61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bull Run and Bear Market on: August 28, 2022, 03:35:47 PM
Nobody can know and with certainty, when the bear market will end.Because everything depends on market conditions. If investors increase to spend large amounts of their capital to buy cryptocurrencies, then the bear market will soon be over...
So true. And in the meantime, the market is experiencing a bear market that makes almost all coins, including bitcoin, experience a drastic decline. The current market conditions can continue and we know how long it will end and we can only hope that the situation will turn around next month or a few months. Many investors have started buying bitcoins again as the price has dropped.
62  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin do $19k again before a bull market? on: August 28, 2022, 02:25:50 PM
I usually don't bother my self about BTC price but always keep update with news. But yet I decided to take a look at the price chart, then I saw that BTC price has broke the support for $20,700, the direction of the market has turned bearish and the next support should be seen in the $18k / $19k  area. There may be a continuous downward movement this weekend. Trade with mindfulness and add a stop loss in all trades.
If it happens that Bitcoin goes down to $18 or 19k, that will be the last time it will go that low this year, what do you guys think about this (Bitcoin experts in the forum)?
I think it's okay because it means that we have more opportunities to buy bitcoin at a lower price than now and we also have a chance to see the price of bitcoin increase in the future. We don't need to be afraid if bitcoin prices drop any deeper because it's only temporary and things will change for the better from now on or later. Meanwhile, you can see the market situation while preparing everything, including buying bitcoins.
63  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Having losses? Or people are not going the right way on: August 28, 2022, 10:56:28 AM
If an holder bought at high price, they may not want to wait again and sell in losses after coins like bitcoin has already reached all-tim-high. Some people that invested at low price can gain but altcoins are more risky.

Bitcoin has always reach all-time-high. Many people that complained before the present all-time-high with unrealized losses (people that did not sell when they were losing) later gained and were all happy, bitcoin increased from $19500 all-time-high in 2017 to $69000 all-time-high in 2021.  Bitcoin market has been unfavorable this year but which people that know about bitcoin are not surprised about, they have predicted this bear market before it happened. If bitcoin is presently at $21000 by now, they should know that the market is healthy, that they should not sell in loss. If they hold bitcoin, all-time-high is coming, I am predicting the next bitcoin all-time-high to reach over $100k.
If they understand that the crypto market has a bear market and a bull market, they are not in a rush to make decisions and will always analyze before deciding. And if they are an investor and are already buying at a high price when the price drops sharply, they will not sell the bitcoin at a loss but instead, hold on to the bitcoin while trying to buy more at a low price. This will allow them to buy at a low price and lower their average buying price so that they can sell it if the price goes up high at any time.
64  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: KYC on Gambling Business on: August 28, 2022, 06:22:06 AM
KYC in the first place isn't a welcome development on crypto gambling business because it is revealing of the players personal identification and that is against what cryptocurrency decentralised system but if you are again suggesting random KYC for some of the players, it means the casino is already biased and selecting some players to reveal their identity. If they have questionable behaviour or suspect them, it doesn't require them to ask for KYC from them as it is against the system. I don't believe in casinos requiring KYC.
It's actually against the decentralized system of cryptocurrencies but regulators pressure casinos to apply KYC to each of their members so casinos are forced to do so to follow the existing rules. Maybe that's why casinos have started implementing KYC rules on their sites to guard against any possible illegal activity that could occur on their sites, including if any of their members are caught cheating. And we as gamblers, can do nothing and only have the option of looking for another casino.

But, what if they require kyc at the beginning or during the signup process? But I bet you will skip them and look forward for another casino. You are lucky if you can play on a casino without submitting your kyc and can be able to withdraw but what if it's being ask by the time you withdraw?

It's either you will forget your money or comply to kyc. This is why it's important to always read the terms of a casino first so that we will know what to expect or we can also ask their customer support to clear things out. In the event they modify their terms without notifying their users then I think that was not fair and we can argue with it or report them in case we caught out in a sticky situations.
We don't need to register at a casino that implements KYC in the first place because I'm sure there are still many casinos that don't apply this to their members. But usually, casinos will start implementing KYC once their members start withdrawing money on their site and will immediately ask for KYC if they will withdraw big money.

