61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it the bottom of the market? Time to buy coins? on: December 14, 2018, 08:37:55 PM
For trader and for investor don't exist right price. But we can make it more sweet. If you think that price is good buy for part of your funds. For example 50% of lot for this coin. And other 50% will be used when price will be cheaper if it will happen. If no you will have more BTC or funds for other coins
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto market in depression on: December 14, 2018, 08:34:28 PM
Some of my friends sold all crypto and left this market. I think it's a good sign. We move closer and closer to the bottom and to the turn-over. But I think we will dump again. Maybe not so deep but with repeat and repeat it. Why? Because weak hands must sell.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] EOSex: The hybrid Exchange for EOS Community - ICO successfully Completed! on: December 14, 2018, 08:31:07 PM
I'm sure the team is going to do everything for investors like you to keep the faith. A lot had been achieved in the process including the token distribution, we are also hoping to launch as soon as possible because we too are very eager about the development not just in EOS ecosystem but to cryptocurrency in general. The adding of stablecoin in EOSEX is currently on the way so stick around for more news.
This is right decision. As trader I understand that 2019 will be stable coins year. And addding support suc coins from beginning will lead to increasing traders and volumes as results. Good, will watch for further development. And will trade of course
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Does technical analysis work with crypto? on: December 09, 2018, 11:34:15 AM
Technical analysis does work but it is only as good as the person doing it so takes years of practice and learning to get better at it. Very few good analysts like Tone Vays saw  this huge correction coming in the beginning of the year and nobody believed them.
Many years of practice gives experience not deeper TA learning. And I agreed, TA works good but with some limitations. On the panic sell it don't work. And we should to distinguish such movements. A year ago it was enough simply to hold. But today market need smarter ways to get profit
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is ICO king, Do you agree? on: December 09, 2018, 11:29:47 AM
This title made bad work for Ethereum platform. That huge count of ICOs sold so many coins while market was at the dump. I understand it because they collected money for development not because crypto enthusiasts. But it played won role in the current ETH price dump
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will the current market situation turn better? on: December 09, 2018, 11:19:14 AM
I hope on the better future. But hold in mind worst case. It helps to be ready to different ways. And now simply waiting and trading with dreams about future islands  Cheesy Patience and wait are the best strategy
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it true that every end of the year so many Crypto-holders are rich? on: December 09, 2018, 10:57:29 AM
I come from the future, December 2018 to be precise and I am confidently telling crypto-holders are crying "rekt". The whole market is in red. It definitely not true that every end of the year crypto-holders get rich. It all depends on market, your skill in crypto trading or your investment portfolio.
Which time are you from? Due to bubble graph we are closer and closer to hate and denial. This will be turn-over point. Maybe we will see any movements at Jan-Feb '19 by Bakkt opening and any ETF confirmations. But I don't sure in those events
68  Other / Off-topic / Re: will bitcoin give surprise, ?? on: December 09, 2018, 10:47:58 AM
It will be celebration. That's why it's not possible. Who want to give such dreams to such big mass of holders. Imho it must be otherwise dump more and more. This is way for right banksters
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Next month early January 2019. on: December 09, 2018, 10:38:53 AM
I wait for some movements from Bakkt and maybe from ETF in Feb. But after year dump I try not dream because it allow not shed tears about losses. No dreams - no tears. But I think that ready to both scenarios: up or down
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have I joined at the wrong time? on: December 09, 2018, 10:34:46 AM
Try to see the current price, it has a very cheap price and this is a very good time to invest, and I think you are never late
Yes, It's never too late or too early because the crypto market always fluctuates, like ebb and flow, so whenever we joined we should be happy that we could, minimize our risks and maximize our profits.
Good words. I think the same. Maybe it's not bad not invest at the Jan '18  Wink It was the best strategy at 2018 instead of simple hold at 2017. I think today is not bad time to invest. So cheap price can lead to good profit in future.
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should invest on ripple or litecoin ? on: December 09, 2018, 10:26:35 AM
For speculation and for mid-term I invest in the LTC. Yes, it's not the best coin but as cryptocurrency idea LTC is better choice than XRP (I don't say about Ripple, it's not the same as XRP). But LTC team make some developments for mass adoption and wider expansion. What do XRP do?
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you see a future with one cryptocurrency or thousands? on: December 07, 2018, 07:19:35 PM
The amount of cryptocurrencies out there is nauseating. Up in the thousands now.

Do you see a future where we're using a wide variety, or will one come out on top?

Technically, if one of these ICO projects create a be-all-end-all decentralized platform where all products and services are bought and sold, I guess it isn't impossible to one day have just one.

