game over?
Not game over, reverting back to the block before the fork is going to bring back everything like it was at that time... but people who bought at 10 satoshis and those BTC left the exchange... they will likely lose those BTC AND the FAC Gush I was about to buy short while ago ... Not sure of anything right now :/ Be greedy at your own risk, these low prices are there to lure poeple in losing their BTC, nothing more! I will personally wait that the fork is fixed before sending any FAC on any Exchange If you don't trade anything, you should be fine... If you buy FAC now, you might risk buying some "orphaned" coins so be careful That's why I follow the topic and every possible info but there is no info from the exchange that bothers me. Me too. I also have some FAC on nxt-e and was sold some more during the panic selling a hour ago. I am afraid if my bought FAC is REAL. I already had some FAC on nxt-e since few days. Hope they will be fine. |

How can I know when can I safely buy FAC on nxt-e.com ? There is no info from nxt-e owner etc.
first dev as to put new client out with the fix (checkpoint) in. Then you, the exchange and everyone will need to update their client to the latest version, sync back and voilą. You should talk to the admin of nxt-e to get the story straight on wether they updated or not. At this point nothing has been fixed so waiting is the only thing to do The fate of Faircoin is really hard. One uncertain factor may be the nonactive dev. The distribution was chunk for several days. And now, before launching on Mintpal, there is fork problem. |

Yes! I think a day for PoS is a good idea.
As you may know, another freely distributed coin, Faircoin, may be forked.
Possible reason is the long minium PoS period (30days).
Hope CommunityCoin can make success!

Yep it's clear that someone wanted to deliberatly fork the chain and dump on exchange to cash BTC out. Some people will lose if the exchange don't/didn't block transfers out/markets. This is my first front row seat of an actual fork attack... it's ugly  What we bought right now was just hotair?!!! The coin will disappear when fork recover? WTF!!! |

Dev, if u want investors put them into your pocket, plz give a quick response. You are on Bitcointalk, use bitcointalk escrow if you want to be truth in this forum, that's all. With unknown china escrow out this forum nobody will hope in your project.
Plz use btt escrow. That is convenient for us. dev, we are interested. We need to see some proof regarding the escrow's address. Then, I will happily invest.

I just spent about a half an hour whipping up a basic subreddit for Community Coin only to find out that one's already been created  http://www.reddit.com/r/communitycoin/But I did have the honour, as far as I know, of making the first post.
