The secondary market has really come alive since Gamestop started stocking these The card i want to see most is an MR5 gold /10 refractor. That card looks so good in the standard holofoil with the gold border i imagine it looks awesome in with a gold refractor background. |

Are you looking for these cards to complete a #11 refractor set? Not for myself , but yes it would complete a set owner has both 1/1 diamond and onyx I thought that may be the case. My guess is that they are referring to a complete holofoil set, which would be the 62 base cards and the 11 holofoil MR cards.
If that is what you are asking them no, I don't think anyone has completed that yet, still a couple of the MR holofoils still to be found, that we know of

I did just pick up #49/49 Amethyst 1A, might fit into your set nicely. I'm absolutely loving the artwork and these trading cards. Pulled an MR1 and I believe it's a crystal sparkle. The crystal sparkle MR cards are beautiful but unfortunately they are not the true "meta-rare" cards. The odds of pulling a MR is 1:124 packs but this only applies to the holofoil version, usually there is about 3 or 4 crystal sparkle MR cards per case. Or hologram with just no boarders? Best find imo was #1 base this last round.  The cards without a border are crystal sparkle, Holofoil cards are 1 per pack, whereas the crystal sparkle are 1 per box (2 packs) |

Some nice refractors you got there. Is the MR card a holofoil or crystal sparkle version? Can you please post a pic of the #6 ruby, i don't think we have seen that card yet Is there any new information on Cold Foil cards? What are the odds associated with them and how many are in circulation? I find it strange to not even list that information or publicly state any of this information.

Just a curious general question. What are some things you would like to see in cardsmiths currency series 2. Things that could improve on the brand? I believe series 2 is complete but what would make it perfect?
Better error reduction centering, reduce edge wear, less curvature The possible character discussed already Smaller print run mentioned already those beryls look awesome but so many of them More gamification. Maybe add nft angle with scratch off cards Appreciate the feedback. Seems a lot of folks want to compare what we are doing to Orange Pill. I would contend that they are two different products meant for similar, but varied audiences. QC is battle we fight constantly. Part of the challenge is the spec of our cards versus other sets. I've we made simply 16pt UV coated cards with a 1 per pack holofoil, it would certainly be cheaper and easier. That's not the spec we are going for though. Refractors love to curl by nature. That's the power of plastic over that of the underlying paper card stock it's mounted to on both sides. Same with the fraying on the edges. Paper cuts cleaner than plastic. There are many examples in the sports card world of similar effects. Even some TCG games don't allow foil cards in competitive tournament decks because they are identifiable by the curling compared to non foils. And they are not even refractors. So, it's a challenge to be sure, but one that is well worth it. As for print run...if compared to Orange Pill, sure, it's higher. Compared to almost any other non-sports, sports, TCG or entertainment card set, it's a drop in the bucket. As for gamification, we are doing cryptocurrency redemptions and set redemptions. We will always look to push the envelope, but I think that's already a pretty strong start. Ultimately you have to collect what speaks to you. I hope Currency continues to appeal to many of your here. If OP is your preferred card choice, that's great too. I'm a fan of anything that helps to educate and inspire more people to embrace crypto, and specifically, Bitcoin. Thanks for the reply You are correct the orange pill and Cardsmiths cards are 2 different products, so not a good comparison. The only improvement that I can think of that would satisfy that community here, would be more transparency regarding the redemption funds. If there really are more than 5 BTC in redemption cards and more than 20 ETH in redemptions, then it would be great to see the public address for the funds. I am very surprised we haven't seen at least a 1 etc or BTC redemption yet, although it doesn't mean they don't exist |

Welcome to the forum and cardsmiths. MR6A is crystal sparkle version. No holofoils have been found yet. Like he said if you found the 1A the hard part is over completing the base set. 1A going for 150$ now. Good luck collecting let me know some cards you need ill send you a couple. Do some box's come with 11 cards, the "bonus card" I've seen on box's in ads?
I have only ever heard of 10 cards per box (5 per pack). Did you get 11 in 1 box? What's this "bonus card" you say you have seen in ads? So MR8s only come with *some* of the redemption cards? What’s the value of an MR8 right now?
The MR cards have nothing to do with redemption cards. MR8 (Year of the Ox) can be found in HF (holofoil - the real meta-rare), CS (crystal sparkle), and gemstone refractor (apart from the diamond) If you look at the Ads when you buy them online, it says it right on the box in the picture.
