61  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Jetwin casino is stealing over 30,000 dollars in winnings from me on: July 26, 2020, 03:57:45 PM
Jetwin deserves a flag for warning on potential user from them. I will be giving them chance until Monday to explain there side. Until now, They still ignore my email about this subject matter and based on OP screenshot, They clearly doing some exit scam by extorting him before they release the fund. Its so sad that many casino are starting to turn into scam during this pandemic.

I hope OP can recover on her loss.  Undecided

OP stupid question but are you sure u are talking to the correct jetwin support email ?
Its very weird they are giving you 1 day deadline

Yeah seems the address he's receiving the emails from is the same one from their website.
62  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Jetwin casino is stealing over 30,000 dollars in winnings from me on: July 25, 2020, 04:38:28 PM
From what I see they have an U.S based address  and a phone number , first you should try calling that U.S number , and second you should really consider reporting them to the authorities , there is 0 reason for you to give them half the winnings , and they most likely won't do it as they can simply keep  the 30 k $ .  So your best option in this case would be to contact the authorities and report them , aswell as that telegram manager for extortion.
63  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Jetwin casino is stealing over 30,000 dollars in winnings from me on: July 25, 2020, 04:23:52 PM
So I contacted their guy on telegram , and unfortunately didn't get a chance to screen shot the coversation , because the guy deleted everything fast , he indeed is part of the jetwin team , and pretty much it went like this :    Hi are you seriously gona ignore  this situation ( sent link to this  thread) ,   he tells me everyone can make a public accusation  , that it's fake , I said fine but the guy literally has the chat conversation with you were you ask him to send to you 2000 $ to process his withdrawals  ,   then he proceeds to calling me a stupid child , that he makes more money , pays more taxes than I ever did ,  he suggests me I find a job , and pretty much that I should fuck off.

So yeah , pretty sure that Jetwin , and their manager are scamming you .
64  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Jetwin casino is stealing over 30,000 dollars in winnings from me on: July 25, 2020, 02:57:31 PM

That telegram name was given to him by the Jetwin support , so that's really strange ,  they could be actually trying to scam him.

Also OP , think it's time you go with your story on twitter , reddit , and other possible places you can to gain their attention , something is really fishy with this whole situation.
65  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Jetwin casino is stealing over 30,000 dollars in winnings from me on: July 23, 2020, 02:13:23 PM
KYC means know your customer ,  which means you might need to send some identification documents .   But from what you said it's not the case so far .
Read again what I wrote , it's standard to be delayed a bit , they are waiting for the game providers green light  ( Basically Jetwin casino doesn't own the slots u played at , they get permission to have them on their casino from the game providers)   so I'll tell you again , don't panic Cheesy , I'm pretty sure it will be fine once the verification comes back from the game providers.
66  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Jetwin casino is stealing over 30,000 dollars in winnings from me on: July 23, 2020, 07:48:20 AM
I don't know them as a casino , but I will give you some general info regarding the email they sent you . Usually in case of large wins etc,  they need to verify the wins with their game providers ,  this is pretty standard stuff , bigger casinos as Fortunejack etc do this aswell , and sometimes it takes  a few days , basically they're checking if you somehow cheated or abused the software ( which probably you didn't) .

So try not to panic too much ,  as this is something standard .   But I'm pretty sure they'll probably ask you for KYC aswell soon enough , so you need to be ready to pass this verification aswell.

68  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Atomic Wallets bug, lost 0.1 btc, support@atomicwallet.io on: July 21, 2020, 09:02:53 PM
What's completely worrying and baffeling is how atomic wallet can actually convert a doge address to a random btc address and send the btc there . This is a serious mess-up on their end .      Any other wallet would've not allowed the transaction to be sent , but atomic simply converted it and sent it to a random address lol . this is shady af.

70  Economy / Reputation / Re: Bitcasino.io comes to a non disclosed agreement with a user who won 171 btc on: July 08, 2020, 01:54:13 PM

I think we can settle this , can anyone check the transactions that happened between 11:00-12:00  AM forum time ?    user LAngel claimed he received the first 4 BTC of his settlement at that time .
It won't prove anything. Just the fact that a 4 BTC transaction occurred within an hour, which I think would be a very probable event.

Actually there's a chance that in that timeframe  there isn't an exact 4 btc transaction , at least we could prove the guy was obviously lieying or not.

72  Economy / Reputation / Re: Bitcasino.io comes to a non disclosed agreement with a user who won 171 btc on: July 08, 2020, 01:32:45 PM
While the answer provided from bitcasino , made in someway sense .  There's still some uncertanty about it .    At this point it is just a he said / they said scenario .   While the user claims they settled for 48 btc ( though makes 0 sense why he'd say that ) , bitcasino claims there was no settlement and user's account is frozen and funds won't be available for him .