What do you think?
I hope we will get in future no one but a few cryptocurrencies that can cross all we need. Such platforms develops already. Ada, Metronom, Fusion, some other. And I think we don't need dedicated cryptocurrency for coffee purchasing or car parking. it's not smart idea
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin price effect on Altcoin on: December 07, 2018, 07:16:14 PM
Bitcoin price movements can have an influence on altcoin price movements because bitcoin is the parent of all cryptocurrency and when the price of bitcoin falls then all cryptocurrency prices will also fall.

That is definitely the case. BTC is leading the direction in which alts are heading. It has been always like that, and it's unlikely to alter.
I certainly understand that Bitcoin is a pioneer and ancestor of all cryptocurrencies, but the fact that the price of Bitcoin today affects the pricing of the entire cryptocurrency market This is wrong. It seems to me that this trend needs to be changed in the other direction.
This effect is not today only. I see a table with alt/BTC price correlations near 1 year or some more. https://coinpredictor.io/altcoins for example. And it mean that any BTC movement will be reflected on the alt price. More or less but every. And it's a reality, clear math
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The bottom is near... on: December 07, 2018, 07:08:46 PM
BTC at 6000
ETH at 200
LTC at 50

looks like the bottom is close people....

what do you'll think?

3 months latter bottom looks much closer

BTC at $3000
ETH at $100
LTC at $25
Good progression. Wait for another 3 months and hope it will be 1500/50/12.5. And then!! we will see bottom.

Any words about BTC production costs near $3k and impossibility to mine from miners below this price becomes not so true. I think many big farms has less cost for one BTC. And that's why dump can be lower more and more
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2018 is the year of altcoins on: December 02, 2018, 12:56:55 PM
2019 shoudl be pretty good ICO, because there will be a lot of Ethereum-based project on the market, which could improve the situation in short terms.
I don't think so man during current market ICO projects struggle a lot during the crowdsale and even bonus pre-sale stages don't make a difference.
Ethereum has a lot to do and cope with so till the Eth deals with them there will be mediocre ICO sales.
Imho gold era of ICO ended. We will see new format (STO for example) or other changes. But ICO in the current view ended definitely. Nobody want to pay for dream only. Many team has nothing before fund raising. That's why those scam paradise need to end
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: which alts will survive? on: December 02, 2018, 12:48:29 PM
We should be treating crypto in the same way as other startup businesses and the simple facts are that most new start companies will fail to make it past the first 12 months. I would suggest that those with the best chance of survival at the moment are those occupying the top 50 positions in market cap and any of the recent ICO that have actually spent time developing their platform and it has real-world application.

So you're saying if a coin isn't in the Top 50 then it is shit?
Not sure if that's correct. The best alts for me are casual ETH, XRP, and Dash for example if we speak about Top 50. But as an instance of non-Top 50, I also closely look at and hodl MGO now, it showed good growth last month. It means you can't judge alt simply by not being "top X" or not imo
I think speech is about top50 alts has more chance to be live then other coins. But I agreed partially. I know and that's why hold several alts that not in the top50. But their developments goes with good speed. But they are not in top50 because capitalization!!
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can blockchain replace bank? on: December 01, 2018, 07:02:00 PM
I don't think so.
Before the situation comes, banks will adopt blockchain technology.

No. Blockchain is a technology while bank is an organization. They can't replace each others.
Talking nickname. I definitely should believe such people  Wink Really I agreed that we try to mix technology and people formation. Blockchain need people and interface at least. But who will do KYC or any check? Who will says about how it work? I wait some changes from blockchain implementations but not so fast and big
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP really better than ETH??? on: December 01, 2018, 06:45:16 PM
many people discuss the quality of ETH and XRP because they are very prominent development, this year's XRP is relatively better than ETH which falls and falls ranks to 3. For now I see XRP is better and integrated, you can buy with these coins, in December will be more attractive because the market predicts a pump.
I think many people try to compare XRP and ETH by price growth and nothing more. No technology, no team, no use cases, nothing. Marketing and price. But those people don't think what is this XRP (not the Ripple technology) and what ETH goals. This is sad
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How to trade during red market? on: December 01, 2018, 06:40:12 PM
It is hard for me in many reasons because trading like this takes a lot of time and demand to be very patient
No doubt. Patience is one of the main features of successful traders. But today is not bad time to make some purchases with averaging goals. And for simple holder it's a real opportunity to make to closer break even.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH to 80$ on: December 01, 2018, 06:27:44 PM
ETH by $80 will be excellent Сhristmas gift. But I don't believe in Santa and that's why I don't wait for such price. ETH is strong project despite of FUD. it has some troubles and mistakes but team are ready to solve it.
