61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH GETTING DUMPED HARD!!!! on: April 13, 2016, 05:58:43 PM
Looks like ETh still hard to rise again and its gradually decreasing.. do you guys think the price of eth will back to 0.3 above again?
Looks like some traders are converting again back to bitcoins..
If the price comes back then it will not be soon. 0.01993350 BTC - price when I wrote. There is a trend on the rise, but how long it will be.

That is also my concern. The price might just stop around 0.02 and come back down. There is no good news now.
62  Economy / Speculation / Re: $10,000 per Bitcoin ??? on: March 15, 2016, 10:16:28 AM
It seems a very, very faraway dream, especially when there are so much debates about the future of bitcoin and in the meantime we are seeing other interesting cryptocurrencies emerging out there. Competition is always useful, and I hope bitcoin can overcome it with enough strength to reach such level of price.

I agree that certain crypto currencies do have some nice features, but they are not something that can/may compete with Bitcoin at any time. Beside that, most of the altcoins end up losing 90-95% of their value after a few years.

One example is the Ethereum. You can build smart contract on that platform. But bitcoin can also do that with some support.

3 year may be not enough of time for 10000$, you should wait til 2025 year atleast, i mean not matter how bitcoin will be popular, it still needs time to rise 20x times larger

3 years is definitely not enough. It is more likely to be 5 to 10 years for the bitcoin to be main stream and $10,000.

65  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2016-01-21] China ready to adopt digital currency on: January 21, 2016, 08:31:15 AM
"The central bank of China issued a statement about digital currencies that might be launched soon by the Chinese government. It has been declared that virtual money will boost financial transparency and fight money laundering and avoidance of tax payments."
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you guys realize that the first coin WITHOUT A BLOCKCHAIN is about to launch? on: January 08, 2016, 03:02:22 PM
Interesting.  What does this mean, can someone explain how this differs from having a blockchain?

You don't need to know about the details, just remember this formula:

SUPER FAST TRANSACTIONS + FREE TRANSACTIONS (0 FEES) + SUPER LIGHT WALLETS + 0% INFLATION + TALENTED TEAM BEHIND + 1ST MOVER ADVANTAGE = BUY = IOTA = KABOOOOOOM ROI  Wink Wink

Do we need to buy the coins or will it distributed for free?
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin spending? on: January 06, 2016, 07:40:30 PM
exchnge them for bitcoin, i'm not seeing a good future for them, they do not offer anything worth it, you can try to exchange with etheuem too
etheruem look better, it offer a decentralized platform and something else

For the time being, Ether is just used to make contract in the Ethereum platform. Maybe in the future, we can spend it elsewhere.

We need more Vods and Quicksellers(Without the bogus escrow part) around here and all will be solved.

These good guys have limited time to spend. The only way to deter scam is to use escrow. Never trust anybody.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Should I even consider mining altcoins? on: December 12, 2015, 11:59:18 AM
Do you want to make profit out of mining? If you have free/very low electricity cost, then it is good time to mine Ethereum if you have GPU. But Ethereum will become PoS in about 12 months time.
70  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Is CEX.IO legit to buy BTC? on: December 07, 2015, 10:16:15 AM
Newbie question.

I want to buy 10$ BTC and i can`t use Coinbase because of ID verification(i can`t upload ID .jpg file)
I`ve heard some bad reviews about Virwox.
Is CEX.IO legit?
Anyone buying BTC there?

You should check localbitcoins, or here in the forum in local board (even if you have one and you are not english native).
There you can find a lot of seller (trusted) that give you some instruction/hints to buy btc with your cash.
I hope you can get it quick Wink

Some localbitcoins sellers want to verify your identification. You have to upload a picture of your holding your ID and bank card.
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin spending? on: November 25, 2015, 08:30:56 AM
I remember you can use Bitgo to spend litecoin. I do not know if you can do that now. There is not much use of litecoin.