When we want to withdraw money, the casino asks for KYC, we can just comply by doing it, but it is also up to us whether to comply or complain to the support team on the site. But usually, if people get a case like this, they will complain to the site and in this forum because they don't want to do KYC.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How should i diversify my crypto portfolio? on: August 28, 2022, 04:22:05 AM
To diversify your crypto portfolio, you should buy coins that have a chance to go up but you have to research which coins have that chance. If you don't research or analyze the coin, you probably won't have that chance because every coin on the market has an equal chance of increasing. You must be aware of this to choose the right coin for your investment.

But which coins have a chance to rise in price? Nobody knows! That's why it's important to do at least some research, to check for yourself what's behind some project... It would be so easy and simple if we would know which coin will go up in the future, I guess we would stack that one until insanity, selling everything we have and waiting for the bullish periods!

Diversifying means choosing multiple investments instead of going all in one! I guess many coins and tokens have potentially great futures, but nobody knows anything for sure! It's why people need to be ready to take some risks and get into what they believe, not what they heard from others, we should make our own choices and simply trust them!
As long as you only choose bitcoin, you can expect to make profits in the short, medium and long term. But if you want to buy an altcoin, maybe you can analyze and research the list of the top 50 coins on CMC or CoinGecko because I see the potential for it to be bigger than the coins outside that list.

Choosing coins will never be easy because each coin will provide information that their coins will increase in the future. But in reality it won't be because only coins with strong support will really have the potential to go high in the future. So we have to analyze the coins one by one to find the right coin before buying.

67  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: KYC on Gambling Business on: August 27, 2022, 02:20:12 PM
As a crypto gambler, I do not want to see KYC on the casino because it feels not right to give my identity to the casino, which I do not use too often to play gambling. It will be different from the exchange to fill out KYC because I use exchanges to trade almost daily. Hence, if we compare it to the casino, I think it is unnecessary to verify our account with a completed KYC. Maybe if you are a gambler who uses big money to gamble, verifying your account is necessary because the casino wants to know who you are. They do not want to see their customer use illegal money or money from illegal businesses. So they apply KYC to some gamblers, especially those who use big money. But the casino can randomly ask KYC to their customers because they can do anything with them.
68  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to Overcome a Bear Market in Cryptocurrency on: August 27, 2022, 11:42:59 AM
one way is not to buy, and wait until the price really bottoms out,
because in a bear market it is very difficult to predict the price of bitcoin and altcoin,
because the market when it is bearish will be very volatile.
Not buying when the decline occurs is one way to avoid losses because at that time, we will not know how long the price will decline and if we force ourselves to keep buying, we can buy at a high price while the price is still declining. Bear markets are difficult to predict and we don't need to enter the market if we are hesitant or don't know when to enter market. Instead of taking a risk that we don't know how big it is, we should wait for a while until the condition stabilizes.
69  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Longterm Price Target on: August 27, 2022, 08:29:25 AM
Not easy to predict the exact price but my price range estimation is above $60k and below $90k levels. Looking at charts helps to understand what the current trend is doing, the variance has been high for last years. A long-term target above the $50k level is not possible without testing lower low price points, touching the $15k levels and testing the liquidity may accelerate the uptrend that can be impulsive. Depending on the fundamental analysis aka expected global economic development, BTC price can go either way but due to limited supply, it is a matter of time to retest the $60k level, IMO.
And unfortunately, no one can predict the exact price of bitcoin because bitcoin price movements are very wild. So far, people can only analyze and predict the price of bitcoin and if there are people who can predict the price of bitcoin, it's just a coincidence and if they do it again, they won't be able to repeat it. But for the price of bitcoin in the future, I believe the price will definitely be above $60k and maybe even be above $100k. We must think positively while waiting for the bitcoin price to rise again.
70  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it advisable as a starter to engage in future trade? on: August 27, 2022, 07:19:06 AM
Some friends ask me for advice on futures trading but I advise them not to trade futures because it is riskier to lose money quickly. And futures trading will also look like a gamble if we cannot analyze it. Luckily, they followed my advice but I don't know what they were doing behind my back because I wasn't with them all the time. The bottom line is don't try to trade futures if you don't know how to trade properly.