Also one more thing , if this person was caught before trying to scam bitcasino etc , and you have blockchain evidence that ties him to a previous user , why didn't your anti-fraud system flag him straight since the moment he made the deposit on bitcasino.   Since these work way beyond ip analyzis and are dealing with blockchain evidence etc , should be an automated system Smiley.

And also , an important question , if he's been doing this for a very long time , scamming big amounts of $ from multiple casino's and game providers , as you mentioned gameart is well aware of the guy , why haven't until now any legal actions taken against this guy ? For fraud , etc . I'm assuming when someone steals a lot of money , they at least get reported , face legal repercussions etc.

Anyway ,it could be , we made a deal already , so we'll say this story to save face kind of scenario ,   it could be  aswell   that bitcasino's absolutely correct on this matter , and all they've said there was true .

So time I go back and hide under my rock again.

73  Economy / Reputation / Re: Bitcasino.io comes to a non disclosed agreement with a user who won 171 btc on: July 08, 2020, 01:07:53 PM
Let's assume what AlexSimon is saying is true. If the user was from a country where gambling is illegal or something like that. If the casino knows he is from a restricted country, why allow him to deposit and play?

Deposit should be blocked/refunded and user not allowed to play. Allowing him to play and win big, then take 2/3rds of his winnings away is pretty nuts.

This is pure speculation at this point, but not much more we can think without a statement from the site rep.

They wouldn't know the person's real identity till KYC is verified.
He could be bypassing the restrictions through VPN.. Roll Eyes

Alright , if that would be the case , why would bitcasino give him a quick settlement of 48 BTC ? Cause in this case player broke clearly the T&C ,  so all winning funds would be confiscated.

Because unfortunately it looks like it's a pretty common practice ,  they don't have a reason to ban a losing player . Only when one wins some huge amounts that's when   , country restriction , kyc , age restrictions and other stuff come in place.

As yahoo said , these are purely speculations on my side ,   though it's just what makes sense at this point , after 0 information by bitcasino , or the winning player after this sudden agreement.

Also one of the reasons I'm inclined to believe that they've asked him not to say anything about the agreement is that if the user admits in public he's from an restricted country on bitcasino's T&C list ,  they bitcasino could face serious legal issues Smiley. As they allowed the player to play , as they've made an agreement with him etc.

This will leave a huge black spot on their reputation , and to be fair right now it's deserved.

Here's why I think the user was from an restricted country on bitcasino knew about it ,  thus their fast , non disclosed agreement  :
1. It was obvious the player was a high roller ,  so that means he's been on their radar since he started playing , it's a common practice for casinos to keep track of their whales and keep them happy Smiley .

2. If it was actually an exploit  , and the player took advantage of it  : bitcasino wouldn't have paid him anything !  Or even if he would have gotten a bug for it , it wouldn't have come anywhere close to the 48 btc. Maybe more in the lines of 0.2-0.3 btc.

3.  The period from the time KYC was asked , to coming to an agreement , was maybe less than 48 hours ?  Every other similar case , was never resolved in this small amount of time , literally these cases ( from examples we see here on bitcointalk , askgamblers etc ) take at least 5-10 days .  So literally the player passed the kyc , went through the security check + established an agreement with them in under 48 hours ?   In most cases players wait days/weeks for 20,000$ worth , so can't imagine they got 480,000$ green lighted so fast.

4. And most importantly , user agreed quite fast to the settlement , no one in their right mind will give up on 1,300,000$ worth of money , after 24 hours .
But since user knows he was restricted to play there from the start / bitcasino knew this aswell , they had to come to an agreement not to have this thing blow out of proportion.

Just my 2 cents.... I might be competely wrong , but honestly for me this makes perfect sense.

They are migrating to a new server so this is very normal actually  . Transfering years worth of data takes a long time.

i have agreed a settlment with bitcasino.io they have agreed to pay 48 bitcoins (4 per week for 12 weeks)
and i confirm i just received my first 4 bitcoins

Why should you settle for 48 bitcoin when you won 171 fair ?

I believe the casino did an agreement as they might not have so much to give to the player without going bankrupt hahaha but who knows?
I doubt the OP would like to share more about the agreement as is private.

Well still 48 BTC isn't that bad!

Another thought is that he might found a bug and the reward is 48 BTC... anyway, bitcasino should share an official statement of the big winning as many other casino do IMO

1. Bitcasino won't go bankrupt from a 171 btc payout.

2. They will never pay 48 BTC for a bug

3.  Most likely I'm assuming OP is from an restricted country on bitcasino ,   They most likely knew about it before , seeing as he's an high roller there's 0 chance bitcasino wasn't aware of it . But since he made a big win , they can now claim the breaking of the T&C  legally , so probably OP was left with 2 options :  Either take the 48 BTC and stfu Smiley  , or go legal and take 0 , as he wasn't allowed from the start to gamble there.
