Tetapi pada prakteknya hukum itu selalu tidak dipatuhi dengan baik dan keadilan daripada hukum itu sering disimpulkan tumpul ke atas dan tajam ke bawah. Hal seperti itu sungguh sangat ironi karena masyarakat kecil seperti tak memiliki lagi rasa perlindungan dari negara. Sebenarnya hal seperti itu tidak akan menjadi sulit jika pada akhirnya segala bentuk pekerjaan diselesaikan sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsi nya agar hak tidak disamakan dengan yang batil tetapi yang terjadi sekarang di negara kita semuanya di sama ratakan,tidak hanya dari mereka para pemangku jabatan saja tetapi dalam hal ini hampir semua elemen masyarakat juga ikut andil membuat hukum di negara kita menjadi seperti komedi yang justru menyengsarakan orang lain yang notabene lebih kekurangan. Misal dalam hal ini untuk masalah pengurusan sesuatu kita selalu ingin mempermudah urusan dengan menyelipkan amplop sebagai pelicin yang justru ini menimbulkan niat korupsi dan melanggar hukum semakin besar belum lagi untuk kasus-kasus yang lain karena jangan lupakan yang besar terjadi karena ada sesautu yang kecil seperti ini sehingga sebenarnya sekalipun yang terjadi di negara kita itu memang benar hukumnya sangat runcing ke bawah tetapi disisi lain kita sendirilah yang membentuk hukum seperti itu sehingga mereka aparat yang selalu dikatakan sebagai oknum keenakan karena selalu diberikan jalan oleh kita yang tidak mau ribet. |
