61  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Beware! You are not safe if you are using facebook! on: November 06, 2019, 04:45:09 AM
Facebook is stealing a lot of user information but it doesn't pay for it. This is really unfair to the user and all the data is exploited by Facebook.
Should we use a new social network? Is Twitter or Snapchat safe?
I was quite confused about using the new social networking site. Can someone give me a suggestion? thanks.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Stellar (XLM) do it again ? on: November 05, 2019, 02:02:24 PM
We have forgotten one of the preferred altcoin which is similar to Ripple otr know as decentralized version of Ripple. Stellar almost touch $1 during it's peak and again it was under $0.1 for most of the year due to bearish market and I have a strong feeling that it will again make upto $1 if things go well and looking at last three days statistic it has already showing signs of growth and back to 10th rank replacing TRON.

This may be way too early to predict but this is not a prediction it's just my thoughts.
Stellar is really making a great reputation in the crypto community as the whole dev team accepts to burn 50% of the total supply. This is really one of the great decisions that many investors appreciate.
I really like this action and it shows the legitimacy of a big business. Stellar is really promising and is likely to rise to $ 1 again as you say.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If bnb overtakes eth on: November 05, 2019, 01:54:42 PM
I am trying to decipher what the future holds for eth, asides its smart contract purposes which of course bnb can offer, what else do you think will help keep eth relevant. Because I see some projects trying to migrate to binance chain, I see that it won't end well for eth as long as bnb keeps improving.
More and more projects are using the platform of BNB because Binance is getting more and more powerful. Its value is growing stronger and stronger as the Chinese government is seeking legal support for Chinese businesses. That will be the foundation for Chinese businesses to grow stronger than ever.
that's why more and more people are relying on Chinese businesses and their platforms. Hopefully in the future Vitalik will do something different with their platform.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is happening with ETHEREUM Now? on: November 04, 2019, 03:09:18 AM
I want to know the opinion of all crypto friends in this forum about Ethereum, because the price of Ethereum is currently unable to rise beyond the $ 300 figure. ethereum prices are only between $ 150 - $ 250. and this incident makes me wonder, why did this happen to Ethereum ??
I think it's because many people no longer want to hold Ethereum and trade it. because the fee of ETH is now very expensive compared to normal and exchanges also increased withdraw costs.
That's why many people no longer want to hold ETH and they switch to buying XRP or Litecoin to reduce costs when they move away.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchanges that conduct IEOS You should stay away from ? on: November 04, 2019, 03:04:48 AM
IEOs has certainly become the order of the day for new start up in cryptocurrency. replacing the traditional ICO which was a means of raising funds for new crypto projects. As we all Know, IEOs are been conducted on Exchanges which was a means to guaranteed investors that they have a platform to exchange( buy/sell) their token and as well a trust and accountabilty in the crypto ecosystem.
Currently there are Exchanges that are not deem FIT To conduct these exchanges because:
1: 90% of the projects the marketed failed to reach softcap.
2; most projects been marketed are still Scam and have nothing to offer.
3; they never review any of these project but rather charge fees for IEO listing.( once, you make your payment, you are allow to conduct your sales on their platform) a sure way of damaging their reputation.
4: they list multiple projects at once making it difficult for investors to make their own review and choose a quality project.

I know of LATOKEN exchange as Number one in this category.
Please drop yours if you have any.

In addition to Latoken, there are Exmarket, Coineal, Idax, Vindax, and especially Yobit.
These are exchanges that you should stay away from if they have an IEO because they don't care about those projects. They are just important that they benefit from implementing an IEO.
and now IEO is out of trend, we should only invest in IEO of big exchanges like binance or okex, huobi, bitmax or bitfinex.
66  Economy / Economics / Re: what makes us good investors. on: November 03, 2019, 06:21:43 AM
Based on my 3-year experience in investing in crypto market projects, we should really invest in large groups. That is, to invest effectively, we not only need knowledge and bravery, we also really need good people to accompany us to point out the shortcomings and strengths of the project. Besides, they also strengthen us confidence when holding for a long time. We really need a team to work with.
67  Economy / Economics / Re: Cost of Living Comparison on: November 03, 2019, 05:48:27 AM
Let's discuss where to live
Using this tool you can compare cost of living and it's indicators (Cost of Living index, Cost of Living Plus Rent Index, Groceries Index, Restaurants Index, Local Purchasing Power and etc.) for two cities supported by our dataset.
https://www.numbeo.com/cost-of-living/comparison.jsp
wow, this is crazyy !!
I really like and really need sites like this because I'm a travel vlogger, and this seems to give me a very good estimate of travel and living expenses in another country.
I hope that Numbeo can give accurate statistics and be censored by the admin every month. If possible, please give us the link to donate, I will support your team.
68  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of banking industry in blockchain on: November 03, 2019, 05:11:22 AM
Hey.
Yesterday I read an article about banks that began to use blockchain and there was pretty impressive list.
They're also described successful cases of using blockchain in banks (if you're interested - here's the article), so I may assume that using blockchain in bank's system is only a matter of time (and money, of course).

