@air-platform Thanks. May you disclose the time the tranche 1 treshold was breached? e.g. deposits confirmed after timestamp X would be subject to tranche 2?

My transaction have 18 confirmations but my ico account shows nothing.

Yes I can see it, that´s how I learned about being thrown down into 10% discount range. Fishy...

payment confirmed within minutes after gates opened but allegedly not in the 20% discount range. is there a way to validate? hard to imagine, especially because we´re less than 2% over 20% discount threshold even now....

Frustrating is somewhat an understatement. Actually it´s broken. Tested with all available platforms and none them is reliable or even working at all. Funds locked, not able to move. Sorry to say, but stay clear from KMD/Agama if you´re not okay with getting stuck here for a perceived lifetime:
