Hi, I don't know if they did or if it was a scam. I'm just telling you what I recieved. But I'm going to submit a form to Poloniex to find out if it was actually them or not.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BitSynq2 Information on: May 28, 2017, 12:12:56 AM
Hi, I am making this post to let everyone know that I was contacted by an administrator of poloniex to see if we would be interested in putting BitSynq2 onto the exchange. The administrator stated that it will cost 0.5 Bitcoin to do so and 1 Bitcoin if we were to do the ICO through them. Now I don't know if this is legit or not because I have not known of Poloniex to offer the ICO and also I didnt know they contact coin devs to see about having a coin added to their exchange. I will have to do some further research into this to make sure it's not a scam and I might just submit a support form to Poloniex to find out if this is legit or not unless some of you know whether this might be legit or a scam. If you all could please comment below to let me know your thoughts on if this is a scam or not and also if its not a scam if we should look into taking them up on the offer. Thank you.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / BitSynq2 Information on: May 27, 2017, 12:36:54 AM
Hi, I am restarting the BitSynq project which was abandoned by the original devs. I am hiring a cryptocurrency developer to recreate a new version of BitSynq and add the features that were not added by the original devs. But there will be a few changes to the new coin that were not in the original. First the coin supply will be 500 million instead of 50 million, second there will be a premine of 50 million instead of 21 million. The reason for the first change is to have a lower total coin supply to premine ratio so that it is more attractive and is easier to add to an exchange since some exchanges don't allow more than a 20% premine. Also the second change is do to the fact that I am going to do a 1:1 coin swap with the people who actually put money in the original ICO, a 1:1 coin swap of 1 million coins to the original coins bounty holders, a new ICO to fund this project and with that there will be an ICO of 20 million coins which will be proportionally distributed, 1 million coins for a new bounty campaign, and I will be taking 8 million of the remaining coins for putting up money initially to hire the dev and also for the fact that I am going through the trouble of getting this project started and also part of the 8 million coins will go to paying for other things for the project once the ICO funds run out and also will be put into investments to keep the fund going to pay for future expesnes. Also with the new ICO I will be putting all of the money into this project and any left over will be put into a holding account to pay for further development of the coin. If anyone is interested in investing in the new ICO for BitSynq2 then please go to our website listed below and read about the ICO further and how to invest. Thank you and I hope you all like what I am trying to do.

Website: http://bitsynq2.weebly.com/ (I know its a free website right now but I will upgrade it once the ICO starts getting funded.)

Original BitSynq thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1516941.0

My contact email address: bitsynq2@gmail.com (please put BiSynq2 in the subject or I may not respond.)

Slack invite link: https://bitsynq2.herokuapp.com/

Slack: https://bitsynq2.slack.com/

AVAILABLE POSITIONS:

1. Developer
2. Graphic Designer
3. Promoters

these positions will be paid out of the ICO funds and/or the bounty campaign. Pay will be negotiable.

Hi, I am happy to see you all are wanting to do the same thing. I have already posted a thread looking for a cryptocurrency dev but I did not mention it was for a BitSynq 2.0. I just mentioned that I need a cryptocurrency creator to help me fork a version of a coin. Hopefully I will find someone soon that will do this. I am going to have to more than likely pay the dev for the work plus node hosting so in this new version I will be creating a bigger coin supply for A to reimburse the victims of the original version, B have a small ICO, and C to have a coin supply for staking. I do not know how much of a total money supply I will make it but I was thinking along the lines of 100 million. Which 23 million would be premined and 20 million would go to the victims original purchases of the ICO, 1 million for the victims of the bounty, 1 million will be put into a new ICO, and 1 million will be put into a new bounty. The ICO will be for a minimal amount which would be just enough to pay for the dev's work and node hosting for a while. I don't believe the cost for those things should run more than 1 Bitcoin. So each coin for the new ICO will be 100 sat each. I hate to ask for a new ICO considering the original one was a scam but I wont be able to fund this project on my own so I will have to ask for a new ICO. But I am perfectly fine with using a reputable escrow for this so that everyone can be at ease as far as being scammed. I wont even touch the money. I will have the escrow pay the dev directly and also pay for the node hosting directly. But in doing so the escrow will want a cut of the money so that will also have to be taken into consideration. Also please keep in mind that the new ICO I am proposing may not come out exactly like what is mentioned above as far as the exact numbers but I hope it will at least be close to those numbers. Also I do want to make clear so there is no one saying in the future that I didn't tell you this already but I will be taking at least 10% of the new bounty for working on the project and getting it setup. So I will receive at least 100,000 coins for doing this. So if any of you are still interested then please let me know. Thank you and I hope to hear from you all again soon.

Hi, I was an investor in this scam coin as well. I am now looking into creating a BitSynq 2.0 and I will be giving part of the premine to the people who invested into this scam coin so that not only will everyone who has money in this be compensated but also it will help get BitSynq 2.0 active and will automatically give it a base of users from the original BitSynq. I have already made a post trying to get someone to help me with this which I will be paying them for it and I have also contacted a couple of people I know that might be able to set it up as well. So if anyone is interested in helping please let me know. Thank you.

Hi, I am looking for someone to create a new coin for me based on a coin that's dev left. I really liked the idea of the coin and how it was setup and I would like to basically create a copy of it but with a few changes. I will pay for the services so please PM me if you can do it. Thank you.

Hi, I am sorry for the late reply I had a death in the family. Thank you all for your ideas and recommendations. I will try to get this all taken care of soon. Also I'm looking to possibly hire a graphic designer to make a better design for the website. And yes this is a news site I just need to try to find a person who can write well written articles about cryptocurrency news. If any of you are interested in one of thesd positions or know someone who might be then please contact me as soon as possible. Thank you.

When relaunch ?

I was hoping to have StarkaCoin relaunched by now but I have been having troubles getting it onto a node hosting server. If anyone would be willing to host it that would be great just contact me and I will send you the source code. I will probably even put the source code on GitHub or something soon but for now just contact me and I will send it to you. If you will host it for me I may be able to give you something in exchange for hosting. Thank you.

Hey I checked out your website and this is what first came to my mind too.

nice but why you did not use a short domain name without number?

Though your site looks dull with the plain white background it makes my eyes irritated. Maybe you need to change it to colorful and attracting one. Next is the image at the center of each page, I guess it's not a good welcoming message and it's centered maybe you can try to move that at the left top. My suggestion why not try to hire or get a volunteer web designer to make your site more attractive? Try to focus first with the design, next is content then after that, money will generate to you automatically.

Hi, I am talking with a graphic designer now about helping me fix up my website. Then I will start to add content and then hopefully some money will come in to help further develop the website.

Oh I see, I'm seeing a lot of good graphic designer at the services section. Have you try to contact them? They can help you out with your website unless you are willing to pay for their work. And I just want to know don't you have plans on removing the number "1" on your site? Do you have any history about that number?

Okay I will check out the graphic designers in the service section. Also I picked that name because it looked good to me and plus just the "cryptocurrencynews.com" seems to be taken but it redirects to another type of website. So I don't believe I will be able to take put the number 1.
72  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Cryptocurrency News Website on: April 05, 2017, 06:09:13 AM

on the other hand, your site lacks content, you cannot just steal news from other site's feeds
Google or any other search engine will simply not list your website anywhere near top 1000
and you would never get your coveted 1000 visitors a day (which is not an easy feat to achieve,I must say)

Yes I understand that I shouldn't steal content from other websites. I was just putting that up there for a little while just to add some content to the website until I could hire an article writer. But I already took it down just because I know it wasn't a good idea now.

if this is a crypto related news site you should have put a bitcoin address for donations instead of a Paypal button
Paypal is notorious for having troubles with bitcoins and cryptocurrency in general-they simply do not go well together

Hi, thank you for your comment. I honestly didn't think about that at the time and now that you bring it up that makes more sense to put a Bitcoin address instead. I will edit it now but thank you for bringing that to my attention Smiley.

Hi, I also wanted to let you all know that on my website I have setup a donate through Paypal button which I put in place for anyone that is willing to donate to help pay for the costs of running the website. I do not expect to get any donations but I figured it wouldn't hurt to put it out there for now until I start getting money from the advertisers and once I do I will take down the Paypal donation button.

I looked and then I closed tab.

What do you mean? Are you saying you looked at the website and then closed the tab if so why did you comment that?
77  Economy / Services / Re: Free Advertising On My Crypto News Website on: April 04, 2017, 03:41:44 AM
If that is the start of your website then why will people rely on that site which do not have any crowd? for what will people post their ads on your website? People advertise on those places where the crowd is high and they also want they some of the crowd come to their website for that purpose they advertise.

I understand that people advertise on high crowd sites but they also pay for those ads. I am offering the ad space for free. It would be a mutual benefit for both me and the advertisers. Because the advertisers get to make their ads for free and I get content to put on my site.
You do not know that why people put their banners on other sites where the crowd is high. It is because that they get the people to look at their banner and to join their site but for what will they put their banner on your website. what will be the benefit for them as the purpose of advertising of banner is only attracting people and nothing else.

I don't understand what your trying to say. I do know why people advertise but what I'm saying is that it would be a mutual benefit for both the website and the advertiser because if an advertiser puts an ad on my website then they get to attract people and I get content for my website. That's all I'm saying.

Are all post auto approved? What if I will create an article that will feature my new faucet website. Is this for free? I am interested if this is for free Smiley Thank you.
Yes right now all advertising is free and I don't expect to charge for a long while. At least until we have at very minimum 100-200 views a day and even then it will be a very minimal charge (like $1-$2USD a month). And I don't expect that price to change until we hit thousands of views a day. I want this to be affordable to all advertisers so I will do my best to keep costs for ads low when I do start to charge.
79  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Cryptocurrency News Website on: April 01, 2017, 06:57:19 AM
Yes I'm going to take the site down once I know the redirect ad thing is fixed and I cant know that without it being up so someone can test it because its working fine for me but its not for some of you guys. So once one of you can tell me if its still doing it or not I will take it down. So please one of you let me know. Thank you.
The site is working fine on me I'm using chrome i don't know if it's working fine on other platforms sometimes many sites got troubled when opening them using mozila. First of all, i like the design, looks like the banner fits with the font and the background, but the texts should be justify in order to make it more professional, and the content is yet to be published, right??
one more question, are you going to handle this site by yourself? or is there any contributors who help you, because I think this business has a good potential if it's developed professionally.

Okay that's good that its working now and your correct there is no content right now but I am looking for contributors to help out. I do not have any yet though but if any of you are interested then please PM me.
