62  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2014- 1st time in history bitcoin has dropped on: September 11, 2014, 06:44:59 AM
8 Sept. 2013 > 116$
8 Sept. 2014 > 465$

30 Nov 2013 > $1199
30 Nov 2014 > Huh

Indeed.

I really doubt Bitcoin will see $800 in two months and a half.

But better wait the thing happens, and not consider it done before it is done.

$800 might be a long way to go but we still dont know. It dropped more or less $40 in just one day. Maybe it will rise twice that amount in just a week.
63  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: In your opinion, what is the best Bitcoin Gambling website on: September 11, 2014, 06:15:39 AM
to anyone saying prime dice is the best one they are not really right, it might be the most well known, but just dice was the best one when it was still up. just dice blew prime dice out of the water. it had keyboard shortcuts for everything and made prime dice look like a script kiddy made it. it had over 35,000 bitcoins invested when i was there.

check the link in my description, at least they let you invest and have more options over prime dice.

prime dice is more well known because a lot of kids and teens go there and talk in the chat while getting free satoshis to gamble with. they sit there addicted for hours and hours and it drives site traffic and spreads the word more. the chat in prime dice has 0 quality to it, it is seriously mostly fucking idiots talking most of the time. Just dice actually had real conversations because they didn't attract a bunch of dumbasses to their site with free faucets.

i dont think https://dicebitco.in/user/account has a faucet, at least not that i can find.

Just Dice is dead, and Prime Dice is alive.

Also you comparing JD with PD 2.0, not with the current PD 3.0.

How about win88.me?

How much did you win at win88 casino? I love the dice game there. I think they need autobet first. Maybe I will be back again then.

I love playing at win88casino too!
64  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Study shows majority of U.S. consumers ‘unlikely’ to purchase and use bitcoin on: September 11, 2014, 06:03:30 AM
translation: study shows majority of US consumers doesnt know how fiat really works.
This, we dont need a study to show people is stupid.
We need stupid people to use Bitcoin, just like how they will use iWatch.
If we have stupid people using bitcoin then they will be likely to lose their private keys or have their bitcoin stolen which would give it a bad name.
To exclude the non tech savvy is to exclude 90% + or the world market and therefore is not practical.

It is more likely, and being implemented now, that the service providers will make it a swipe/scan and pin option the same and therefore with approximately equal security as traditional cards . Xapo has already implemented this for their bitcoin loaded card..They also allege that their wallets/vaults are insured I do not know the terms of that insurance but it is likely that it would be = or better to standard FDIC insurance on bank accounts. This allows them to concentrate on the benefits of bitcoin in order to increase adoption while removing the likely critisism that it would be less secure than traditional fiat cards and accounts.

So you say that bitcoin is for tech savvy people?

Every product that involves money always dpends on public's acceptance.
66  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How To Invest In Bitcoin Without Losing Everything on: September 11, 2014, 05:23:25 AM
Do not invest everything you have for Bitcoin. It might cost you your life saving if you will.

Are you willing to invest everything in bitcoin if it goes up to $800?

70  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice 3 Reduced Their Faucet Today! on: September 11, 2014, 04:05:19 AM
Check main thread (err - well, I guess you can't... It's something like 500 pages long with a new post every other minute).

They severely reduced the level bonus from chatting, thus reducing the increases to faucet payout for people socializing in chat. Additionally, the faucet now dramatically reduces payment for one hour if you claim a certain amount. After the hour expires, you can claim your normal amount, again.

If you didn't chat, you'll have experienced no drop in faucet payout.

1 hour?? I have a job.. How can I chat?? Can you post main thread here?
71  Economy / Gambling / Primedice 3 Reduced Their Faucet Today! on: September 11, 2014, 03:54:56 AM
I really hate it when a certain site do something without any warnings. I was hoping I can play with them right now. What a bummer! Reducing the faucet to a merely 500 Satoshi?? COme on guys! You can do better than that! I want to leave you guys now... You do not love your players or value them either. We need the faucet to start something. What am I going to do with 500 sat? You cant do that to us.....  Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed
72  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin Vs. Paypal on: September 11, 2014, 03:39:56 AM
Bitcoin for:

1) Safe
2) Anonymously
3) Decentralized than Paypal.

Paypal not:
1) Not safe. There are many risk that your money can be stolen.
2) It is subject to control by the authority
3) Not decentralized.

We cant do anything now. Paypal will be holding hands with bitcoin anytime soon!
73  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin, altcoin, litcoin, dogecoin on: September 11, 2014, 03:14:42 AM
For some more practical advice, don't worry about too many altcoins, unless you want to try something rather risky and invest in a new coin.  Just focus on Bitcoin, Litecoin, and one or two other coins you think are useful.

Bitcoin and Litecoin has proven its worth over the years. Dont worry about the others.
