I would like to do some research in the Speculation Child Board.
Therefore I would like to read all Messages posted between 392 and 394 days ago.
But I can't figure out how to set the search parameter. When I leave "Search for:" empty, I get the Message "Did you forget to put something to search for?".
I can vaguely remember, that it was possible to do this kind of searches, maybe 2 years ago.

I’ve said this before and I will say it again, the exchange price of Bitcoin is not the most important number to look at. The things to look at are transaction volume on the network and developer adoption. Luc, what do you predict the next ATH to be ?
Big. 1200 may be compared to final ATH in final wave like 31.2 compared to 1200. But it should be in up to 7-10 years. And I say now we sit at Cape Canaveral in a rocket of Appolo mission of new moon discovery. Operator counts down.

Bisher haben wir immer nur Stammtische. Wie sieht es mit Vorträgen aus? Es schwebt die Idee im Raum einen Samstag als Workshop zu machen - mit Vorträgen. Location könnte die Niederlassung sein. Werter Herzmeister & Freunde der gepflegten Kryptowährungen ... Wie is eure Resonanz hier diesbezüglich? Drüben bei meetup haben sich bereits wieder viele Leute für nächste Woche eingetragen.
Danke der Anfrage. Ich persönlich hätte eine eher starke Präferenz für nächsten Mittwoch, den 15. Januar 2014. Zum einen würde der 22. Januar mit dem Quantified Self Stammtisch kollidieren, zum anderen könnte es die anderen - die sich bei Meetup schon eingetragen haben - verwirren. phelix hat vorgeschlagen, dass wir den Zwischenstammtisch im Ablauf dem Hauptstammtisch anpassen. Also vor der Niederlassung Pizza Nero. Das fände ich persönlich auch klasse - hat man mehr Zeit zum quatschen und essen. Manche kommen auch aus dem Outback und dann rentiert sich der Trip noch besser. Und weil wir gerade schon beim Verbesserungsvorschläge anbringen sind. Ich fände mal einen Samstag den ganzen Tag gut. Jeder kann einen kleinen Talk über seine Projekte, Ideen und sich halten. Denke das könnte ganz spannend und lustig werden. Servas sagt der Bitone |

... and asked myself: What is the current cost of production of one Bitcoin?
I found the following figures:
"According to Blockchain, over the last 24 hours Bitcoin miners used an estimated 135,950.77 megawatt hours of electricity." That is round about $195.000 a day. Daily there are 5.000 new Bitcoins mined. So that would equal to $39 cost of electricity per Bitcoin. Far away from current market price. Sure, to "produce" a Bitcoin you need hardware.
So the cost of hardware is the big unknown to calculate the real cost of production. And here you - fellow Bitcoin Enthusiasts - come into play:
Do you know reliable cost figures for mining hardware like price, operating lifetime and so forth to calculate the cost to produce one Bitcoin (and therefore get comparison to the current market value of a Bitcoin)?

I think so to, im speculating we are now drawing the second shoulder on an inverted head and shoulder that started on dec 5 and have neck line from 1100 to 1000 (on gox). The target price should be a bit higher than ATH.
Looks more like a cup n' handle!   Now to see if there will be another rally forming the handle, in that case I guess we'll see a continuation of Wave 5 It seems like that handle is being drawn exactly as predicted  No, it is wishful thinking! Cup and handle have no sharp "V" bottom AND volume should dry up on the decline and remain lower than average in the base of the bowl. So no Cup and Handle. |
