If you open the Pandora box then please have Brains to figure out bad things are going to happen to you and not only to other countries.... USA with the help of friends did that with Kosovo, now many countries will follow. Just think why some countries didn't recognized it, mostly countries that have similar problems as Serbia did.

The US, Turkey and UK were the only NATO members who wanted to bomb Serbia. The other members such as Germany, Italy and France were unwilling to engage in Kosovo.

I didn't talk about attack/bombing the country I was talking about taking a part of that country by force. Countries that didn't recognized Kosovo are the countries that have similar issues, like Spain for example. Turkey and Greece have issues between them over the Cyprus and that the reason why Greece didn't recognized it, and the fact that they are both Orthodox Christians, and Turkey recognized it because Kosovo has mainly Muslim population.

Nothing will happen, if they decide to do they wont sell it for cheap, and they won't sell it on one day. Or they will use it to trade on some other "shady' sites and trap users......

Hmm... they can sell it in just one day, using a private auction. There is a lot of demand for cheap Bitcoins. But still I would be expecting a steep discount, ranging from 10% to 20%.

I don't remember how much did MtGOx took for transaction but the question is why would you risk all if you are going to sell it for 10-20% of the current price?  Then can sit on them for months and sell 1-2% each day. 2000Btc isn't that much.
63  Economy / Economics / Re: MtGox liquidation.. How will selling 200,000[btc] affect the price? on: April 23, 2014, 06:24:40 PM
Those coins will never be sold at once and in a public sale. Some small % will but large portion, never. No one will sell that amount and affect the price, who in the right mind will dig their own grave...

Wrong topic name, this should be named "The end of United Kingdom". Britain is still Britain even without Scotland or Wales...

But USA is kinda safe for now, and they need countries in Europe not to be stable...
Texas provides a large part of the GDP and not so happy about it.

That is why I said for now. If I remember right there were talks about California leaving the USA and going for "solo" but i might be wrong. But USA opened the box, so we can only sit and watch if it will turn to bite them in the ass...

67  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Another reason bitcoin will succeed: US to target Putin's $40 billion stash on: April 21, 2014, 01:57:58 PM
USA Is like a big dog that's barking like its ready to attack another big dog but tied, and when that dog is free it's just put his tail behind the ass and does nothing. In other words USA only "attacks" weaker countries so no way they will try to take money from someone like Putin and even more so since the money isn't in USA. The other funny thing is, Russian oligarchs don't have their assets in other countries, so from that side they are secured. And the power of Tzar Putin was best shown in the case of Khodorkovsky. I can only imagine Obama doing something like that to some rich American. No secret service would save his life....
68  Economy / Economics / Re: Computing SDR for Bitcoin? on: April 21, 2014, 12:03:02 PM
Arent those SDR related to IMF, I learned about them in college but that was long time ago. If I remember right they are connected to gold and the amount of gold one country has?

From when is this article? 99,000 = $100mill? Even if they find thief what are they going to do to him, call the police on him? You can't do nothing to the person who stole your BTCs

imagine it. a person goes to the police and says
person: "i was on a blackmarket and deposited bitcoins to buy drugs. and someone stole my coins"
police: "so you buy drugs from a drug dealer........ interesting, step into my office i have some questions for you"

Brilliant Smiley Same thought about people that lost money on silkroad Smiley
Some SoB that sold drugs on his site stole my BTCs that I gave him for drugs and I never received them, I wanna sue him, or what ever.

And the prize " Idiot of the year " goes to < insert name > Smiley

Government is truly amazing thing, but only if you are in 0.001% who are running it. If you are just a pawn, well luck is not on your side.....

Well I might be new to this forum but I have been " in game " for quite some time now, little more then 2 years. I haven't started during "golden" times when you were able to mine 100+ BTCs per day but well, I am happy with what I made so far Smiley
I'm 37 years old, married with children, just not like mister Bundy Smiley I like adventure, skydiving, sailing.... but I don't have much time to pursue those things now. I'm also a game geek to some extent :)My motto is, life is too short, so why don't make memories last longer.
