Go mine Bitcoin and tell me how far you get

The whole point of Verium is to be what Bitcoin was supposed to be, a CPU mineable Commodity. What gives Bitcoin it's value? The work and resources put in to mining it. What we have here is a new start to what Bitcoin was supposed to be until it turned into a arms race of who has the most ASICs. With the pairing of Vericoin with Verium we have a PoW Commodity which attains it's value through work and time and a spendable currency which is fast and efficient working on the same blockchain. With this we also have a solution to scaling as well.

I've gotten 3 blocks over 3 days at 600mh for a total of 26 VRM, I think that's pretty good for just letting my laptop sit there and work.

Need some help here.

Launched a Virtual server running Windows, downloaded the wallet and started loading the blockchain.

However it only shows 178blocks, and once it has synced up to 178 it keeps going over that, so it now says ~-27 block left and keeps going up.

Any help? why does this happen?

Can i mine VRM without owning any VRM?? That means without buying them in ICO???

the question is:  if i didn't buy at ico, and i mine vrm, if i get 1 vrm block reward and send 1 vrm to my vrc address, what is that worth in vrc?

Whether wallet for windows 32 works in windows7 x64?
Installation went fine but when I start my wallet i get "verium-qt.exe has stopped working".

I'm planning to launch my own coin and I thought about several options how to launch it. You can launch a new ICO coin and some ICO coin are really doing great for the developer (that suddenly run away, or coin never hit a market place) or you can launch a mining coin but then you will have those big farms destroying your coin by dumping all their free mined coins. So I thought about a third option. There are so many unused coins on certain exchange. Now Yobit is a good exchange because of the Yobit codes that they have in place.

I will list a number of coins that people would be able to swap for a new coin that I will develop. combining a lot of traders that are now holding worthless coins in one new hopefully powerful coin. The coins that are being swapped by the community will be send to a destroy address so that nobody can get hold of those coins anymore as junk coins need to hit the garbage cann.

I will let community decide which coins will be accepted. I personally hold a few of those junk coins so i'm happy that one of the coins that the community decide to swap is listed as this would give me a percentage in the new coin.

I notice a lot of clones lately, so the community will also be able to decide what type of coin will be created and the real name of the coin. Currently I call it SWAP Coin as that is what we are planning to do. SWAP worthless coins and get a big amount of traders in the new coin.

A new commit has been posted to github with a new version which isnt due for release until next week to clear up some wallet issues people have been having.

Happy to announce there will be an installer for zonecoin-qt for desktop users seeing some are having issues with the illusive zonecoin.conf file in the roaming file!

I will update all tomorrow but have contacted multiple exchanges including Bittrex. We need more people mining on different pools.

Most exchanges will only list where there is a demand!
