Cloudbet is active on bitcointalk even today so I assume they know about your issue but no response means then it would be better go with the scam accusation thread because you can see their trust page where some of the cases involved huge money was resolved after discussing on the scam accusation section so if you want to know the reason then it would be better create a thread.

I am wondering why there is no response from cloudbet about this issue because its not few hundreds the pending amount is 25K surely anyone facing the long withdrawal can feel the frustration. Hope this will not get too long or go to scam accusation because once cloudbet was a trusted platform but now everything changed to the other side.

14 days is quite long delays of verification also they don't have any follow up message since March 14 so better you should send them another message thru there mail,website or whatever platform where they active since they  quietly not active answering on this thread. Just hope they will solve your issue since this one will destroy their reputation again here.

Its been a while that am waiting for my withdrawal now. Kindly let me know if I can get my account unlocked and get my withdrawal or not so I will be able to do something about it. So far am trusting you on your decision but the decision is pending since long. Please note that I have always played and lost and was always very fair and when I won that's also very fair. Mostly I have played just one type of game that I can understand and I don't know why is it taking so long for cloudbet to release my money.

Unfortunately, although issues like this are not common at all, there may be times where a poor internet connection results in the conversation ending abruptly. All bets are graded automatically after the confirmation of the official results has been published and received.
