61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most overvalued coin? on: January 28, 2018, 07:00:06 PM
I can say that, Bitcoin is overvalued. It can come at this price in time but not within a year. Groving too fast. It will collapse due to its old technology, transfer fees etc. Or may be stay in its position as classics. Just like gold. Eventually it's father of crypto world...
People need to be aware this there are big competitors like Ethereum(the father of the most tokens), NEO(zero fees), Dogecoin(sleeping giant), Ripple etc.

Care to elaborate on how Dogecoin is a sleeping giant?

Its supply is in billions and I deem any coin which has more than 100 million coins in total supply useless!
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most overvalued coin? on: January 28, 2018, 04:43:32 PM
In my opinion, All hard fork coins of Bitcoin are the most overvalued cryptocurrency, copying Bitcoin source code and labeling it with another name that has "Bitcoin" on its name, with almost whole supply are pre-mined that are being distributed to all people that holds Bitcoin so that it will have a value coming from thin air, especially Bitcoin Cash that is trading over $1000 without having any use. Another overvalued cryptocurrency is Stellar Lumens, it is just a copy of Ripple so I can't see any special about this cryptocurrency, and it is now #6 in market cap lol.

So far none of the coins have any use whatsoever, except speculation!

It'll take time untill the wide use of cryptos will spread around the globe and believe me, those will be the government issued cryptos!
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most overvalued coin? on: January 28, 2018, 04:33:45 PM
I would honestly have to say that the fiat USD penny is the most over valued coin. It takes over 3 cents to make it... That's over valued for sure in my opinion.

You don't say, sure thing!

Takes 6 cents to be more precise!

65  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Help, lost all my BTC trying to claim BCH on Coinomi on: January 28, 2018, 04:24:16 PM
Unfortunate, that's the time when you think: damn, should have used Coinbase!

I know that would have been safer but nothing I can do now. I was going to put the BTC in my ledger wallet I just received after I did this. I was trying to claim my BCH from my BTC beforehand, of course now I regret my choice. However regardless, Coinbase does not fork coins for users. But just keeping my fingers crossed, this is one of the biggest regrets and I am just hoping someone can help.

I see!

Well, all I can say is: let it be the worst thing which has happened to you and everything else be good!
66  Other / Off-topic / Re: activity that takes all your time ? on: January 28, 2018, 04:19:17 PM
Lately, I'm trying hard to make languages, crypto and my master thesis be the main activities and take most of my time. Unfortunately, like many others, I have troubles with surfing the net and need for sleep (vampire guy, high five!). If only we could sleep in advance and spare some piece of lazy today for the busy Monday to have an hour to chill!

You can be awake for up to 36 hours and then sleep 12, here is your 48 hours day!

I don't get people when they say that 24 hours isn't enough, who told you that you have to squeeze your life in that stupid number!

Share guys!
For me sleeping (its an activity)

Exactly!

Sleep like 12 hours and then watch movies and wasting time on the Internet another 15 hours!

Years goes by! Smiley

What game should we use for our next promotion?

Roulette!!!
70  Economy / Gambling / Re: COINROYALE.COM • Provably Fair • 1 BTC Bonus • 10% Casino Rebate on: January 28, 2018, 02:52:14 PM
I remember I won 0.3 Bitcoin back in the day out of just 5$ deposit!

Now it's impossible because of the damn fees!

So it'd be great if you would add more altcoins to your casino, at least 5-10 top ones from the list!

At the very least Ethereum!

Cheers!
71  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Hacking is the Big Problem on: January 27, 2018, 06:10:42 PM
G, I should have learn programming back in the day!

No need for that. Launch an exchange, pretend that you lost x amount of coins due to a hack that happened a while ago (which gives you enough time to get rid of taint and whatnot), and there you have made yourself some quick bucks. For that reason I see operators perform an inside theft more as a serious problem than hackers. It's far too easy to walk off like nothing has happened, just like Bitfinex managed to do -- after them having compensated people on a fiat based value, people suddenly started to make use of that exchange again.... At first they were talking about how they would never make use of that exchange ever again, and now it's all fine....

Ha, very interesting!

Or open some shell bs like Changelly instead and rake some money! ☺
72  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Hacking is the Big Problem on: January 27, 2018, 04:47:23 PM
Guys…

I read the new the Japanese Exchange Coincheck loses ₯58 billion in the hacking attack. It’s not a single case in this after a few weeks ago Etherdelta was also Hacked. So how can we ensure that our money is safe on exchanges?

Become a hacker yaself!

