How long does it take for the wallet to sync? It has been three hours and my wallet is still synchronizing with the network. It says 150k blocks remaining. Will it really take this long every time I open my wallet?
No it doesn't take that long all the time, if you leave your wallet on 24/7 or most of the day then you won't have to sync or take that long to sync, once you have the Stronghands blockchain on file you are essentially a peer sharing the blockchain to other peers. |

Well I invested $2000 on ripple when it was $.01. I made close to $595k (trading fee sucks). Would've made more if I waited when it was at $3.5, but I'm happy.

Hello Dev Team,
I wanted to say job well done on the progress! I love the project but one thing I am having some trouble with: The star-field background on the https://www.credencecoin.co/login page.
What I have found is that the star-field is:
- very visually distracting
- increases CPU load about 25% (which can be verified with the task manager in windows)
- makes the web page slower to load
- is not necessary to have on a world class website
Im sure I speak for others as well. Can you remove the star-field animation, or at least make it a still image?

When trying to consolidate your blocks for staking has anyone gotten and error when trying to send your coins? I got a conflicted transaction error message and the coins are gone from my wallet. Kinda freaking out coz it was a lot of credence.
Anyone from the Credence team maybe able to help on this???

sorry bro i dont understand you problem, Do you have a backup? Managed to do a bit of reading about conflicted transactions. Said the conflicted transaction would mess up the wallet file and you have to go in there and delete something for the conflicted Tx. I didn't wanna go in there and mess with it. Coins still showed on the block explorer in my address but not in the wallet so figured it is something in the wallet. Coins shouldn't be gone forever. So yes, deleted the wallet file and loaded up a backup. Coins reappeared! Literally scared the shit outta me!!! You scared me too looool I know very well what it means to lose the coins Glad that you fixed it bro. Good Job Remember HOOOOLDDDD Credence is doing great If it happens again try a repairwallet from debug console, if that doesn't work try a -rescan when starting the wallet and then if that doesn't work re-sync your backup wallet from scratch and all should be good. |
