few details that we could talk about in DM.
64  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Trust in cryptocurrency? on: March 06, 2023, 01:06:05 PM

I have a different suggestion: ask the same people if they can explain (fiat) money to you. Even better if you start: please explain where money comes from. Most people have no idea how it really works, but strongly oppose and even deny reality.

That's a good point of view. I must ask about that. But I think not many will know the answer to this question. But the other thing is, people, even if they don't understand where money comes from, use them, and it's ok with them. I wonder if the same will be happening with BTC or other cryptocurrencies. As they say, knowledge is power. Not all of us must be winners.

Last month, my friend said he regrets that he laughed when some of our friends talked about me and that I'm busy learning or accomplishing something in crypto-currency. He thought I was wasting my time because, in the last few years, the name of bitcoin and other crypto-currency is constantly involved in the scam in Facebook page groups.

People will always talk. Most of the time, it comes from jealousy and the fact that we take actions to achieve something.
In general, people don't like to see how others succeed.

What I suggest from my experience is to "dream big." Don't let anybody tell you what to do. And if they laugh or are not supportive, they are not real friends. So don't take time to bother about them.

Focus on what makes you feel good.
And there have been many times in my life when I tried something and then abandoned it because it didn't work. But I did not give up. People learn from every experience in their lives. We gain knowledge, and the next time we do something, it may be better and bring us profit.

Nowadays, a lot of people do all or nothing. When they decide to be fit and start to, e.g., go to the gym, they start a new diet and change their whole lives for this. I see this attitude as being so demotivating. And in short time they will get rid of it and come back to their old habits.

I would recommend to all people who would like to be healthy that they slowly change their daily routine. I like the 80/20 rule; for example, when it comes to eating, you don't need to eat 100% healthfully if you want to be fit. Eat something unhealthly from time to time ( or even every day—one cookie). Your mental state is also important.

And don't try to change your life the way that it's hard for you. You like to run; great, do it. You don't need to go to the gym or swim. Find your way and take little steps, try to choose better options for yourself. Knowing your choice is important here.

"Hard choices make easy lives," as someone once said, and "Easy Choices make a Hard Life."

I still think it is very risky to eliminate paper money, there are many situations in which paper money is very advantageous, I particularly prefer using paper money than card

These things already happen in Europe. In my country, the government is trying to get people to get rid of paper money, by adding higher fees to their credit cards. Eg. you need to make at least 5 transactions per month using a credit card; if not, you will pay a higher fee. I even heard about situations that have place in Sweden (if I am not mistaken) when the government sees where families with children spend their money. And if they saw there were a lot of transactions for alcohol, they sent a child care worker, to see what the situation was at their home. And it all leads to it. My big concern is the fact that not many people realize that.

I ask you: where is the privacy? we no longer have privacy

Here, I don't agree with you. I would say our privacy is limited, BUT - if you do your best, you can hide some of your actions and remind anonymus. Pay in cash, don't share your location with Google, and use a VPN, for example. When it comes to money that comes from crypto, I can only refer to how it is here, where I live. From the money that I earn in exchanges and there is KYC, I need to pay tax. But if I have some other money, that is not related to my (aidrops or exchanges that don't require KYC) I can withdraw this at an ATM. Some amount of money, like 1,000 euros per transaction and 15,000 euros per person per day and this is without KYC. And its up to me if I will reveal the money.

But do you think it will be time when cryptocurrency will come into our lives and be normal for all people? Will people be able to trust crypto?
Do you think it is the last time that a coin (like Luna and FTT) would fall greatly to the extent someone's millions of dollars would become nothing again. It is not also the last time you will think a stable coin (like that pegged with dollar like UST) would fall out of peg and decreased more than expected. Which means even if anyone trust cryptocurrencies, there are still many bad days to come.

Some people may want to invest, but do not know the research to do to know the right coins and tokens. I have a brother that I did not know he has lost a lot because he invested in many fake (not even failed but fake) projects and he continued to lose. When I saw him after many years, he told me about it and how he can never invest in any coin or token again.

I will advice people, especially the newbies to just still trust in bitcoin.

You are right. People should be careful when it comes to trying new things. And especially, they need to do research. Not spend all of their money on something just because it's popular.
Also about some coins that made a big fall: the same happens in Forex or other regular exchanges. Companies come and go, sometimes they go bankrupt.

But I also see here a chance for people from all over the world to earn money in crypto - a legit way. And it would be good if they could spend this money in their country. The one thing that is needed is good education about what crypto is and what possibilities come with it.

I hate to see where the current system is going. I live in Europe, and here the government wants to cancel all paper money and force us to pay with our credit cards.

People don't even see where it leads. Total control through the people who are in charge. No privacy.
I say no to this. I don't agree with that.

Putting aside the fact that the government already takes a huge amount of our money in taxes, I don't want them to take away our privacy or the way we want to spend our money.

This is why I see a lot of opportunities in cryptocurrency.

I am a new member of bitcoin forum. Investing in Bitcoin can either be profitable or a loss. I will invest in Bitcoin. I don't know where to invest. Should I put it in Trust Wallet or Binance? Hoping for advice from everyone on where it should be placed? There will be no possibility of hacking. please help and advice?
First of all, I will advise you to do your own research before placing any investment in Bitcoin.
Try as much as you can to learn about those places you mentioned because the two of them are two different things; Furthermore, I will advise you to learn about the key and address Here to know the exact meaning of public keys and private keys, and you will also gain more guidance on how to keep your Bitcoin safe.

I totally agree with your opinion. I would always suggest to DYOR. You can go through this forum to search for investment knowledge. But I also suggest you search on Google, or if you are new to investing, read some related books to the topic.
Another good thing is the diversification of your money - don't forget about it.
70  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Trust in cryptocurrency? on: March 06, 2023, 08:51:54 AM
Recently, I've been wondering, and based on the people I live with, I'd say that only 20% of them know what cryptocurrency is.
Sometimes I ask my friend or colleague if he knows what Bitcoin is, and if they're young (20-35 years old), they say, "Yes, I've heard about it. But I don't know much about it."
If I'm talking to older people (40–60), mostly they don't know what it is.

We are living in a world of big changes in every aspect of life. But do you think it will be time when cryptocurrency will come into our lives and be normal for all people? Will people be able to trust crypto?

I'm wondering what your opinion is about this.
71  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The love I have for bitcoin on: March 06, 2023, 08:39:35 AM
When you think of cryptocurrency, the first thing that comes to your mind is bitcoin, you know why? Because it's the most reliable digital asset.
The crypto space might be bearish right now, but bitcoin always have his way of bouncing back.
Last year December when bitcoin was reduced to a new low due to ftx bankruptcy, most people think bitcoin is dead,  I told most of my friends to buy it as at them, they all refuse, but look at it today, it always stands tall because it is the future of finance.

When I think of btc, I think about freedom and oportunity that it gave me. I divesify my money, put some in btc, some in altcoins and some I keep in others non crypto investments. But I must say investments that I've made in crypto are just the most profitable.
