I find this coin intriguing.  Going to do some more research before making any judgement.

Well I thought this looked interesting until I read further and saw the "anon" stuff being talked about.  I thought this was a platform targeting corporations.  I don't see any need for anonymity whatsoever.  Sounds like a gimmick. That and there is privacy on the domain name.  Why is that?  What is there to hide?  Typically legitimate entities have no need for a privacy protected domain.

I'll give this a pass.  Don't worry, I won't be spamming your thread with accusations.  I did some research, didn't like what I saw, and will move on.  And I don't need a bunch of shills screaming "fud" because I had some legitimate concerns and decided to move on.

I registered the Stratis Domain using my personal details. I have a right to protect myself.

Many people have asked about the difference between Stratis and some of the other blockchain projects released this year. Firstly, go and look at their respective team sections, then look at ours. Our lead Stratis Bitcoin framework dev is an official Bitcoin Core developer listed on the Bitcoin core website. He has developed a complete rewrite of Bitcoin Core in C#/.NET, which happens to be the only cross platform alternative to Bitcoin Core, the only implementation of segregated witness outside of Bitcoin Core and has also authored a book on Blockchain development.

We are not simply copying another projects code, the Stratis full node framework and all of the code we produce will be from scratch.

Our Stratis Bitcoin Full node framework will be developed on top of the NBitcoin framework, we have the founder, architect and creator at our disposal.

We have compiled a list of resources for those interested in Nicolas and his development experience, this should give everyone an idea of the capabilities of the Stratis project in comparison to others.

Nicolas Dorier listed as an official Bitcoin Core developer on the Bitcoin Core website.

Nicolas is a very talented blockchain developer

Just look at the shitty new logo!

It's just the same three layers, but joined together in one line!

There's nothing amazing about this new logo, or this project.

Anybody posting in support of this product is likely party to the scam (ignore the Slack regulars, they are all in on it too!)

This coin is a JOKE! Sell now before you are left with nothing!

Don't say I didn't warn you!

True...I mean if Nicolas Dorier chose to get involved with this project then it must be a joke.  Roll Eyes

From someone that created a BCT account 5 days ago. No one will pay attention to your posts unless you have something constructive/valid to discuss. Nicolas is a very talent blockchain developer, its as simple as that. I'm sure you wouldn't be able to do 1% of what Nicolas does.
My post was sarcasm. Obviously if Nicolas chose to get involved the project has very good potential. I hold a lot of Stratis. I can show you if you like.

Sorry, there is no need to. Thank you for your support.

This team is way too arrogant, they have only made some code but achieved nothing. Even the wallet is full with bugs. You are all acting as if you are already on the finish line.

Why would a company want to buy coins? They can just steal the open source code and host their own network. Then all work is done for nothing. And how do you think you can get these so called customers? Besides the fact that there are too many coins and not 98 million coders worldwide. I understand they only need 1 coin to be part of the network that is basically run for free by other people their computer and power resources. It will only cost for those people. What use case does it have then yes nothing? And will these coins be used one time only and then get burned or stay in existence? And  what about the cloud why is it not finished yet. Why can't i do anything now with only coins on exhange or some piece of shit wallet. It's way too overvalued now.

hmmm this was your first post on bitcointalk, unless of course you'got another account. Either way too many inaccuracies and subjection to respond to.
Well then answer my question instead of talking out of your ass

Which wallet is full with bugs? Our interim wallet is based on Blackcoin, which is a proven digital currency code base, the bug that Stratis experienced was due to a parameter change between Blackcoin and Stratis that did not cause any problems until recently. The interim wallet based on Blackcoin has been stable so far and credit must go to the Blackcoin team for their work and dedication.

They do not need to steal our code as its open source. However, should they require the network security of the Strat blockchain, the in house expertise of the team that created the platform and to do business with a company that as an organization is able to offer them an enterprise end to end solution. They will choose Stratis.

I do not understand your point on the coin supply, 100M coins with 1-2% inflation is optimum for our platform and technology. Developers do not have to purchase any Stratis to develop applications and platforms with our Stratis Development Framework. However, if they want to deploy their app on our cloud platform or utilize a private chain, this will incur a fee in STRAT combined with the STRAT they must purchase to utilize on their private chain. In the standard Stratis chain model the coins can move between the main chain and the side chains, so the coins are not burned. We will be implementing a fee based POS reward structure once the transaction volume can sustain the network, this will remove the 1-2% inflation from staking.

As far as use cases, I would start by reading the use cases listed in the whitepaper. We are developing the tools and the platform to allow .NET developers to create the next generation of blockchain applications and platforms without knowing the inner workings of cryptography and the blockchain itself. There will be use cases and innovations in future that we have not even thought about before. The Stratis platform will offer an end to end Blockchain development platform built on Microsoft technologies, which is the major player in corporate environments. Microsoft runs on the majority of corporate desktops, developers have not had a simple SDK or framework to develop the next generation of desktop apps, we are creating them as we speak.

Stratis managers,

why you don't give retweet-Stratis on ViralExchange for users from Ukraine?

Discrimination!

Are you thinking there are not Stratis holders and supporters in Ukraine?

No, I have noticed many spam accounts on twitter trying to earn STRAT, not only from the Ukraine. There has to be restrictions in place for users trying to manipulate the system, TVE does that. I will suggest to TVE to add Ukraine as an option on the geographical settings.

Guys! Help with a wallet.
The installed version 2.0.0.1 Nodes registered in stratis.conf file, bootsrap.dat file downloaded from (https://github.com/stratisproject/stratisX/releases/tag/v2.0.0.1) is located in the folder C: \ Users \ User \ AppData \ Roaming \ Stratis. No Active compounds wallet is not synchronized. Please help me understand.

The stratis.conf file should not be saved as a .tx file. as shown in the image above.

Save the stratis.conf under 'All files'

Stratis coming closer to my reentry price. only a few k sat left. Comong bitcorn. Start doing your thing so stratis can dump

Haha. I agree with you, although I'd love to load up more at a cheaper level, I feel that the increasing dump and lowered price together with the FUD that is somewhat widespread. It can hurt STRATIS more than it helps it. If I were you, and I wanted this to be worth as much as possible, I would not hope for dumps. I'd try and support it in every other aspect, and keep putting up buy walls at higher prices.

Just my 2 satoshi's though.

The thing is, even if I say Im waiting for 5000 range to enter its doesent mean im not buying a few as the price falls because if it never hitsmy price and I was not buying on the way down id be out of stratis and missing the huge pump coming next year when bitcorn is finished pumping.

A fud fest would be prefect right now though.

FUD is difficult with a team that keeps delivering (Sometimes even earlier then expected)

Not if you have dirt on the dirty team. And lets be blunt. The deliveries we have seen are no more special then when I call for pizza and the guy shows up 45 minutes later.
Nothing special.

I don't think you realise that our first tech delivery is huge. Where C# developers can develop blockchain applications.

Hello, I was extremely busy with personal life the past few months and still haven't withdrawn my ICO coins. I just put in my withdraw address into the ICO site. Can someone on the team help with my withdrawal?

Withdrawals are processed manually by the team. You will have them at some point today.