73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin dies does altcoin die? on: January 27, 2018, 04:41:56 PM
Can't wait for Bitcoin to get as low as zero so people would be able to become millionaires with other more mature and advanced coins!
74  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy altcoins with USD without ID verification! on: January 26, 2018, 02:37:11 PM
Sorry i didn't know there are still some independent trading sites good thing i know now thank you for telling me. I was taught to focus on Bittrex and Binance and i thought it is implemented in every trading since they have rules and regulation to imply with for their system.

They always will be there as well as independent and crafty people!
75  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in 2018 on: January 26, 2018, 10:19:13 AM
Bitcoin will die, will be replaced by other crypto - which is faster , multifunctional and does not require any fees.

The most logical and substantial answer here!

Concur!

P.S. I don't mind fees, only normal fees though! Smiley
76  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy altcoins with USD without ID verification! on: January 26, 2018, 12:58:23 AM
Aha, good, so in anyways how long that ID verification took for you, should I ever bother with it, I'd like to know?
You should. Exchanges ask for ID verification, not only to keep your personal info in the database in case you do something wrong/illicit, but they also ask for this for your own safety. If something happens with your account (for example, it gets hacked), how do think they're going to verify that you're the original owner of the account?

and btw, earlier you said :
Can't trust anyone these days, especially governments!
What did you mean by this? if you can't trust the govt, then who can you trust? exchanges that don't ask ID verification? what exactly do you think the government is going to do if you provide your ID to exchanges? recommend that you think this through and then just go to a trusted exchange and give them what they ask.

Extensive, thanks for the information mate, will defo think it through!

Let's just say you know what I mean and won't have that conversation here! Smiley

Thanks to everyone!

Bitfinex is out of question due to ID verification which is btw takes weeks to process, preposterous!
bitfinex is quite annoying to follow. I am not too intense to play there., to exchange for you to trade I put you playing in bittrex., I have played my funds there long enough and until now nothing has ever happened.

Aha, good, so in anyways how long that ID verification took for you, should I ever bother with it, I'd like to know?

Hi there!

Since I'm not interested in Bitcoin and want to invest only in altcoins I wonder are there any good services where one could buy top alts using fiat?

Would like to hear from people who has had a positive experience and get some links to the services/exchanges!

Thank you very much!
You will need to atleast obtain Bitcoin or Ethereum for starting and for fees to trade. Trading is impossible if you don't have and Id Verification we all have that hard times when it comes to Id Verification what can we do it's in the rules of every trading sites
Since I'm not interested in Bitcoin
You should be

Oh no, not every, you can trade fiat Forex, shmorex up to 5k green no questions asked, well, one sure should provide some basic ID and it won't take more than 5 mins!

I have been in 2014, now train is lost so I'm interested only in altcoins atm!

Cheers!
79  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy altcoins with USD without ID verification! on: January 25, 2018, 08:56:48 PM
A better way would be buying BTC(i know you said you're not interested in bitcoin, but you have no choice) on localbitcoins or paxful directly from other people, you won't be asked for any ID, then deposit BTC on binance and buy whatever altcoins you want to. i hope this is helpful.

It all depends on Tether now coz it's still unavailable due to maintenance!
Even if tether site was up you won't be able to deposit fiat without verification, you can however buy USDT on kraken and send it anywhere it's accepted. i would suggest you to avoid dealing in USDT.

Kraken could load one with problems of conversion to EUR and whatnot, I didn't like what I read on the support page, so it goes bye, bye!
What do you mean?

Good to know! G, always that damn ID verification!

Well those kinda problems:

Always convert to EUR before sending your deposit. Deposits sent in a currency other than EUR have to be converted to EUR en route and this is likely to cause delays, additional fees, and routing problems.

For USD is takes 3-5 days which is no go for me!

Thanks for the input!

Usually, altcoin exchanges don't allow USD deposits. There are mainly 3 markets, btc, eth & usdt and you have to choose one of the three as your base currency.
So as  you don't want to go with bitcoin then you should go with eth and start trading at pure altcoin exchanges.
In order to buy eth you can use localbitcoins, you may already know that there you will get lots of options to pay.

But if you want to deposit USD directly in order to trade, then the payment options you have in front of you are credit/debit cards, bank wire, perfectmoney, advcash, payeer, capitalist.
If you ignore credit/debit card and bank wire, then you have to load other online payment processors. So you have to decide yourself and approcah with the easiest root.

As far as I know, there is no such services/exchanges available. But changelly.com offers some of the top altcoins and you can buy with credit/debit card I think. I haven't used their service till now.

Ok, thank you!

I thought about Changelly, but after reading user's complaints I decided to stay away from it, it seemed to good to be true!