Now, the question: why it takes THAT long the smaller banks to go the same way and start using the blockchain?
when you hear the theory of blockchain, everything seems so cool and easy. but you never understand its difficulties about the situation of the market and how things are organized.
For new technologies, it takes a long time to perfect and adapt customers according to new policies.
Besides, the smaller fee collection is not what the bank wants. That is why banks have not implemented the blockchain model yet.
69  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to start: Daytrading? on: November 02, 2019, 01:55:36 PM
Top 3 things to look after?
Are tools recommended?
Thank you!
tools are also a necessary tool but to start trading, you should not use tools. You should buy books about reading more and experience with the first 100 transactions in your life.
for me, the important signals are Elliott wave, 2 top 2 low. And more importantly, you need to learn and master the use of EMA, MACD, RSI, FIBO. It is very important knowledge to identify the trend of coins in the short future.
70  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Top 5 Cryptocurrency TA Indicators on: November 02, 2019, 01:51:53 PM
A while back I posted my top 5 indicators to use for technical analysis of cryptocurrencies and how to use them. Full article here, hope you find it helpful:

https://www.cryptoadvocate.net/post/top-5-cryptocurrency-technical-analysis-indicators
The article was nice and detailed, but I think they lacked something important to correctly predict the trend. It's the Elliott wave and the Fibonacci and EMA.
Those are things that need to be included in the article to enlighten the minds of new people. I have failed trade many times because I did not capture those basic signals.
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin SV strong push on: October 31, 2019, 10:56:37 AM
Bitcoin SV is up 15% in the last hours. Still predicting to go up today or am I late to the party?
Do not try to follow the bull run. This is one of the best things I've ever learned from Warren Buffett. he never ran short-term manipulations. It is more risky than safe for your money. Because just for the bad news, your money will be greatly lost due to a large number of coin sellers.
so you should wait for the market to stabilize and have a good signal to start trading.
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best altcoins for 2020? on: October 31, 2019, 10:41:42 AM
Which would be the best and most preferred altcoins to invest in the year 2020?

It was Ethereum and Ripple for the year 2017 and 2018/2019 had been bearish without any particular altcoins to be preferred we have seen almost all the altcoins going through bloodbath except few exchange tokens like BNB but which will be the most profitable altcoins for 2020? Will it Ethereum again or some other altcoins like litecoin or BCH or Ripple?
The altcoins you listed are really the best alts in the crypto market and it will certainly grow when bulls come or bitcoin grows.
But I would like to suggest you consider trying bitcoin2. Lately I've been seeing a lot of people on our forum talking about bitcoin2 and it's actually having a huge impact on the trading community.
and some mining funds are looking to the "bitcoin X" package to perform Bitcoin2 staking. I heard that it is making a lot of money in staking because it is new. In the future the price will soon increase to $ 10.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 32 ETH for staking?! on: October 30, 2019, 02:13:38 PM
I came up with an article across the web, explaining Ethereum's staking requirements in the future which is going to be a minimum of 32 ETH. Multiplying this with current prices, I get an average of $5,780 (USD) (at $180 per coin). This doesn't seem cost-effective for the average person, as it's somewhat expensive to start earning rewards from the ETH blockchain. If ETH devs leave that requirement for staking upon the launch of Ethereum 2.0, I'm afraid that the blockchain will be less secure than what it is right now (as less people will be able to keep the network strong).

