63  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / If all miners used Quantum Random Number Generators to choose the "nonce" on: July 28, 2021, 12:42:38 AM
If all miners used Quantum Random Number Generators to choose the "nonce", the hash of each block would be as random as one 256-bits number produced by a quantum random number generated disconnected from the miners, right?

Sure, my source was: https://ncov2019.live

There is no link between covid and bitcoin. This was just me digressing.

66  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [VIDEO]: Bitcoin Exists Only in Satoshi's Imagination on: July 03, 2021, 11:19:25 AM
The blockchain ledger is not imaginary. There are real transactions between bitcoin addresses using public-key cryptography.
Look at the definition of "electronic coin" in the bitcoin whitepaper to better understand in what sense bitcoins exist.

In a sense, I agree with you. There are no coins. Only timestamped transactions that cannot double-spend funds.
But your understanding of how it all works seems very little and poorly digested. I recommend you to study it better before saying all that deceiving nonsense.

But if that is your truth, hope you are happy with it. But be sure that Maths will not change with your poor understanding of it all.

67  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [VIDEO]: Bitcoin Exists Only in Satoshi's Imagination on: July 03, 2021, 06:45:50 AM
The video is quite good but based on lies and fundamental misconceptions. It is probably good at ludibriating people for a few hours before an expert comes in.

Bitcoins are not a digital representation of goods and services. They are digital assets (with a fixed scheduled supply that makes them scarce and useful as a medium of exchange) earned by the miners that secure the network and verify transactions.
Those miners create a valuable network and that is why they are paid.

When the paid miners put a price to sell their coins a market is created, allowing for a transfer of wealth to happen in between the market participants.

Please read the bitcoin whitepaper for a couple of hours before saying nonsense. And also please read some past threads on this forum regarding pyramid and Ponzi schemes, which unlike bitcoins are illegal everywhere. It may look a bit like those as more adoption pushes the price up but in reality very different from them. Please read a bit more.

68  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin word more popular than the words CEO and CTO? on: June 27, 2021, 03:44:53 PM
Even if "CEO" has been searched more times on Google than "Bitcoin" recently, it doesn't really mean much.

You would estimate it statistically with an opinion poll survey, not with search engine queries.
69  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Is bitcoin word more popular than the words CEO and CTO? on: June 27, 2021, 02:53:44 PM
Is bitcoin word more popular than the english acronyms CEO and CTO?

Please vote on the poll above.
70  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would you be doing if there was no bitcoin? on: June 27, 2021, 02:14:56 AM
I would be convincing Cristiano Ronaldo (#CR7) to enter the business of VR Games and Top Spaceship Simulators  Cool
Car racing is one of my favorites videogames. I hope one day I can be in a VR spaceship simulator navigating Google Earth VR for free.

72  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Rate of bitcoins being lost vs. rate of bitcoins being mined on: June 26, 2021, 03:04:51 PM
Hello,

I am interested in estimates of the rate of bitcoins being lost vs. the rate of bitcoins being mined.
Ideally, I would like to see a chart with that relationship with estimates in the past, present and future.

Any hints or help on doing this research?
73  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will it be a good idea to create petition in Bangladesh? on: June 25, 2021, 11:24:08 AM
Make sure you use the right petition platform. Some petition websites are better because they make it easy to register with Facebook and share the petition with your Facebook friends. You should spend some time finding the best platform for your petition.
74  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Always use ip address from El Salvador to shop online on: June 25, 2021, 06:38:07 AM
Apologies, I prefer to stay in reality!

That's fair enough, you don't believe it. But you can be sure if one day you are the CEO of Nike, or of Adidas or of Pepsi or of Coke and 1% of your customers are coming from El Salvador IP addresses, you will be faced with new business opportunities. It's just a plain fact. There will be innovation coming with more El Salvador flags invading the world wide web surface.
75  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Always use ip address from El Salvador to shop online on: June 25, 2021, 05:15:42 AM
I am not sure how it will help to pimp bitcoin in anyway! I have used a few VPNs, and I have never seen El-Salvador as a routing address ever. Firstly, is there a VPN available that would route you through a server located in El Salvador?

Secondly, even if companies see that more traffic is coming from this country, how it would help to pump bitcoin? Not making sense! A little more explanation would be nice!

If we all started demanding it there would be a domino effect and most VPN providers would have to have VPN servers in El Salvador, hiring more engineers there and hardware/infrastructure.

Also, worldwide business people would realize that El Salvador is trending in many ways on the internet creating ripple effects in the whole economy.
If El Salvador is seen worldwide as a biz galvanizer it will attract more money than Barak Obama giving a speech...

Sorry, I am a bit short of a better explanation but I think you get the idea. People would say, wait these people are really passionate about El Salvador... And that means money attraction and business galvanization.
76  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Always use ip address from El Salvador to shop online on: June 25, 2021, 02:25:24 AM
Not to burst the bubble, but this is going to be artificial internet traffic?
And how it will help or pump the price of Bitcoin. Of course we love and welcome what El Salvador has done by legally accepting BTC. But it will be better to see natural and organic searches or spike in El Salvador.

Think of it as building new roads and bridges. The more people using ip addresses from El Salvador will be expanding the internet infrastructure there! Simple.
77  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Always use ip address from El Salvador to shop online on: June 25, 2021, 01:25:17 AM
I seldom use VPN. I only used it when I am trying to access some site that recommend me to use it... But I will do such thing if that idea will help you or us, or even El Salvador. I heard that Bitcoin is legal in El Salvador. But I don't know how using an IP from El Salvador will help pump it. But I guess I should trust you...

It will help, because it will get noticed. +1.
78  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Always use ip address from El Salvador to shop online on: June 24, 2021, 11:41:46 PM
Your ip address is like a business card. If it is based in El Salvador it is as if it is saying "We love bitcoin".

Let's pump it.
79  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Always use ip address from El Salvador to shop online on: June 24, 2021, 09:44:31 PM
I do not yet see the reason why this will pump the price of bitcoin, maybe you should go more into details about how this will resulting to pumping of Bitcoin price. We do not need to fight anything or go for anything like that, Bitcoin is about pump and dump, but while the pump will be greater than dump after long time period, the reason holders are not losing.

Don't worry any SEO engineer will understand why. Just ask one of them or trust me.
80  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Always use ip address from El Salvador to shop online on: June 24, 2021, 09:36:09 PM
Please always use ip address from El Salvador to shop online and surf the web.

Websites will notice that they are getting much more internet traffic from El Salvador, which means it will be trending even more and pumping bitcoin more.

Soon most trustable VPN providers will be forced to have servers in 'El Salvador'. Let's pump it.  Cool

If you don't know which country to use, choose 'El Salvador' IP address. Thank you!

If you don't use any VPN just send emails to VPN providers asking for VPN servers located in El Salvador... Live chat!
