Barabbas you are one sick man. Mind your own business, take a break, tis the season my friend. Go up stairs and spend time with the family. David is just trying to do things innovative and guess what! PEOPLE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS SMART CONTRACT SYSTEM. It's proven to work! Idk if its completely flawless, but it's a great system! David is a good guy and let's get real.... David has his information out there. If I was gona do a big scam, I would at least hide my identity and be anonymous about this. I hate all this offensive talk with alt coins and its people like you who put the rep down. Let's grow up, make innovative applications like computer nerds should, and let's make the world a much simplier place. Don't be a school girl, be a grown up and let David be proud of his invention. Plus stay away from creeping on people. It's disgusting and obscene.

Keep up the work David, haters gonna hate my friend.

The government should give us at least one thing of total freedom and that should be this global digital currency called BITCOIN!

The government can definitely kill Bitcoin. If Bitcoin becomes illegal, the reputation and value of Bitcoin will then fall and be forgotten in the long run. Yeah there will be people who will secretly use it, kind of like drugs, but drugs are addictive; Bitcoin is not addictive.

I've never heard the "New World Order" and I don't think it is related with the bitcoin protocol. I also don't think the governments can't "control" in any way the btc, maybe they can create a various "DUMP" situation but they cannot control it on the technical side.

Yeah I don't think they could control the technical side. But if a New World Order does happen, cryptocurrency would be one of the first things banned for sure and I could see the government manipulating their own kind of digital currency like Bitcoin. But the main point is:

The New World Order is the whole world becoming one and we all run under one ruler/goverment. Also meaning, one currency. Could Bitcoin be the next transition into a New World Order Currency? We currently do not have a world currency other than gold. Bitcoin in my opinion in the transition into a global currency that will be regulated by the top main governments: China, Russia, U.S, Canada, etc.....

This is a topic that could never end! This is so interesting to see everyone's opinion, but just think. Do you guys think the government could manipulate the Bitcoin network?
74  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your thoughts on the Bitcoin Debit Card? on: December 01, 2014, 09:03:31 AM
I think a plastic card that holds BTC is essential if Bitcoin became the main currency of the world. Here are the reasons:

1) Most people do not have smart phones.
2) Some people just hate technology and do not want to bother using their phone (country boys/farmers). They rather take the plastic out of their wallet and use that payment system.
3) Old people would not be able to adapt to the QR code way. My 70 year old grandmother would never figure out how to setup a bitcoin wallet on her phone.

Some kind of handheld thing is needed for Bitcoin. Hardware wallet could be a option, but I personally think a simple plastic card would be the best solution.

The truth is most people who use phones to text and check social media won't have enough battery power left to use it for bitcoin purchases.

Oh my gosh! You are so right my friend! Social Media makes me sick.... Shocked
People just love throwing their personal information away! Goodbye Family Vacation Photos Taken in Mexico! You now belong to the internet forever!

I have one big problem with this new world order-conspiracy theory.
Do you really believe, that everyone with influence is working together with everyone else?
I mean there clearly have to be many people, with high influence in certain areas.

Its a conspiracy, its very interesting to think all this. There is endless information out there about the New World Order. It all depends on what your into I guess! There is one thing Bitcoin is stopping from the New World Order and that is regulation on the currency. If the world changes and we become one, then we will have a very strict government. Everything will be regulated and our kids and our kids kids will be brain washed mutants walking around believing god knows what. But we all know, Bitcoin will be regulated some day in the future and all this anonymous stuff will be pointless, but with Bitcoin there is ways to bypass this regulation. It all depends on the technology people will use in the future. We have Tor Wallets and we have DarkWallet now. I am sure what ever the future holds, there is always going to be a way to bypass everything. Regulation is fine and I can see why we have it, but in today's world, regulation is hardcore and a bit insane! Oh look, this guy just put $50,000 into his bank account? Were did he get this money?! Its bad, I don't think the goverment knows that there is 'old money' out there and some families have millions buried in their backyards. There is people out there still that believe in burying their money..... How can we do this with bitcoin? Oh wait, its already done! Cold storage.

Bitcoin is purely amazing! lol I love everything about it.

I kind of got off topic with Bitcoin regulation, but anyways; Who else here thinks Bitcoin could be the currency of the New World? Are we slowly changing and we just have not noticed it yet? Its a bit crazy... Take some time and think; post your thoughts below!

77  Other / Politics & Society / Conspiracy Theory of Bitcoin on: December 01, 2014, 07:55:27 AM
Okay I know this might be a very off-topic subject, but it is related to Bitcoin.

I do not know if you guys know about the conspiracy, "New World Order"

If you do not know what the New World Order is:

As a conspiracy theory, the term New World Order or NWO refers to the emergence of a totalitarian world government.

The common theme in conspiracy theories about a New World Order is that a secretive power elite with a globalist agenda is conspiring to eventually rule the world through an authoritarian world government—which will replace sovereign nation-states—and an all-encompassing propaganda that makes the establishment of the New World Order the culmination of history's progress and an ideology. Significant occurrences in politics and finance are speculated to be orchestrated by an unduly influential cabal that operates through many front organizations. Numerous historical and current events are seen as steps in an ongoing plot to achieve world domination through secret political gatherings and decision-making processes.

Now here is the question:

Is the New World Order happening? Are we all turning into one government? If so, is Bitcoin going to be the currency of the 'New World'? Is Bitcoin a setup into the New World?

Share your opinion!