The best solution would be to lower the minimum ETH required for staking in order to encourage the average person to support the blockchain as much as possible. With lower costs, nearly anyone will be able to join the ETH blockchain, making it much more resilient against third-party attacks. What do you think about this? Huh
Their big system will only spend time dealing with big data or big money. Besides, the staking with large amount of new money can bring good profits for you and the system. because they need your money to be able to handle blocks much like PoW now.
so it is a rule and the more money a person pays, the bigger the reward.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Promoting ICO scams on: October 30, 2019, 01:59:03 PM
I think we can't blame CMC. Because the investment is ours, marketing is completely different. We cannot combine it to evaluate a project, it is a very wrong way of assessing a project.
Besides, CMC is not an expert in project analysis and they also cannot know whether it is a fraud or real project.
75  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Buyers Club on: October 29, 2019, 05:26:54 AM
But who will hold my bitcoin and ensure it is safe and I am the owner? If you have an accident or lost your wallet, who will compensate me for bitcoin?
I think this should only be done on our own and we should not work together to avoid bad situations.
76  Economy / Economics / Re: The Economic Analysis of Demand for Bitcoin on: October 29, 2019, 05:19:52 AM
The only way I truly believe that the common folk of society will demand Bitcoin/crypto-currency is if it makes fiat obsolete, and not just act as a digital store of value.
Is this even an option, making fiat obsolete would not be possible even in a million lifetimes, and we do not need fiat to be dated before bitcoin can be appreciated by those who lack digital knowledge.

Rather than opting for the impossible, the only way to do what you propose is to educate them, the ordinary folks as you call them have probably not been exposed to what the bitcoin offers, they need to be taught how to use the bitcoin, the advantages and opportunities it brings, how it can be used with their fiat, without one making way for the other, etc.
I think education still is the best means to make bitcoin more and more acceptable.
I still do not agree with your comments. Bitcoin's widespread adoption will be a major disaster for many countries. You know, blockchain technology is very convenient, but it's also many times more convenient for terrorists and money launderers.
This is one of the things I'm very concerned about with the widespread use and acceptance of bitcoin in many countries. It just causes more crime and I hope countries will not continue education on cryptocurrency anymore. It will create bad people. What do you think about this issue ?
77  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: WILL CRYPTO BOOM AGAIN? on: October 28, 2019, 11:45:51 AM
Sure it's impossible to say but still... after yesterday hearing i really don't know what to think. Used to be sure Libra entry will boom the market once again but it looks like Libra's not coming shortly.
Is btc halving the most promising ''event'' we are looking forward to (at the moment)?
Bitcoin halving is undoubtedly a major event and helps the market grow. but soon it is an ethereum 2.0 event that will take place in January 2020. If it is a successful one, I believe that Ethereum will attract more investors to the market.
Besides, I also hope that the Chinese government will soon have financial support for the crypto market.
78  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to take advantage BTC Pump and Dump in short period? on: October 28, 2019, 11:40:25 AM
How to take advantage BTC Pump and Dump in short period?
I also had questions like you. I am always looking for good times to make buy orders. but I suddenly realized that there was no perfect time for a market that was heavily manipulated like cryptocurrency.
Therefore, we only expect luck to be profitable in the unexpected pump like today.
but always remember, once the signal is clear, you can start trading. Don't place orders like gambling, luck will not come to you. Wink
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: who else think Litecoin will go huge? on: October 27, 2019, 05:43:04 AM
litecoin current price VS bitcoin is about 1 LTC = 0.0067 BTC

who else think litecoin will go up huge in the near future?
I don't believe that will happen. I have lost faith in litecoin ever since the halving event happened. It doesn't even raise prices but also decreases after a while. That shows that there is not much trust for litecoin anymore. Big investors have left.
so I don't want to risk such coins, sooner or later it will die.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Has alt season started? on: October 27, 2019, 05:14:38 AM
Do you believe that it has started? I have a good feeling that I should buy them before winter. Prove me wrong.
Yes, this is a good time to buy alts. Yesterday the market had a great growth, bitcoin increased almost 40% and the alts approximately 30%. That's a good sign, I believe this Q4 will be quite similar to 2017.
All pumps will be made before the halving of bitcoin, so we should buy when the price is still low.
