I think we should try to remain content with the YDX right now and have some patience. Exchanges will come when they come. IOTA will explode if it hits exchanges fully functional and without bugs. 600 mil marketcap by end of the year easily.

I know the issue of which GPUs, pools, mining software, etc. gets brought up quite often but I thought we could look at some pieces of hardware I don't usually see mentioned on the forum. I'd like for us to get a list going of which motherboards and processors you are using in your rigs with some details (more the better):

I think this would be helpful for getting a better ROI on our rigs if we could nail down some cheaper combos that are also reliable. I'll start first with my newest test rig:

I'm just using Claymore miner directly to Nanopool, then wallet. Selling 50% every 3-4 days when I see highs.

I've never tried nicehash before. Is it pretty easy to setup? I've got a rig of (4) 280Xs and another of (4) MSI 480 8GB being built right now.

Not sure if polo will be blacklisting some of these coins that are running their ICO's through the Waves platform. Polo sees waves as a huge competitor that could eventually drive lots of business away from them. DEX is a great tool we've needed in the community for a while, but having so much coin out on centralized exchanges will make the transition slower as people will be less likely to adapt.

Whole waves (no pun intended) of new coins will be making their way through Waves. Polo would really make itself obsolete if they didn't add some of these new coins, but I guess we'll see.

Anyone else getting really long load times on the ICO Dashboard? I log in multiple times and it looks like its just loading and never lets me in. Something about feeding the horses....hmmm.

I'd say we hit $3 mil cap by this time next week, if not sooner. Most people who knew about the project already bought today for the 20% bonus, the rest will come when they see how successful the ICO has been so far. Wish I could buy more, but dont want to drop any more waves after waiting so ling to see some good price adjustment.

Its possible with how successful the EncryptoTel ICO is going. Still need to go through about 300BTC of sell pressure to make it there. Plus I think people will start dumping around the $0.85 mark

I think next Monday there will be a big pump in waves price due to the EncryptoTel ICO. The project has a lot of promise and is launching on the DEX before anywhere else. If there's a time for whales to dump it will be now so they can accumulate over the weekend before a pump. Who knows what the whales do though.

So as far as getting the WC tokens, do I have to do anything other than just let my tokens sit in my wallet? Do I have to run the whole full node thing or what? Thanks guys I have been popping in and out for the last few months and I'm not 100% informed right now.

If the ETC community decides we want PoW forever you can say goodbye to mining ETC with your GPU farms and say hello to ASICS within 6-8 months after announcement. This isn't such a bad thing, but we may end up being at the mercy of the few companies that produce home mining gear which is currently plaguing the bitcoin home miner right now.