75  Economy / Gambling / Re: Hashwars.games | Blockhash based Rolls/Verification | No KYC | up to 0.01% edge on: February 28, 2022, 05:04:55 PM
I didn`t see it. I just visited the site and wrote that i saw. So, mostly it means that the OP decided to drop this site. May be he has not enough skill to improve it or he spent all his money for site design(it strange if it costs some money but it is possible), hosting and some other expenses - we don`t know but it doesn`t matter, we can forget this casino i think.
Hopefully, he can improve his site better than before if he wants to create a good gambling site and continue to promote it on this forum. But after I visited the site, it seems the site is still online well but after seeing Active Games on the site, I doubt when was the last time people played there. But yes, I agree with the others that @OP needs to fix many things on his site before starting again.
76  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin likely won't recover until 2025 on: February 28, 2022, 02:11:16 PM
Now is the right time for us to collect as much bitcoin as possible, because with the current price correction of course we can get bitcoin at a fairly cheap price, we all know that bitcoin investment tends to be more profitable for anyone who dares to hold on for a long time, so as you said it doesn't matter if we have to wait until 2025 to see the bitcoin price recover, if indeed later it can give us a big advantage.
I hope you can be careful when buying bitcoin as the price could fall back to $37k. The price now goes up to $38k, but who knows if the price will fall again the next day. Only analyzing market movements can help us in deciding so as I said before, it's okay if the price can spike again in 2025.

Yes, i agree with the first part that we need to collect as much bitcoin as possible but i may not agree that bitcoin may not recover until 2025. What if i say that bitcoin will reach another all time high before the next halving or before 2025 ?

Believe me. i am still hoping for the blow off top for bitcoin which may be over 100,000$ and that too in 2022.  Smiley There will be a bad bear market of 2 years after this event.
It could happen and I'm sure that we would all be happy if another high could occur before the next half because it would mean we would have a chance to sell at the next high. I believe that and I also believe that bitcoin has a chance to rise beyond $100,000 and I still hope that it will happen this year. But that's just my request, although I don't know if it will happen this year or next year.
77  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin likely won't recover until 2025 on: February 26, 2022, 10:53:40 AM
I don't mind if bitcoin won't recover until 2025 because that means we can still have the opportunity to collect more bitcoins from now until the recovery takes place later. We still have at least 3 more years to try to get more bitcoins and I'm sure if the price moves up and down more, we can profit. We can save profits in bitcoins until the recovery phase comes again and we will have a chance to sell at the next high price.
78  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What will be the next big industry move? on: February 26, 2022, 09:32:39 AM
The question is, what is that new technology that they should apply? The most common answer will be VR technology. It's a good and adaptable technology and it can be adopted by most casinos.
But it's true that there will be that won't be ready to adopt it and doesn't see the special thing within it.
And maybe, eventually, there will be more of these casinos that will just ignore it if there's no real demand on it.
VR technology is the closest to the situation in the gambling industry. However, for the equipment, it's probably still very expensive and only people who have a lot of money will be able to afford it. Gamblers who don't want to see technological developments will not be ready to see the latest technology released by casinos but they inevitably have to follow suit. But they also have another option: they can move to a casino that has not implemented VR technology. But don't worry, because VR technology is still not widely developed, we can still play gambling as we are used to.
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The way things are going with new crypto is worrisome on: February 25, 2022, 11:38:02 AM
As long as you don't invest in projects you don't know about, you won't be fooled by them. You can also stay away from every new project released and choose only the ones that already have a good name and are moving well. You don't have to worry because you already have previous experience to make a good decision. Let the people invest in the project while you are sticking with the coins already on the market.

hello everyone, sorry to take up your precious time, I hope you all are always safe from any bad conditions....

according to the title, I want to ask what do you think will happen if this war gets hotter and widens (Russia and Ukraine war has started)

do you think ongoing sporting events will be postponed (damn.. I have a lot of betting plans on European leagues)
I guess you are not alone planning to bet on European leagues. This situation makes events postponed until the situation is normal or the war ends. If many events are postponed, I think we can still play gambling because we have other games that we can play while we can be patient to wait for the events is restart. Many people hope the war does not become bigger because that can impact the other countries closer to both countries, Russia and Ukraine. All things can get the effect and we do not expect this war to become a third world war.
